Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 高温で使用される燃料電池の電極もしくはマトリックス板等の板形状の部 材を製造するための方法にして、該板のためのベース材料、繊維、バインダー/ ゲル化剤およびアルコールを含む懸濁物を調製し、該懸濁物を「テープキャステ ィング」技術によりキャストし、しかる後アルコールを該懸濁物から除去し、分 散媒としてのアルコール、ベース材料およびバインダーを含む懸濁物を調製する ことを包含する方法であって、該懸濁物の調製が、 −アルコールすなわち分散媒およびベース材料を含む第1の懸濁物の調製、 −バインダー、および分散剤/ゲル化剤としての水/アルコールを含む第2の懸 濁物の調製、および −該第1および第2の懸濁物の混合 を包含することを特徴とする板形状の部材を製造するための方法。 2. 第2の懸濁物が、バインダーの重量に基づいて、少なくとも10〜25倍 の重量の水を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 第1の懸濁物を凝集防止剤と混合する請求項1または2に記載の方法。 4. 第1の懸濁物と第2の懸濁物の混合物を離型剤および/または消泡剤と混 合する請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 5. 第1の懸濁物がLiAlO2をその中に含み、板形状の部材がMCFC電 池におけるマトリックス板を含む請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の方法 。 6. 板形状の部材が、MCFC電池における電極を含む請求項1ないし5のい ずれか1項に記載の方法。 7. カソード材料の溶解を阻止する剤を添加するMCFC電池におけるカソー ドを含む請求項6の方法。 8. 部材がMCFC電池において使用され、第2の懸濁物を溶液状態の炭酸塩 物質と混合する請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 9. 炭酸塩物質がいずれかの比率のアルカリ金属の炭酸塩を包含しえる請求項 8に記載の方法。 10. 第2の懸濁物が、バインダーの重量を基準として、少なくとも10〜2 5倍重量の水を含有する請求項8に記載の方法。 11. 第1の懸濁物および第2の懸濁物の混合物を可塑剤と混合する請求項1 ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 12. アルコールがエタノールを包含する請求項1ないし11のいずれか1項 に記載の方法。 13. アルコールに分散された第3の懸濁物として繊維を添加し、該第3の懸 濁物を第1および第2の懸濁物に添加する請求項1ないし12のいずれか1項に 記載の方法。 14. 使用する繊維材料が、AlO2またはLiAlO2繊維を包含する請求項 1ないし13のいずれか1項記載の方法。 15. 懸濁物の混合後、「テープキャスティング」前に、得られた混合物を篩 にかけ、空気抜きする請求項1ないし14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 16.板のためのベース材料が、生産不良品からなる請求項1ないし15のいず れか1項に記載の方法。
