Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 骨固定インプラントの骨結合性を改良する方法であって、 a)超音波槽において酸攻撃により前記インプラントを清浄および不動態化す ること、 b)高真空制御システムと、温度制御可能な加熱システムと、ガス流制御およ び供給システムと、真空室内圧力制御システムと、被覆材料固定および回転シス テムとを備えた前記真空室に前記インプラントを導入すること、 c)沈着処理で使用される、アルゴン、水蒸気、酸素またはそれらの混合体か らなる雰囲気を導入すること、 d)ArFエキシマレーザーにより供給される紫外線の光子(λ=193nm )を被覆材料に放射して、前記レーザー光線を前記光線を透過する窓を介して導 入すること、 e)Ca-P-H-O-C系の被覆、すなわち、インプラントの表面上の化学量論量が可 変であるCauPvHxOYCz(ここで、U,V,X,Y,Zはゼロを含む自然数である)の被 覆を適用すること、 f)前記インプラントと容器を高真空下で紫外線放射にさらして、前記容器お よび前記インプラントを滅菌すること、 g)滅菌された容器にインプラントを導入すること、 h)内部に前記インプラントを含む容器を密封して、滅菌された真空アッセン ブリーを形成すること、 i)前記真空室から前記容器を取り出すこと、 から成ることを特徴とする前記方法。 2. 上記の工程f)、g)、h)およびi)に記載された処理手順のすべてま たは一部は、前記インプラントを不活性雰囲気中で滅菌およびパッキングするこ とを目的とした同様の処理手順と置換可能である請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 前記真空室が、前記インプラントを複数個保持して一度に数個のインプラ ントに均一な被覆を可能にする回転手段を備えている請求項1に記載の方法。 4. 前記被覆材料と前記インプラントの間に電界が発生する請求項1〜3のい ずれかに記載の方法。 5. 前記清浄処理は、 a)超音波槽内のケトンで8分間洗浄すること、 b)脱イオン水により洗浄すること、 c)超音波槽内で8分間、5%含量のHN03で洗浄すること、 d)脱イオン水で洗浄すること、 e)メタノールで洗浄すること、 を含み、上記すべての処理が通常の圧力や温度条件で実施される請求項1〜4 のいずれかに記載の方法。 6. 雰囲気を導入する前および/または後で、被覆する前記インプラントに紫 外線を放射し、前記放射はレーザービーム、水銀ランプ、無声放電エキシマラン プまたは任意の他の紫外線放射源により生成され、これによりインプラントの表 面全体が滅菌され化学的に活性化される請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。 7. Ca-P-H-O-C系の沈着材料が可変性の化学量論量を有する請求項1〜6のい ずれかに記載の方法。 8. 沈着材料はCa-P-H-O-C系の材料の2重被覆から構成され、両被覆の結晶度 は互いに異なっている請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。 9. 前記材料は、制御された優先的な結晶学的配向をもって沈着され、そして 前記インプラントが適用されると、新しく形成された骨のエピタキシャル成長を 形成する請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。 10. 前記材料は、骨の成長が被覆再吸収と同じ率で刺激されるような結晶度 または組成度を備える請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。 11. 処理するインプラントは、Tiまたは任意のTi合金、MgO、Si、GaAs、GeS i、SiC、C、任意の種類のポリマー、任意の種類の鋼鉄、または任意のCo-Cr、A1 203合金からつくられる請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。 12. 請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法により処理された材料、要素、 部分またはインプラント。
