Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.構造用マトリックス内の他の骨材と共に使用する人工骨材において、同一寸 法、同一形状の6面より多い面を有することを特徴とする人工骨材。 2.同一寸法、同一形状の面の少なくとも6個が平坦面である請求項1に記載の 骨材。 3.構造用マトリックス内の他の骨材と共に使用する人工骨材において、4個よ り多い三角形状の面を有することを特徴とする人工骨材。 4.複数個の同一の人工骨材と、 これ等人工骨材を包囲するマトリックスとを具える充填された複合体において 、 1対の骨材間の仮想線が単一点より多い箇所で前記骨材のおのおのと交差し なければ位置し得ないように1対の骨材が存在するよう骨材の形状を定め、3 次元の群に位置させたことを特徴とする充填複合体。 5.流体マトリックス材料内に複数個の網状人工骨材を分散させ、 安定した固体を生産するよう、前記流体マトリックス材料をその中に分散さ せた骨材と共に処理し、 前記安定した固体を処理して人工骨材を除去し、 多孔質のマトリックス生産物を残すことを特徴とする製造方法。 6.請求項5の方法によって製造したマトリックス生産物。 7.それぞれ表面に画成されたモールド面を有する第1、及び第2のモールド部 材と、 前記第1モールド部材を前記第2モールド部材に対し移動させる駆動手段と 、 前記モールド面間で成型すべき材料を導入する供給手段とから成る骨材製造 装置において、 第1、第2のモールド面が共同して形成する骨材が同一寸法、同一形状の6 面より多い面を有することを特徴とする骨材製造装置。 8.それぞれ表面に画成されたモールド面を有する第1、及び第2のモールド部 材と、 前記第1モールド部材を前記第2モールド部材に対し移動させる駆動手段と 、 前記モールド面間で成型すべき材料を導入する供給手段と、 前記モールド面間で成型が行われている間に、前記材料に振動エネルギーを 与える手段とを具えることを特徴とする形成された形状体を製造する装置。 9.前記第l、及び第2のモールド部材がその周縁面に画成されたモールド面を それぞれ有する回転ドラムを具え、前記周縁面を互いに隣接させて前記回転ド ラムを位置させて両者間にピンチ帯域を画成し、 形成すべき材料を前記供給手段によって前記ピンチ帯域内に導入し、 前記ドラムを反対方向に回転させる手段を前記駆動手段に設けた請求項7、 又は8に記載の装置。 10.生地を形成するフラッシュによって各骨材が互いに連結されている請求項7 、又は8に記載の装置。
