Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.3-イソクロマノンを調製するプロセスであって、以下の工程を包含する、プ ロセス: (a)遊離ラジカル開始剤の存在下にて、o-トリル酢酸を塩化スルフリルと反応 させる工程;および (b)このように形成した2-クロロメチルフェニル酢酸を塩基で処理する工程。 2.2-クロロメチルフェニル酢酸を調製するプロセスであって、遊離ラジカル開 始剤の存在下にて、o-トリル酢酸を塩化スルフリルと反応させる工程を包含する 、プロセス。 3.前記反応が、50℃〜90℃の温度で、ハロゲン化芳香族炭化水素溶媒中で行わ れる、請求項2に記載のプロセス。 4.使用される塩化スルフリルの量が、o-トリル酢酸1モルあたり、1〜1.2モ ルの範囲内である、請求項2または3に記載のプロセス。 5.前記遊離ラジカル開始剤が、2,2'-アゾビスイソブチロニトリルである、請 求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。 6.3-イソクロマノンを調製するプロセスであって、2-クロロメチルフェニル酢 酸を塩基で処理する工程を包含する、プロセス。 7.前記塩基が、アルカリ金属重炭酸塩である、請求項6に記載のプロセス。 8.40℃〜80℃の温度で行われる、請求項6または7に記載のプロセス。 9.触媒量のアルカリ金属ヨウ化物が存在する、請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に 記載のプロセス。
