Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.通信網における伝送速度変換の期間中に可選択通信を抑止するシステムであ って、 第1および第2の通信ノードの間に第1のデータ速度で通信チャンネルを形成 する手段と、 前記第1のノードからの前記チャンネル経由の送信を検出する手段と、 前記送信が第2のデータ速度へのデータ速度変更を要するか否かを判定する手 段と、 前記判定手段に応答して前記通信チャンネルを前記第2のデータ速度に切り換 える切換え手段と、 前記判定手段に応答して前記第2のノードからの送信を前記第2のデータ速度 の設定まで阻止する阻止手段と を含むシステム。 2.前記検出する手段が複数の選択可能な周波数で呼出音を検出し、それら呼出 音が前記第2のデータ速度への切換えを開始させる請求項1記載のシステム。 3.前記切換え手段が前記第1のデータ速度を前記第2の、すなわちより高いデ ータ速度に切り換える請求項2記載のシステム。 4.前記第1のデータ速度が32kb/sであり、前記第2のデータ速度が64kb/sであ る請求項3記載のシステム。 5.前記第1のデータ速度がパルス符号変調を採用し前記第2のデータ速度が適 応型パルス符号変調を採用している請求項4記載のシステム。 6.前記切換え手段が前記形成ずみの通信チャンネルを前記判定手段に応答し所 要データ速度および変調の種類に応じて複数の代替的チャンネルの一つに切り換 える請求項1記載のシステム。 7.伝送速度調節の期間中にデータ伝送速度をデータの喪失なしに選択的に調節 する通信システムであって、 発信ノードと着信ノードとの間に前記発信ノードから前記着信ノードへの第1 の通信経路と前記着信ノードから前記発信ノードへの第2の通信経路とを含む通 信チャンネルを形成する手段と、 伝送速度調節要求を表示する信号を検出するように前記第1の通信経路を監視 する手段と、 前記監視手段に応答して前記通信チャンネルの前記データ伝送速度を調節する 調節手段と、 前記監視手段に応答して前記第2の通信経路経由の通信を所望の伝送速度の達 成まで抑止する抑止手段と を含む通信システム。 8.前記監視手段がより高いデータ伝送速度への要求を表す選択可能な周波数の 信号を検出する請求項7記載の通信システム。 9.前記調節手段が前記通信チャンネルを前記より高いデータ伝送速度の第2の 通信チャンネルに切り換える請求項8記載の通信システム。 10.前記通信チャンネルがビット速度32kb/sを有し前記第2の通信チャンネル がビット速度64kb/sを有する請求項9記載の通信システム。 11.前記通信チャンネルがパルス符号変調を用い前記第2の通信チャンネルが 適応型パルス符号変調を用いる請求項10記載の通信システム。 12.前記信号が要求のあったデータ速度および変調の種類を示し前記調節手段 が前記チャンネルを前記監視手段に応答し所要データ速度および変調に応じて複 数の代替的チャンネルの一つに切り換える請求項11記載の通信システム。 13.通信システムのデータ伝送速度を変換する方法であって、 第1の通信を第1のデータ伝送速度で発信ノードから受信する過程と、 前記データ伝送速度の変換への要求を検出する過程と、 前記要求のあったデータ伝送速度への変換を開始する過程と、 前記第1の通信を前記第1のデータ伝送速度で着信ノードで送信する過程と、 前記第2の通信を前記着信ノードから受信する過程と、 前記変換の完了まで前記応答音を抑止する過程と、 前記変換を完了させる過程と、 前記第2の通信を前記発信ノードに送信する過程と を含む方法。 14.通信網におけるチャンネル変換の期間中に可選択通信を抑止するシステム であって、 送信(Tx)部および受信(Rx)部を含む第1および第2の通信ノードの間に第 1のデータ伝送速度および変調の種類の第1の同時送受通信チャンネルを形成す る手段と、 前記第1の通信ノードの前記Tx部からの送信を検出する手段と、 前記送信が第2のデータ伝送速度および変調の種類の第2の同時送受通信チャ ンネルへの切換えを要するか否かを判定する手段と、 前記判定する手段に応答して前記第1の通信チャンネルを前記第2の通信チャ ンネルに切り換える切換え手段と、 前記判定する手段に応答して前記Rx部における送信を前記第2の通信チャンネ ルの形成まで阻止する阻止手段と を含むシステム。 15.前記検出する手段が前記第2の通信チャンネルへの切換え要求を表す選択 可能な伝送周波数を前記Tx部で検出する請求項1記載のシステム。 16.前記第2の通信チャンネルが前記第1の伝送速度よりも高いデータ速度を 有する請求項2記載のシステム。 17.前記第1のデータ伝送速度が32kb/sであり前記第2のデータ伝送速度が64 kb/sである請求項3記載のシステム。 18.前記第1のデータ通信チャンネルがパルス符号変調を用い、前記第2のデ ータ通信チャンネルが適応型パルス符号変調を用いる請求項4記載のシステム。 19.前記切換え手段が前記形成ずみの通信チャンネルを前記判定手段に応答し 前記要求のあったデータ速度および変調に応じて複数の代替的チャンネルの一つ に切り換える請求項1記載のシステム。 20.通信網における伝送速度変換の期間中に選択可能な通信を抑止するシステ ムであって、 第1および第2の通信エンティティーの間に通信チャンネルを形成する手段と 、 前記第1のエンティティーからの前記チャンネル経由の送信を検出する手段と 、 前記検出する手段に応答して新たな通信チャンネルへの要求の有無を判定する 判定手段と、 前記判定手段に応答して前記通信チャンネルを新たな通信チャンネルに切り換 える切換え手段と、 前記判定手段に応答して前記第2のエンティティーから前記第1のエンティテ ィーへの送信を前記切換えの完了まで阻止する阻止手段と を含むシステム。 21.通信システムのデータ伝送速度を変換する方法であって、 第1の通信を発信ノードから第1のデータ伝送速度で受信する過程と、 前記第1の通信をサポートするのに必要なデータ速度および変調の種類を検出 する過程と、 前記データ速度および変調の種類を有する第2の通信チャンネルへの変換を開 始する過程と、 前記第1の通信を前記第1のデータ速度で着信ノードに送信する過程と、 第2の通信を前記着信ノードから受信する過程と、 前記第2の通信を前記変換の完了まで抑止する過程と、 前記第2の通信を前記発信ノードに送信する過程と を含む方法。
