Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.三次元ビューイング環境における、二次元超音波画像の生成方法であって 、 二次元エコー画像平面を生成するための超音波画像変換器手段に、複数の移 動変換器手段を取り付ける工程と、 第1の固定位置に第1の基準変換器手段を取り付ける工程と、 第2の固定位置に第2の基準変換器手段を取り付ける工程と、 前記第1、第2の基準変換器手段により確立される基準フレームに対する、前 記移動変換器手段の三次元座標を生成する工程と、 前記三次元座標とともに、前記二次元エコー画像平面を登録する(registering )工程と、 前記第1、第2基準変換器手段により定められる基準フレームに関連させて、 前記三次元座標での前記二次元エコー画像平面を表示する工程と を有する二次元超音波画像の形成方法。 2.前記第1固定位置は患者の背部であり、前記第2固定位置は患者の腹部で ある、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3.外科用器具手段に、複数の移動変換器手段を取り付ける工程と、 前記第1、第2基準変換器手段により定められる基準フレームに対して、前記 外科用器具手段に取り付けられた前記移動変換器の三次元座標を生成する工程と 、 前記外科用器具手段に取り付けられた移動変換器手段の三次元座標から、前記 外科用器具の概略画像を生成する工程と、 前記外科用器具の概略画像を表示する工程と をさらに有する、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 4.前記外科用器具手段の概略画像を表示する工程は、前記二次元エコー画像 平面を貫く、前記外科用器具手段の概略画像を表示する、請求の範囲第3項に記 載の方法。 5.三次元ビューイング環境において、二次元超音波画像を生成するシステム であって、 二次元エコー画像平面を生成する画像変換器(transducer)手段と、 前記画像変換器手段に取り付けられる移動変換器手段と、 第1固定位置に配置される第1基準変換器手段と、 前記第1基準変換器手段とともに基準フレームを規定する、第2固定位置に配 置される第2基準変換器手段と、 前記基準フレームに対する、前記移動変換器手段の三次元座標を生成する座標 生成手段と、 前記三次元座標とともに、前記二次元エコー画像平面を登録する登録手段と、 前記基準フレームと関連させて、前記三次元座標系における前記二次元エコー 画像平面を表示する表示手段と を有する二次元超音波画像を生成するシステム。 6.前記第1固定位置は患者の背部であり、前記第2固定位置は患者の腹部で ある、請求の範囲第5項に記載のシステム。 7.前記移動変換器手段は、前記器具に取り付けた着脱可能ハウジング上に配 置される、請求の範囲第5項に記載のシステム。 8.前記移動変換器手段は、前記画像変換器手段により生成される撮像ビーム に垂直な平面の三次元座標を生成する、少なくとも3個の変換器を有する、請求 の範囲第5項に記載のシステム。 9.前記画像変換器手段は、 前記移動変換器手段と相互関連付け可能な撮像ヘッドと、 前記移動変換器手段が生成した平面の三次元座標に対し、前記撮像ヘッドの角 度の関連付けを行う電位差計と を有する、請求の範囲第8項に記載のシステム。 10.前記第1基準変換器手段が、少なくとも4個の超音波変換器を有する、 請求項5に記載のシステム。 11.前記第2基準変換器手段が、少なくとも4個の超音波変換器を有する、 請求項5に記載のシステム。 12.関連する外科用器具手段に固定される複数の移動変換器と、 前記第1、第2基準変換器手段により定められる 基準フレームに対して、前記外科用器具手段に取り付けられた複数の移動変 換器手段の少なくとも1つについて、その三次元座標を生成する座標生成手段と 、 前記外科用器具手段に取り付けられた移動変換器手段の前記三次元座標から 、前記外科用器具手段の概略画像を生成し、前記表示手段上に前記外科用器具の 概略画像を表示する概略生成手段とを さらに有する、請求項5に記載のシステム。 13.前記概略生成手段が、前記表示手段上に、前記二次元エコー画像平面を 貫く前記概略画像を表示する、請求項12に記載のシステム。
