Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 重量%で下記、すなわち: 0.3−0.5のC、 痕跡から最高で1.5までのSi、 0.2−1.5のMn、 最高で0.03までのP、好ましくは最高で0.025までのP、 0.01−0.2のS、 4−7のCr、 痕跡から最高で1までのNi、 0.5−2.0のMo(これは全量又は1部が倍量のWで置き換えられてい てもよい)、 痕跡から最高で1までのCo、 0.2−1.5のV、 痕跡から最高で0.5までのNb、 痕跡から、合計して最高で0.2%までの稀土類金属、 本質的に鉄、不純物及び付随的元素よりなる残量 を含む鋼材を切削工具用の材料として使用する方法。 2. 鋼材が0.35−0.45のCを含む、請求の範囲1に従う使用方法。 3. 鋼材が0.37−0.41のCを含む、請求の範囲2に従う使用方法。 4. 鋼材が0.4−1.2のSiを含む、請求の範囲1に従う使用方法。 5. 鋼材が0.7−0.9のSiを含む、請求の範囲4に従う使用方法。 6. 鋼材が0.6−0.8のSiを含む、請求の範囲4に従う使用方法。 7. 鋼材が0.2−1.0のMnを含む、請求の範囲1に従う使用方法。 8. 鋼材が0.3−0.5のMnを含む、請求の範囲7に従う使用方法。 9. 鋼材が0.01−0.05、好ましくは0.01−0.03のSを含む、 請求の範囲1に従う使用方法。 10. 鋼材が4.5−5.5のCrを含む、請求の範囲1に従う使用方法。 11. 鋼材が1−2のMoを含む、請求の範囲1に従う使用方法。 12. 鋼材が1.2−1.6のMoを含む、請求の範囲11に従う使用方法。 13. 鋼材が0.6−1.3のV、好ましくは0.8−1.1のVを含む、請 求の範囲1に従う使用方法。 14. 鋼材が50−100ppmの酸素及び5−75ppmのCaを含む、請 求の範囲1に従う使用方法。 15. 鋼材が合計して最高で0.4%の稀土類金属を含む、請求の範囲1に従 う使用方法。 16. 先行の各請求の範囲のいずれかに従う組成を有する鋼材よりなる、切削 工具ホルダ。
