Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.酸素生成組成物の点火によって通気性ガスを製造するための当該酸素生成組 成物であって、 燃料用金属粉末、 酸化銅、酸化ニッケル及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選ばれた触 媒、及び塩素除去剤として及び反応速度緩和剤としての添加剤、及び アルカリ金属塩素酸塩、アルカリ金属過塩素酸塩、及びこれらの混合物か ら選ばれた酸素源、 を含むことを特徴とする酸素生成組成物。 2.さらに結合剤を含有する請求項1に記載の酸素生成組成物。 3.該添加剤が、水酸化カルシウム、過酸化カルシウム、酸化マグネシウム、水 酸化マグネシウム、過酸化マグネシウム、水酸化ストロンチウム、過酸化スト ロンチウム、過酸化リチウム、希土類の酸化物、希土類の過酸化物、及びこれ らの組み合わせからなる群より選ばれたアルカリ化合物である、請求項1に記 載の酸素生成組成物。 4.該添加剤が、酸化アルミニウム、酸化チタン、酸化ジルコニウム、及びこれ らの組み合わせからなる群より選ばれた非アルカリ化合物である、請求項1に 記載の酸素生成組成物。 5.該酸素源が、塩素酸ナトリウム、塩素酸カリウム、塩素酸リチウム、及びこ れらの混合物からなる群より選ばれたアルカリ金属塩素酸塩である、請求項1 に記載の酸素生成組成物。 6.該酸素源が、過塩素酸カリウム、過塩素酸リチウム、過塩素酸ナトリウム、 及びこれらの混合物から選ばれたアルカリ金属過塩素酸塩である、請求項1に 記載の酸素生成組成物。 7.該結合剤が、ガラス粉末、ガラス繊維、セラミック繊維、スチールウール、 ベントナイト、カオリナイト及びこれらの混合物からなる群より選択された無 機の結合剤である、請求項2に記載の酸素生成組成物。 8.該金属粉末が、鉄、すず、マンガン、コバルト、ニッケル、タングステン、 チタン、マグネシウム、アルミニウム、ニオブ、ジルコニウム、及びこれらの 混合物からなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載の酸素生成組成物。 9.該酸化銅触媒が、少なくとも約1m2/gの表面積を有し、該酸化ニッケル触 媒が、少なくとも約1m2/gの表面積を有する、請求項1に記載の酸素生成組 成物。 10.酸素生成組成物の点火によって通気性ガスを製造するための当該酸素生成組 成物であって、 約0.5〜15重量%の燃料としての金属粉末、 約0.1〜15重量%の、酸化銅、酸化ニッケル、及びこれらの組み合わ せからなる群より選ばれた触媒、 約0.1〜5重量%の塩素除去剤及び反応速度緩和剤としての添加剤、 0〜約5重量%の結合剤、 残部のアルカリ金属塩素酸塩、アルカリ金属過塩素酸塩、及びこれらの混 合物からなる群より選ばれた酸素源、 を含有することを特徴とする酸素生成組成物。 11.該添加剤が、水酸化カルシウム、過酸化カルシウム、酸化マグネシウム、水 酸化マグネシウム、過酸化マグネシウム、水酸化ストロンチウム、過酸化スト ロンチウム、過酸化リチウム、希土類の酸化物、希土類の過酸化物、及びこれ らの組み合わせからなる群より選ばれたアルカリ化合物である、請求項10に記 載の酸素生成組成物。 12.該添加剤が、酸化アルミニウム、酸化チタン、酸化ジルコニウム、及びこれ らの組み合わせからなる群より選ばれた非アルカリ化合物である、請求項10に 記載の酸素生成組成物。 13.該酸素源が、塩素酸ナトリウム、塩素酸カリウム、塩素酸リチウム、及びこ れらの混合物からなる群より選ばれたアルカリ金属塩素酸塩である、請求項10 に記載の酸素生成組成物。 14.該酸素源が、過塩素酸カリウム、過塩素酸リチウム、過塩素酸ナトリウム、 及びこれらの混合物から選ばれたアルカリ金属過塩素酸塩である、請求項10に 記載の酸素生成組成物。 15.該酸化銅触媒が、少なくとも約1m2/gの表面積を有し、該酸化ニッケル触 媒が、少なくとも約1m2/gの表面積を有する、請求項10に記載の酸素生成組 成物。 16.該金属粉末が、鉄、すず、マンガン、コバルト、ニッケル、タングステン、 チタン、マグネシウム、アルミニウム、ニオブ、ジルコニウム、及びこれらの 混合物からなる群より選択される、請求項10に記載の酸素生成組成物。 17.該結合剤が、ガラス粉末、ガラス繊維、セラミック繊維、スチールウール、 ベントナイト、カオリナイト及びこれらの混合物からなる群より選択された無 機の結合剤である、請求項10に記載の酸素生成組成物。 18.酸素生成組成物の点火によって通気性ガスを製造するための当該酸素生成組 成物であって、 約1〜10重量%の燃料としての金属粉末、 約0.1〜15重量%の、酸化銅、酸化ニッケル、及びこれらの組み合わ せからなる群より選ばれた触媒、 約0.5〜4重量%の塩素除去剤及び反応速度緩和剤としての添加剤、 0〜約5重量%の結合剤、 残部のアルカリ金属塩素酸塩、アルカリ金属過塩素酸塩、及びこれらの混 合物からなる群より選ばれた酸素源、 を含有することを特徴とする酸素生成組成物。
