- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくともその一部がピペラジンアミド又は置換されたピペラジンアミド を含んで成る重合体。 2. 該重合体が、ピペラジンジカルボン酸アミド、置換されたピペラジンジカ ルボン酸アミド又はそれらの組み合わせを含有する請求項1に記載の重合体。 3. 該ピペラジンジカルボン酸アミド及び置換されたピペラジンジカルボン酸 アミドが、脂肪族ジカルボキシル系成分を含有する請求項2に記載の重合体。 4. 該脂肪族ジカルボキシル系成分が、C2−C12ジカルボキシル系成分から 成る群から選ばれる請求項3に記載の重合体。 5. 該ピペラジンジカルボン酸アミド及び置換されたピペラジンジカルボン酸 アミドが、ピペラジンスクシンアミド、ピペラジンアジポアミド、置換されたピ ペラジンスクシンアミド、置換されたピペラジンアジポアミド及びそれらの混合 物から成る群から選ばれる請求項2に記載の重合体。 6. 該重合体が、ピペラジンアミド以外の追加のアミド成分を更に含んで成る 請求項1に記載の重合体。 7. 該追加のアミド成分が脂肪族アミドである請求項6に記載の重合体。 8. 該脂肪族アミドが、トリエチレンテトラミン、ヘキサメチレンジアミン、 2,2−ジメチル−1,3−プロパンジアミン、N−メチル−1,3−プロパン ジアミン及びそれらの混合物から成る群から選ばれる脂肪族アミンから誘導され る請求項6に記載の重合体。 9. 該追加のアミド成分が脂環式アミドである請求項7に記載の重合体。 10. 該脂環式アミドが、1,4−ジアミノシクロヘキサンから誘導される請 求項9に記載の重合体。 11. 該アミド含有重合体が、1−(2−アミノエチル)ピペラジンのアミド を含有する請求項1に記載の重合体。 12. 無機酸化物及び少なくともその一部がピペラジンアミド又は置換ピペラ ジンアミドを含んで成る重合体を含んで成る組成物。 13. 該無機酸化物がシリカ質の酸化物である請求項12に記載の組成物。 14. 該組成物が、(a)該シリカ質の酸化物の粒子及び(b)該重合体の粒 子の混和物を含んで成る請求項13に記載の組成物。 15. 該組成物が、該シリカ系の酸化物及び該重合体の微粒子状の複合体を含 んで成る請求項13に記載の組成物。 16. ポリフェノール系化合物を含有する液体を処理して該液体から該ポリフ ェノール系化合物の一部分又は全部を除去する方法であって、 (a)液体を、その少なくとも一部分がピペラジンアミド又は置換されたピペ ラジンアミドを含んで成る重合体と接触させ、少なくとも一部分の該ポリフェノ ール系化合物をアミド含有重合体に吸着させること、及び (b)該ポリフェノール系化合物を吸着した該アミド含有重合体を該液体から 分離すること を含んで成る方法。 17. 該アミド含有重合体がピペラジンアミドを含有する請求項1に 記載の方法。 18. 該アミド含有重合体が、ピペラジンジカルボン酸アミド、置換されたピ ペラジンジカルボン酸アミド又はそれらの組み合わせを含有する請求項1に記載 の方法。 19. 該ピペラジンジカルボン酸アミド及び置換されたピペラジンジカルボン 酸アミドが、脂肪族ジカルボキシル系成分を含有する請求項3に記載の方法。 20. 該脂肪族ジカルボキシル系成分が、C2−C12ジカルボキシル系成分か ら成る群から選ばれる請求項4に記載の方法。 21. 該ピペラジンジカルボン酸アミド及び置換されたピペラジンジカルボン 酸アミドが、ピペラジンスクシンアミド、ピペラジンアジポアミド、置換された ピペラジンスクシンアミド、置換されたピペラジンアジポアミド及びそれらの混 合物から成る群から選ばれる請求項3に記載の方法。 22. 該アミド含有重合体が、ピペラジンアミド以外の追加のアミド成分を更 に含んで成る請求項1に記載の方法。 23. 該追加のアミド成分が脂肪族アミドである請求項7に記載の方法。 24. 該脂肪族アミドが、トリエチレンテトラミン、ヘキサメチレンジアミン 、2,2−ジメチル−1,3−プロパンジアミン、N−メチル−1,3−プロパ ンジアミン及びそれらの混合物から成る群から選ばれる脂肪族アミンから誘導さ れる請求項7に記載の方法。 25. 該追加のアミド成分が脂環式アミドである請求項8に記載の方法。 26. 該脂環式アミドが、1,4−ジアミノシクロヘキサンから誘導される請 求項10に記載の方法。 27. 該アミド含有重合体が、1−(2−アミノエチル)ピペラジンのアミド を含有する請求項1に記載の方法。 28. 該液体が、植物由来の物質に基づいている請求項1に記載の方法。 29. 該液体が、果物ジュース、野菜ジュース及び発酵飲料から成る群から選 ばれる請求項13に記載の方法。 30. 該液体がビールである請求項14に記載の方法。 31. 該液体が蛋白質を更に含有する請求項1に記載の方法。 32. 該方法が、(i)該液体を、蛋白質吸着剤と接触させ、少なくとも一部 分の該蛋白質を該蛋白質吸着剤に吸着させること、及び(ii)該吸着した蛋白 質を該液体から分離することを更に含んで成る請求項16に記載の方法。 33. 段階(a)及び段階(i)が同時に行われる請求項17に記載の方法。 34. 段階(b)及び段階(ii)が同時に行われる請求項18に記載の方法 。 35. 段階(i)が、該液体をシリカ質の吸着剤と接触させて少なくとも一部 の該蛋白質を吸着させることを含んで成る請求項17に記載の方法。 36. 該シリカ質の吸着剤がシリカゲルである請求項20に記載の方法。 37. 段階(a)及び段階(i)が、該液体を、該アミド含有重合体 と蛋白質を吸着するシリカ質吸着剤との混和物と接触させることによって遂行さ れる請求項18に記載の方法。 38. 該液体が、果物ジュース、野菜ジュース及び発酵飲料から成る群から選 ばれる請求項22に記載の方法。
