Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.身体構造内の腫瘍に関して生検または切除を目的として外科的処置を行な う方法において、 複数個の基準変換手段を前記身体構造に対して固定位置に取り付けて、基準フ レームを得る段階と、 前記身体構造のテンプレートイメージを得る段階と、 前記基準フレームを前記テンプレートイメージとともに記憶して、3次元画面 表示を得る段階と、 前記腫瘍の位置を識別するビーコン変換手段の位置を前記3次元画面表示内に おいて表示することにより、前記ビーコン変換手段を前記腫瘍の位置に配置する 段階と、 第1の器具手段の位置を前記基準フレームとビーコン変換手段とに対して表示 することにより、前記第1の器具手段を前記腫瘍の位置に配置する段階と を備えた、身体構造内の腫瘍に関して生検または切除を目的として外科的処置を 行なう方法。 2.前記複数個の基準変換手段を固定位置に取り付ける段階は、複数個の変換 手段を乳房の表面に取り付ける段階を含む請求の範囲第1項に記載のシステム。 3.前記複数個の基準変換手段を固定位置に取り付ける段階は、複数個の変換 手段を固体器官の外表面に取り付ける段階を含む請求の範囲第1項に記載のシス テム。 4.前記テンプレートイメージは、乳房X線像である請求の範囲第1項に記載 のシステム。 5.前記テンプレートイメージはX線像である請求の範囲第1項に記載のシス テム。 6.前記ビーコン変換手段を前記腫瘍の位置に配置する段階は、 前記ビーコン変換手段を第2の器具手段に取り付ける段階と、 前記第2の器具手段を前記腫瘍の位置に移動させる段階と、 前記ビーコン変換手段を前記腫瘍の位置において前記第2の器具手段から取り 外す段階と を含む請求の範囲第1項に記載のシステム。 7.身体構造内の腫瘍に関して生検または切除を目的として外科的処置を行な うシステムにおいて、 前記身体構造上において固定位置に配置されて、基準フレームを提供する複数 個の基準変換手段と、 前記身体構造のテンプレートイメージを得る手段と、 前記基準フレームを前記テンプレートイメージとともに記憶し、3次元画面表 示を得る記憶手段と、 前記身体構造の前記3次元画面表示を表示する表示手段と、 前記腫瘍の位置を識別するビーコン変換手段を前記腫瘍の部位に配置する第1 の器具手段と、 前記腫瘍の部位において外科的処置を行なう第2の器具手段であって、前記第 1の器具手段の位置を前記基準フレームと前記ビーコン変換手段の位置とに対し て指示する第2の器具手段と を備えた、身体構造内の腫瘍に関して生検または切除を目的として外科的処置を 行なうシステム。 8.前記固定位置は乳房の表面上にある請求の範囲第7項に記載のシステム。 9.前記固定位置は固体器官の外表面上にある請求の範囲第7項に記載のシス テム。 10.前記テンプレートイメージは乳房X線像である請求の範囲第7項に記載 のシステム。 11.前記テンプレートイメージはX線像である請求の範囲第7項に記載のシ ステム。 12.前記第1の器具手段は、前記ビーコン変換手段を前記第1の器具手段か ら分離させる手段を含む請求の範囲第7項に記載のシステム。 13.前記複数個の基準変換手段の各々は、 変換器と、 前記変換器を支持しており、前記基準変換手段を前記身体構造の前記固定位置 に固定する接着材と、音響結合のためのゲルとを含む支持手段と を備えている請求の範囲第7項に記載のシステム。 14.前記変換器は圧電結晶変換器である請求の範囲第13項に記載のシステ ム。 15.身体構造内の腫瘍に関して生検または切除を目的として外科的処置を行 なう方法において、 複数個の基準変換手段を前記身体構造上において固定位置に取り付けて、基準 フレームを得る段階と、 前記身体構造のテンプレートイメージを得る段階と、 前記基準フレームを前記テンプレートイメージとともに記憶して、3次元画面 表示を得る段階と、 追跡可能なスリーブ手段の位置を前記3次元画面表示内において表示すること により、前記スリーブ手段を前記腫瘍の位置に配置する段階と、 第1の器具手段を前記スリーブ手段内に配置することにより、前記第1の器具 手段を前記腫瘍の位置に配置する段階と を有している、身体構造内の腫瘍に関して生検または切除を目的として外科的処 置を行なう方法。 16.前記複数個の変換手段を固定位置に取り付ける段階は、複数個の変換手 段を腹腔鏡により誘導して固体器官に取り付ける段階を含む請求の範囲第15項 に記載の方法。 17.前記テンプレートイメージは2次元超音波像である請求の範囲第15項 に記載の方法。 18.前記3次元画面表示において前記腫瘍の位置に基準印を表示して、前記 追跡可能なスリーブ手段を前記腫瘍の位置に配置しやすくする段階をさらに含む 請求の範囲第15項に記載の方法。 19.前記追跡可能なスリーブを前記第1の器具手段から除去する段階をさら に含む請求の範囲第15項に記載の方法。 20.身体構造内の異常に関して生検または切除を目的として外科的処置を行 なうシステムにおいて、 前記身体構造上において固定位置に取り付けられて、基準フレームを提供する 複数個の基準変換手段と、 前記身体構造のテンプレートイメージを得る手段と、 前記基準フレームを前記テンプレートイメージとともに記憶して、3次元画面 表示を得る記憶手段と、 関連ある異常に対して配置することができ、前記関連ある異常の位置を識別す る追跡可能なスリーブ手段と、 前記追跡可能なスリーブ手段の位置を前記3次元画面表示内において表示して 、前記スリーブ手段が前記関連ある異常の位置に配置されるようにしてある表示 手段と、 前記関連ある異常の位置において外科的処置を行なうようにしてある第1の器 具手段であって、前記スリーブ手段内に配置されることにより前記関連ある異常 の位置に配置される第1の器具手段と を備えている、身体構造内の異常に関して生検または切除を目的として外科的処 置を行なうシステム。 21.前記固定位置は固体器官の外表面である請求の範囲第20項に記載のシ ステム。 22.前記テンプレートイメージは2次元超音波像である請求の範囲第20項 に記載のシステム。 23.前記3次元画面表示において前記異常の位置に基準印を表示して、前記 追跡可能なスリーブ手段を前記異常の位置に配置しやすくする手段をさらに含む 請求の範囲第20項に記載のシステム。 24.前記第1の器具手段は凍結プローブである請求の範囲第20項に記載の システム。 25.身体構造内の腫瘍に関して生検または切除を目的として外科的処置を行 なう方法において、 複数個の基準変換手段を固定位置に取り付けて、基準フレームを得る段階と、 前記身体構造のテンプレートイメージを得る段階と、 前記基準フレームを前記テンプレートイメージとともに記憶して、3次元画面 表示を得る段階と、 追跡可能な器具手段の位置を前記3次元画面表示内において表示することによ り、前記追跡可能なスリーブ手段を前記腫瘍の位置に配置する段階と、 スリーブ手段を前記追跡可能な器具手段の上に配置する段階と、 前記追跡可能な器具手段を前記腫瘍の位置から除去する段階と、 第2の器具手段を前記スリーブ手段内に挿入する段階と を有している、身体構造内の腫瘍に関して生検または切除を目的として外科的処 置を行なう方法。 26.前記第2の器具手段は、切除手段である請求の範囲第25項に記載の方 法。
