Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 次の成分: A) タイプ(a)又はタイプ(b): [式中、Rはヒドロキシアルキルを表し、R’はアルキルを表す]の官能性ア ミノ基を1分子あたり少なくとも2個有する少なくとも1種の水溶性の、線状又 は分枝鎖の脂肪族化合物、及び B) 5〜100重量%までが少なくとも1種のエチレン性不飽和モノカルボ ン酸又はジカルボン酸から構成されるラジカル重合により得られたポリマーを含 有する熱により硬化可能な水性組成物。 2. 成分(A)として、式I: [式中、 AはC2〜C18アルキレンを表し、これは非置換であるか又は、相互に無関係 にアルキル、ヒドロキシアルキル、シクロアルキル、OH及びNR6R7(この場 合、R6及びR7は相互に無関係にH、ヒドロキシアルキル又はアルキルを表す) から選択される1 個以上の基により置換されており、1個以上の酸素原子及び/又はNR5基[こ の場合、R5はH、ヒドロキシアルキル、(CH2)nNR6R7(この場合、nは 2〜5を表し、R6及びR7は前記した意味を表す)又は1個以上のNR5基(こ の場合、R5は前記した意味を表す)で中断されたかつ/又は1個以上のNR6R7 基(この場合R6及びR7は前記した意味を表す)で置換されたアルキルを表す ]により中断されていてもよく 又はAは式: (式中、 o、q及びsは相互に無関係に0又は1〜6の整数を表し、 p及びrは相互に無関係に1又は2を表し、 tは0、1又は2を表し、 その際、環式脂肪族基は1、2又は3個のアルキル基により置換されていても よい)の基を表し、 R1、R2、R3及びR4は相互に無関係にH、ヒドロキシアルキル、アルキル又 はシクロアルキルを表す]で示される少なくとも1種の化合物を含有する、請求 項1記載の組成物。 3. 成分(A)が、式Ia: [式中、 A1はC2〜C12アルキレンを表し、これは非置換であるか又は少なくとも1個 のアルキル基及び/又は少なくとも1個のNR6R7基により置換されており、そ の際、R6及びR7は相互に無関係にアルキル又はヒドロキシアルキルを表し、 R1、R2、R3及びR4は相互に無関係にヒドロキシアルキル又はHを表すか、 又はR1及びR2の一方及び/又はR3及びR4の一方はアルキル又はシクロアルキ ルを表す]の少なくとも1種の化合物から選択される、請求項2記載の組成物。 4. 成分(A)が、式Ib: [式中、 A2は少なくとも1個のNR5基により中断されたC2〜C8アルキレンを表し、 その際、R5(複数のR5の場合は相互に無関係に)はヒドロキシアルキル又はア ルキルを表し、 R1、R2、R3及びR4は相互に無関係にヒドロキシアルキル又はHを表す]の 少なくとも1種の化合物から選択される、請求項2記載の組成物。 5. 成分(A)が、式Ic: [式中、 A3は少なくとも1個のNR5基により中断されたC2〜C8アルキレンを表し、 その際、R5はH、ヒドロキシアルキル又はCH2CH2NR6R7を表し、 R1、R2、R3及びR4は相互に無関係にアルキルを表し、これは少なくとも1 個のNR5基により中断されていてもよくかつ/又は少なくとも1個のNR6R7 基により置換されていてもよく、 R5はH、ヒドロキシアルキル又は−R8NR6R7を表し、 R6及びR7は相互に無関係にH、ヒドロキシアルキル又は−R8NR6R7を表 し、及び R8はエチレン基又はプロピレン基を表し、 その際、N原子の少なくとも30%は(平均で)ヒドロキシアルキル基を有す る]の少なくとも1種の化合物から選択される、請求項2記載の組成物。 6. 成分(A)がポリエチレンイミンと酸化エチレンとの反応生成物である、 請求項5記載の組成物。 7. 成分(A)が式Ie: [式中、 A5は、少なくとも1個のNR5基で中断されているC6〜C18アルキレンを表 し、その際、R5は(CH2)nR6R7又は、少なくとも1個のNR5基(その際、 R5は(CH2)nR6R7又はアルキルを表す)で中断されかつ/又は少なくとも 1個のNR6R7基により置換されたアルキルを表し、nは2又は3を表し、 R1、R2、R3、R4、R6及びR7は相互に無関係にヒドロキシアルキル又はH を表す]の少なくとも1種の化合物から選択される、請求項2記載の組成物。 8. 成分(A)が式If: [式中、 A6は、少なくとも1個の酸素により中断されたC2〜C12アルキレンを表し、 R1、R2、R3及びR4は相互に無関係にヒドロキシアルキル又はHを表す]の 少なくとも1種の化合物から選択される、請求項2記載の組成物。 9. 成分(A)は、一価もしくは多価アルコール又は一価もしくは多価アミン の存在又は不在での、ジアルカノールアミン及び/又はトリアルカノールアミン のそれ自体の縮合により得られたポリアルカノ ールアミンである、請求項2記載の組成物。 10. 前記定義のヒドロキシアルキル基がヒドロキシプロピル基又はヒドロキ シエチル基である、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の組成物。 11. 成分(B)が、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、クロトン酸、フマル酸、マ レイン酸、2−メチルマレイン酸及びイタコン酸から選択される少なくとも1種 の化合物から構成されている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の組成 物。 12. 成分(B)が、少なくとも部分的にマレイン酸から構成されている、請 求項11記載の組成物。 13. 成分(B)が、95重量%まで他のエチレン性不飽和モノマーを組み込 み重合により含んでいる、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の組成物。 14. エチレン性不飽和モノマーが、(メタ)アクリル酸とC1〜C12モノア ルコール又はC1〜C12ジアルコールとのエステル、ビニル芳香族化合物、ブタ ジエン、脂肪族C2〜C12モノカルボン酸のビニルエステル、(メタ)アクリル ニトリル、(メタ)アクリルアミド、N−C1〜C6アルキル(メタ)アクリルア ミド及びN,N−ジ−C1〜C6アルキル(メタ)アクリルアミドから選択される 、請求項13記載の組成物。 15. 成分(B)のカルボキシル基対成分(A)の ヒドロキシル基のモル比が20:1〜1:5の範囲内にある、請求項1から14 までのいずれか1項記載の組成物。 16. 付加的に、ジアルカノールアミン及び/又はトリアルカノールアミンを 有する、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項記載の組成物。 17. 付加的に反応促進剤を有する、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項記 載の組成物。 18. 成形体用の結合剤としての、請求項1から17までのいずれか1項記載 の組成物の使用。 19. 請求項1から17までのいずれか1項記載の組成物を含有する結合剤。 20. 請求項1から17間でのいずれか1項記載の組成物もしくは請求項19 記載の結合剤を用いて基材を含浸し、含浸された基材を硬化することにより得ら れた成形体。 21. 微細な材料、遮音材料又は繊維フリースからなるボードである、請求項 20記載の成形体。
