Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.一般的なTiC、TaCおよび/またはNbCのような他の炭化物の解凝 集(deagglomerated)された粉末を有する少なくとも2つの異なるWC粉末に、バ インダー金属およびプレス用助剤からなる粉砕されていない湿式混合物からなる 超硬合金体を、好ましくはスプレー乾燥で乾燥し、インサートにプレスし、焼結 して製造する方法で、WC粉末粒は、少なくとも2つのグループ;最大粒径ama x を有する小さい粒のグループと最小粒径bminを有する大きい粒のグループに分 類され、各グループは、WC粒の合計量の少なくとも10%を含み、そこでbmi n −amax>0.5μmと各グループ内での粒径変動が>1μmであり、前記WC 粒がバインダー金属で被覆される前或いは後で慎重に解凝集(deagglomerated)さ れることを特徴とする超硬合金体の製造方法。
