Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.重質供給原料中の650°F以上の部分をより軽質の生成物に分解し、またコー クス選択性を改善するための接触分解方法であって、該接触分解方法は、接触分 解条件下で該重質供給原料を接触分解触媒に接触させる工程を含み、さらに該接 触分解触媒は、触媒活性アルミナを実質的に含まず、かつ成分としてシリカゲル を含むシリカ結合剤中にゼオライトYを含有することを特徴とする接触分解方法 。 2.該ゼオライトYは、超安定ゼオライトYであることを特徴とする請求の範囲1 に記載の接触分解方法。 3.該ゼオライトYは、希土類交換超安定ゼオライトYであることを特徴とする請 求の範囲1に記載の接触分解方法。 4.該ゼオライトYは、24.25乃至24.43オングストロームの水熱平衡単位格子サ イズを有することを特徴とする請求の範囲3に記載の接触分解方法。 5.該ゼオライトYは、該希土類としてランタン、セリウム、またはネオジムを 含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲3に記載の接触分解方法。 6.該シリカゲルは、30乃至500ミクロンの粒子サイズと、100乃至500オ ングストロームの細孔直径と、100乃至700m2/gの表面積とを有することを特徴と する請求の範囲1に記載の接触分解方法。 7.該接触分解触媒は、触媒組成物の全重量を基準として、1乃至50重量%のシ リカゲルを含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲1に記載の接触分解方法。 8.該結合剤は、該結合剤の全重量を基準として、約3重量%未満の触媒活性ア ルミナを含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲1に記載の接触分解方法。 9.該結合剤は、該結合剤の全重量を基準として、約1重量%末満の触媒活性ア ルミナを含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲1に記載の接触分解方法。 10.重質供給原料の650°F以上の部分を分解するための接触分解触媒であって 、該接触分解触媒は、触媒活性アルミナを実質的に含まず、かつ成分としてシリ カゲルを含むシリカ結合剤中にゼオライトYを含有することを特徴とする接触分 解触媒。
