Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.一つの工業用注入器であって、 一つの端部に第一開口部を持ち第二端部に第二開口部を持つ伸長円筒管、前記 第一開口部は注入および調合開口部を形成し、前記管は予め設定された内径の円 筒内表面を持ち、 前記管に摺動的に配設された円筒ピストン、前記ピストンは前記第一開口部に 面した第一軸端部および前記第二開口部に面した第二軸端部を持ち、 前記ピストンは前記管の前記予め設定された内径より僅かに小さい外径を持ち そのため環状離間空隙部が前記ピストンと前記管の間に形成され、 前記ピストンは前記ピストンの前記第二端部からのみ半径外側方向に伸びるワ イパを持ち、前記ワイパは前記管の前記円筒内部面と摩擦係合する、 これらのものよりなることを特徴とする工業用注入器。 2.請求の範囲第1項記載の発明であって、ここで前記ピストンと前記ワイパが 上下続きの構造を持つことを特徴とする発明。 3.請求の範囲第1項記載の発明であって、ここで前記ワイパがプラスチックで 作られることを特徴とする発明。 4.請求の範囲第1項記載の発明であって、ここで前記管の前記開口部が前記管 の前記予め設定された径よりも小さいサイズであり、またここで前記管が前記開 口部と前記管の前記円筒内部面との間に延伸する曲線内部面よりなることを特徴 とする発明。 5.請求の範囲第4項記載の発明であって、ここで前記ピストンの前記第一軸端 部が前記管の前記曲線面に相補的であることを特徴とする発明。 6.請求の範囲第1項記載の発明であって、前記管の前記第二端部を可動的に閉 鎖するキャップよりなることを特徴とする発明。 7.請求の範囲第6項に記載され、前記管の前記第二端部に隣接する前記管の円 筒内部面に形成された半径外方向に伸びるチャンネルよりなる発明であって、前 記チャンネルは予め設定された断面形状を持ち、またここで前記キャップが前記 チャンネルに相補的な断面形状を持つ半径外方向に伸びる尾根部よりなり、前記 尾根部は前記キャップが前記管の前記第二端部を閉鎖する時に前記チャンネル内 に受容されることを特徴とする発明。 8.請求の範囲第7項記載の発明であって、ここで前記キャップと前記管がプラ スチックで構成されることを特徴とする発明。 9.請求の範囲第8項記載の発明であって、ここで前記管がポリプロピレンで作 られまた前記キャップがポリエチレンで作られることを特徴とする発明。 10.請求の範囲第6項記載の発明であって、ここで前記キャップが本体および リングよりなり、前記本体の一部が前記管内に配置され、また前記リングが前記 管の外側に配置されかつ前記本体に固設された接続部を持つことを特徴とする発 明。 11.請求の範囲第10項記載の発明であって、ここで前記リ ングおよび前記本体が上下続きの構造であることを特徴とする発明。 12.請求の範囲第10項に記載され前記接続部から環状空隙のある位置で前記 本体と前記リングの間に伸びる少くとも1個のこわれやすいリンクよりなること を特徴とする発明。
