Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.放射性要素を導くための第1のチャンネルと、カテーテルのためのガイド ワイヤを通過させる第2のチャンネルとを有する細長い管を含み、前記細長い管 は遠位端部に近い外部周縁に一時的に作動可能なセンタリング手段を装備するカ テーテルにおいて、前記センタリング手段は、細長い体形を形成するように第3 のチャンネルを介して供給される流体により膨張可能な再疎通バルーンにより取 り囲まれていること、および、前記センタリング手段は、再疎通バルーン内で作 動可能であることを特徴とするカテーテル。 2.センタリング手段が、再疎通バルーンの膨張によって作動されることを特 徴とする請求項1記載のカテーテル。 3.センタリング手段が、専ら、再疎通バルーンの膨張時に該バルーン内で管 を中心に合わせる様に、一方においては再疎通バルーンに他方においては管に接 続されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載のカテーテル。 4.センタリング手段が、第3のチャンネルを介して供給される流体により膨 張可能である膨張可能バルーン手段を含み、該バルーン手段は、再疎通バルーン の外部周縁に関してバルーンの間に伸びている第1のチャンネル部品を中心とす る多数のバルーンを含むことを特徴とする請求項2または3記載のカテーテル。 5.センタリング手段が再疎通バルーンの膨張に無関係に作動可能であること を特徴とする請求項1記載のカテーテル。 6.センタリング手段が、管内に配置された少なくとも1つの第4のチャンネ ルを介して供給される流体により膨張可能である膨張可能バルーン手段を含み、 該バルーン手段は再疎通バルーンの外部周縁に関して最初と最後のバルーンの間 に伸びている第1のチャンネルの部品を中心とする多数のバルーンを含むことを 特徴とする請求項5記載のカテーテル。 7.バルーン手段が、再疎通バルーン内で管の長手方向に1つの後に他の1つ が配置されている複数のバルーンを含むことを特徴とする請求項4〜6のいずれ かに記載のカテーテル。 8.バルーン手段が、多数の細長いバルーンであって、該バルーンの長軸と管 の長軸とが平行になるように、管の周りに放射状に互いに並んで配置される多数 の細長いバルーンを含むことを特徴とする請求項4〜6のいずれかに記載のカテ ーテル。 9.細長いバルーンが、管に関して対応するバルーンの半径方向位置に適合す る直径を有することを特徴とする請求項8記載のカテーテル。 10.細長いバルーンが、再疎通バルーンの長さの少なくとも相当の部分に達す る長さを有することを特徴とする請求項8または9記載のカテーテル。 11.1つ以上の細長いバルーンが、1つの後に他の1つが配置されている複数 のバルーンより形成されることを特徴とする請求項7〜10のいずれかに記載の カテーテル。 12.再疎通バルーンおよびセンタリング手段を越えた遠位位置から、再疎通バ ルーンおよびセンタリング手段の近位位置を越えるまで伸びるさらなるチャンネ ルであって、再疎通バルーンおよびセンタリング手段の対向側に、周囲に連通す る少なくとも1つの接続開口部が設けられたさらなるチャンネルが存在すること を特徴とする前出の請求項のいずれかに記載のカテーテル。 13.前記さらなるチャンネルが第2のチャンネルと合致し、その関連において 、ガイドワイヤは、第2のチャンネルの遠位末端から、近位接続開口部よりもさ らに遠方に引戻され得ることを特徴とする請求項12記載のカテーテル。 14.バルーン手段が、各々が第3のチャンネルと連通する互いに独立した多数 のバルーン部品を含むことを特徴とする請求項4〜11のいずれかに記載のカテー テル。 15.バルーン手段が、互いに独立した複数のバルーン部品であって、各々が管 に接続され、各々が第4のチャンネルと連通する複数のバルーン部品を含むこと を特徴とする請求項4〜11のいずれかに記載のカテーテル。 16.第1のチャンネルの軸が管の長軸と一致しない場合、センタリング手段は 、その作動後に、第1のチャンネルの軸がセンタリング手段の長軸に一致するよ うに適合されることを特徴とする前出の請求項のいずれかに記載のカテーテル。 17.第2のチャンネルが、再疎通バルーンを越えた遠位位置から管の遠位端部 近くまで伸びていることを特徴とする請求項1〜12または14〜16のいずれかに記 載のカテーテル。
