Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 露出部分及び非露出部分を有する多孔質重合体基体から構成される多孔 質膜を含む流体ろ過用製品において、 多孔質重合体基体の露出部分の表面を完全に変性するために該露出部分の上に 結合ペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物が付着されており、 露出部分は、多孔質重合体基体と実質上同じ透過性を有し、 結合ペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物は、溶媒和未結合ペルフルオルカー ボン共重合体組成物に対する溶媒又は希釈剤中に実質上不溶性であり、 非露出部分は、露出部分を包囲する重合体組成物で密封されている、 ことからなる流体ろ過用製品。 2. 非露出部分が付着されたペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物を有しな い請求項1記載の製品。 3. 非露出部分の上に結合ペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物が付着され ている請求項1記載の製品。 4. 多孔質膜がフラットシートである請求項1、2又は3のいずれか一項記 載の製品。 5. 多孔質膜が波形シートである請求項1、2又は3のいずれか一項記載の 製品。 6. 多孔質膜が少なくとも1つの中空繊維を含む請求項1、2又は3のいず れか一項記載の製品。 7. 重合体基体が弗素含有重合体である請求項1、2又は3のいずれか一項 記載の製品。 8. 弗素含有重合体がポリテトラフルオルエチレンである請求項7記載の製 品。 9. 弗素含有重合体がペルフルオルアルコキシ重合体である請求項7記載の 製品。 10. 弗素含有重合体が弗素化エチレン−プロピレン共重合体である請求項 7記載の製品。 11. 重合体基体が弗素含有重合体である請求項4記載の製品。 12. 弗素含有重合体がポリテトラフルオルエチレンである請求項11記載 の製品。 13. 弗素含有重合体がペルフルオルアルコキシ重合体である請求項11記 載の製品。 14. 弗素含有重合体が弗素化エチレン−プロピレン共重合体である請求項 11記載の製品。 15. 重合体基体が弗素含有重合体である請求項5記載の製品。 16. 弗素含有重合体がポリテトラフルオルエチレンである請求項15記載 の製品。 17. 弗素含有重合体がペルフルオルアルコキシ重合体である請求項15記 載の製品。 18. 弗素含有重合体が弗素化エチレン−プロピレン共重合体である請求項 15記載の製品。 19. 重合体基体が弗素含有重合体である請求項6記載の製品。 20. 弗素含有重合体がポリテトラフルオルエチレンである請求項19記載 の製品。 21. 弗素含有重合体がペルフルオルアルコキシ重合体である請求項19記 載の製品。 22. 弗素含有重合体が弗素化エチレン−プロピレン共重合体である請求項 19記載の製品。 23. 重合体組成物が弗素含有重合体である請求項1、2又は3のいずれか 一項記載の製品。 24. 弗素含有重合体がポリテトラフルオルエチレンである請求項23記載 の製品。 25. 弗素含有重合体がペルフルオルアルコキシ重合体である請求項23記 載の製品。 26. 弗素含有重合体が弗素化エチレン−プロピレン共重合体である請求項 23記載の製品。 27. ペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物が次の基、即ち、(SO2F) 、(SO3M)、(SO3R)、(SO2NR2)、(COF)、(CO2M)、( CO2R)又は(CONR2)(ここで、MはH、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金 属又はNR4であり、そして各Rは別個にH、アルキル基、アリール基、置換ア ルキル基又は置換アリール基である)のうちの少なくとも1つを含有する請求項 1、2又は3のいずれか一項記載の製品。 28. ペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物が次の基、即ち、(SO2F) 、(SO3M)、(SO3R)、(SO2NR2)、(COF)、(CO2M)、( CO2R)又は(CONR2)(ここで、MはH、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金 属又はNR4であり、そして各Rは別個にH、アルキル基、アリール基、置換ア ルキル基又は置換アリール基である)のうちの少なくとも1つを含有する請求項 4記載の製品。 29. ペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物が次の基、即ち、(SO2F) 、(SO3M)、(SO3R)、(SO2NR2)、(COF)、(CO2M)、( CO2R)又は(CONR2)(ここで、MはH、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金 属又はNR4であり、そして各Rは別個にH、アルキル基、アリール基、置換ア ルキル基又は置換アリール基である)のうちの少なくとも1つを含有する請求項 5記載の製品。 30. ペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物が次の基、即ち、(SO2F) 、(SO3M)、(SO3R)、(SO2NR2)、(COF)、(CO2M)、( CO2R)又は(CONR2)(ここで、MはH、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金 属又はNR4であり、そして各Rは別個にH、アルキル基、アリール基、置換ア ルキル基又は置換アリール基である)のうちの少なくとも1つを含有する請求項 6記載の製品。 31. 露出部分及び非露出部分を有する多孔質重合体基体から構成される多 孔質膜であって、該未露出部分が該露出部分を包囲する重合体組成物で密封され 、該露出部分の上には露出部分の表面を完全に変性するために結合ペルフルオル カーボン共重合体組成物が付着され、しかも該露出部分が該多孔質重合体基体と 実質上同じ透過性を有することよりなるものを含む流体ろ過用製品の製造法にお いて、 多孔質重合体基体を多孔質支持体上に配置しそして該多孔質重合体基体の周辺 部分を重合体組成物で密封して露出部分及び非露出部分を形成し、 多孔質重合体基体の露出部分にペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物を含有す る溶液を接触させて該露出部分への該ペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物の付 着及び結合を行い、 結合及び未結合ペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物を有する露出部分に未結 合ペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物用の溶剤又は希釈剤を接触させて、結合 ペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物の除去を実質上回避しながら該露出部分か ら未結合ペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物を選択的に除去し、そして 結合ペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物を熱処理する、 ことを含む流体ろ過用製品の製造法。 32. 多孔質重合体基体がフラットシートである請求項31記載の方法。 33. 多孔質重合体基体が波形シートである請求項31記載の方法。 34. 多孔質重合体基体が中空繊維である請求項31記載の方法。 35. 重合体基体が弗素含有重合体である請求項31、32、33又は34 のいずれか一項記載の方法。 36. 弗素含有重合体がポリテトラフルオルエチレンである請求項35記載 の方法。 37. 弗素含有重合体がペルフルオルアルコキシ重合体である請求項35記 載の方法。 38. 弗素含有重合体が弗素化エチレン−プロピレン共重合体である請求項 35記載の方法。 39. 重合体組成物が弗素含有重合体である請求項31、32、33又は3 4のいずれか一項記載の方法。 40. 弗素含有重合体がポリテトラフルオルエチレンである請求項39記載 の方法。 41. 弗素含有重合体がペルフルオルアルコキシ重合体である請求項39記 載の方法。 42. 弗素含有重合体が弗素化エチレン−プロピレン共重合体である請求項 39記載の方法。 43. ペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物が次の基、即ち、(SO2F) 、(SO3M)、(SO3R)、(SO2NR2)、(COF)、(CO2M)、( CO2R)又は(CONR2)(ここで、MはH、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金 属又はNR4であり、そして各Rは別個にH、アルキル基、アリール基、置換ア ルキル基又は置換アリール基である)のうちの少なくとも1つを含有する請求項 31、32、33又は34のいずれか一項記載の方法。 44. 標準脱湿潤試験によって測定して膜を横切る最終の圧力降下が膜を横 切る初期の圧力降下のせいぜい約3倍であるような非脱湿潤表面を形成するよう に多孔質膜基体の表面をペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物で完全に変性して なる流体のろ過用製品。 45. ハウジングと、該ハウジング内に配置された多孔質膜基体とを含む流 体のろ過用製品において、水バブルポイント圧試験によって測定して膜の水バブ ルポイント圧が表面を変性していない多孔質膜基体の水バブルポイント圧よりも 少なくとも約50%大きいような非脱湿潤表面を形成するように、多孔質膜基体 の表面をペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物で完全に変性してなる流体のろ過 用製品。 46. ガス発生性不純液を請求項1、2、3、44又は45のいずれか一項 記載の製品の多孔質膜に通し、そして精製液を回収することを含む、ガス発生性 不純液を精製するためのろ過法。 47. 不純液が水性液である請求項46記載の方法。 48. 多孔質膜が約0.2ミクロン又はそれ以下の細孔寸法を有する請求項 46記載の方法。 49. 多孔質膜が約0.2ミクロン又はそれ以下の細孔寸法を有する請求項 47記載の方法。 50. 溶液がペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物を含有する低級アルコー ル溶液である請求項31、32、33、34、36、37又は38のいずれか一 項記載の方法。 51. 溶液がペルフルオルカーボン共重合体組成物を含有する低級アルコー ル溶液である請求項35記載の方法。
