Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.a)少なくとも1個の芳香族基またはC1〜C12アルキル基およびb)少 なくとも1個のイオン性基、少なくとも1個のイオン化可能な基、または、イオ ン性基およびイオン化可能な基の混合物を含む、少なくとも1種の有機基を結合 している炭素を含む、変性された炭素製品であり、前記有機基の前記少なくとも 1個の芳香族基またはC1〜C12アルキル基は前記炭素に直接結合しており、そ して前記有機基は、炭素のCTABまたはt−面積をベースとして、約O.10〜約2.7 マイクロモル/m2使用炭素の含有量で含まれ、変性された炭素製品が約5w% より大きな残量値(residue value)を有するような量で含まれる、炭素製品。 2.前記有機基の含有量は、炭素のCTABまたはt−面積をベースとして、約0. 4〜約2.5マイクロモル/m2使用炭素である、請求項1記載の組成物。 3.前記イオン性基またはイオン化可能な基はカルボン酸またはその塩である 、請求項1記載の組成物。 4.前記イオン性基またはイオン化可能な基はスルホン酸またはその塩である 、請求項1記載の組成物。 5.前記有機基はスルホフェニル基またはその塩である、請求項1記載の組成 物。 6.前記有機基はp−スルホフェニル基またはその塩である、請求項1記載の 組成物。 7.前記有機基はp-C6H4SO3Naである、請求項1記載の組成物。 8.前記有機基はカルボキシフェニル基またはその塩である、請求項1記載の 組成物。 9.前記有機基はp−カルボキシフェニル基またはその塩である 、請求項1記載の組成物。 10.前記有機基はp-C6H4CO2H基である、請求項1記載の組成物。 11.前記イオン性基またはイオン可能な基は第四級アンモニウム塩である、請 求項1記載の組成物。 12.前記有機基は3-C5H4N(C2H5)+X-,C6H4NC5H5 +X-,C6H4COCH2N(CH3)3 +X-,C6 H4COCH2(NC5H5)+X-,3-C5H4N(CH3)+X-,C6H4N(CH3)3 +X-またはC6H4CH2N(CH3)3 + X-(式中、X-はハロゲン化物または無機酸または有機酸から誘導されたアニオ ンである)である、請求項1記載の組成物。 13.前記有機基はC6H4NC5H5 +X-であるかまたはC6H4N(CH3)3 +X-である、請求項 12記載の組成物。 14.前記有機基はカルボキシヒドロキシフェニル基またはその塩である、請求 項1記載の組成物。 15.前記有機基は4−カルボキシ−3−ヒドロキシフェニル基またはその塩で ある、請求項1記載の組成物。 16.前記炭素はカーボンブラック、グラファイト、炭素繊維、ガラス質カーボ ン、微細分割された炭素、活性チャコール、活性カーボン、またはそれらの混合 物である、請求項1記載の組成物。 17.前記炭素はカーボンブラックである、請求項16記載の組成物。 18.前記芳香族基の芳香環はアリール基である、請求項1記載の組成物。 19.前記芳香族基の芳香環はヘテロアリール基である、請求項1記載の組成物 。 20.前記有機基はR,OR,COR,COOR,OCOR、ハロゲン、CN,NR2,SO2NR(COR) ,SO2NR2,NR(COR),CONR2,NO2,SO3M,SO3NR4およびN=NR’(式中、Rは、 独立に、水素、C1〜C20置換もしくは 未置換アルキル、C3〜C20置換もしくは未置換アルケニル、(C2〜C4アルキ レンオキシ)xR”、または置換もしくは未置換アリールであり、R’は、独立に 、水素、C1〜C20置換もしくは未置換アルキル、または置換もしくは未置換ア リールであり、R”は水素、C1〜C20置換もしくは未置換アルキル、C3〜C20 置換もしくは未置換アルケニル、C1〜C20置換もしくは未置換アルカノイル、 または置換もしくは未置換アロイルであり、MはH,Li,Na,CsまたはKであり 、そしてxは1〜40の整数である)から選ばれた1種以上の基を有する、請求項 1記載の組成物。 21.前記変性された炭素製品は、前記炭素にさらに結合した式Ay Ar-の芳香族 基を有し、 式中、Arはフェニル、ナフチル、アントラセニル、フェナントレニル、ビフェ ニル、ピリジニルおよびトリアジニルからなる群より選ばれた芳香族基であり、 Aは、水素、R,OR,COR,COOR,OCOR、ハロゲン、CN,NR2,SO2NR2,SO2NR( COR),NR(COR),CONR2,NO2,SO3M,SO3NR4およびN=NR”からなる群より選ば れた官能基であるか、または、Aは、未置換であるかもしくは1個以上の前記官 能基により置換された、直鎖、枝分かれまたは環式の炭化水素基であり、 Rは、独立に、水素、C1〜C20置換もしくは未置換アルキル、C3〜C20置換 もしくは未置換アルケニル、(C2〜C4アルキレンオキシ)xR”、または置換も しくは未置換アリールであり、 R’は、水素、C1〜C20置換もしくは未置換アルキルまたは置換もしくは未 置換アリールであり、 R”は、水素、C1〜C20置換もしくは未置換アルキル、C3〜C20置換もしく は未置換アルケニル、C1〜C20置換もしくは未置換アルカノイル、または、置 換もしくは未置換アロイルであり、 xは1〜40であり、 MはH,Li,Na,CsまたはKであり、そして、 yは、Arがフェニルであるときには1〜5の整数であり、Arがナフチルである ときには1〜7の整数であり、Arがアントラセニル、フェナントレニルまたはビ フェニルであるときには1〜9の整数であり、Arがピリジニルであるときには1 〜4の整数であり、または、Arがトリアジニルであるときには1〜2の整数であ る、請求項1記載の組成物。 22.非水性溶剤および請求項1記載の変性された炭素製品を含む、非水性コー ティング組成物。 23.非水性ビヒクルおよび請求項1記載の変性された炭素製品を含む、非水性 インク組成物。 24.水および請求項1記載の変性された炭素製品を含む、水性コーティング組 成物。 25.水および請求項1記載の変性された炭素製品を含む、水性インク組成物。 26.変性された炭素製品および非水性溶剤もしくは非水性ビヒクルを含む、非 水性のインクもしくはコーティング組成物であって、 前記変性された炭素製品は少なくとも1種の有機基が結合している炭素を含み 、前記有機基はa)少なくとも1個の芳香族基およびb)少なくとも1個のイオ ン性基、少なくとも1個のイオン化可能な基、または、イオン性基もしくはイオ ン化可能な基の混合物を含み、前記有機基の前記少なくとも1個の芳香族基は前 記炭素に直接結合している、非水性インクもしくはコーティング組成物。 27.ガラスプレートフローにより測定して、インクの流れを増加させる方法で あって、前記インクに請求項1記載の変性された炭素製品を混入させることを含 む、方法。 28.水もしくは非水性溶剤、請求項1記載の変性された炭素製品、および、カ ーボンブラック以外の着色顔料を含むコーティング組成物。 29.水もしくは非水性溶剤、請求項2記載の変性された炭素製品、および、カ ーボンブラック以外の着色顔料を含むコーティング組成物。 30.水もしくは非水性溶剤、請求項3記載の変性された炭素製品、および、カ ーボンブラック以外の着色顔料を含むコーティング組成物。 31.水もしくは非水性溶剤、請求項4記載の変性された炭素製品、および、カ ーボンブラック以外の着色顔料を含むコーティング組成物。 32.水もしくは非水性溶剤、請求項5記載の変性された炭素製品、および、カ ーボンブラック以外の着色顔料を含むコーティング組成物。 33.水もしくは非水性溶剤、請求項6記載の変性された炭素製品、および、カ ーボンブラック以外の着色顔料を含むコーティング組成物。 34.水もしくは非水性溶剤、請求項7記載の変性された炭素製品、および、カ ーボンブラック以外の着色顔料を含むコーティング組成物。 35.水もしくは非水性溶剤、請求項8記載の変性された炭素製品、および、カ ーボンブラック以外の着色顔料を含むコーティング組成物。 36.水もしくは非水性溶剤、請求項10記載の変性された炭素製品、および、カ ーボンブラック以外の着色顔料を含むコーティング組成物。 37.水もしくは非水性溶剤、請求項11記載の変性された炭素製品、および、カ ーボンブラック以外の着色顔料を含むコーティング組成物。 38.水もしくは非水性溶剤、請求項12記載の変性された炭素製品、および、カ ーボンブラック以外の着色顔料を含むコーティング組成物。 39.水もしくは非水性溶剤、請求項17記載の変性された炭素製品、および、カ ーボンブラック以外の着色顔料を含むコーティング組成物。 40.水もしくは非水性溶剤、請求項20記載の変性された炭素製品、および、カ ーボンブラック以外の着色顔料を含むコーティング組成物。 41.水もしくは非水性溶剤、請求項21記載の変性された炭素製品、および、カ ーボンブラック以外の着色顔料を含むコーティング組成物。 42.炭素以外の着色顔料をさらに含む、請求項26記載のコーティング組成物。 43.水もしくは非水性溶剤、請求項1記載の変性された炭素製品およびクレー 、タルク、シリカまたはカーボネートを含む、コーティング組成物。
