Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ヒトリンパ球の表面に置かれているヒトCD40抗原および少なくともヒト CD86抗原に結合することが可能な可溶性分子。 2.CD40に対する抗原結合部位およびCD86に対する抗原結合部位を有す る抗体である請求項1記載の可溶性結合分子。 3.特にCD40に対する抗体の抗原結合部位およびCD80およびCD86に 架橋反応性の抗体の抗原結合部位を含むことにより、CD40およびCD80と CD86との両方に結合することが可能な三特異的ジアボディーである請求項2 記載の抗体分子。 4.特にCD40に対する抗体の抗原結合部位およびCD86に対する抗体の抗 原結合部位を含むことにより、ヒトCD40およびヒトCD86に結合すること のできる二特異的ジアボディーである請求項2記載の抗体分子。 5.特にCD40に対する抗体の抗原結合部位、CD80に対する抗体の抗原結 合部位およびCD86に対する抗体の抗原結合部位を含むことにより、CD40 、CD80およびCD86に結合することのできる三特異的トリアボディーであ る請求項2に記載の抗体分子。 6.ヒトCTLA−4の細胞外領域により少なくともCD86に結合することの できる請求項1または3記載の可溶性結合分子。 7.CD86に対する抗体が抗体Fun−1である請求項4または5記載の抗体 。 8.CD40に対する抗体がCD40に対する拮抗性抗体である請求項2〜7の いずれか一項に記載の抗体。 9.CD40に対する抗体がCD40に対する非刺激拮抗性抗体である請求項2 〜7のいずれか1項に記載の抗体。 10.宿主細胞中で抗体分子を発現することのできる調節配列に作動可能に結合 された、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の結合分子断片をコードする核酸配 列を有する組換えベクター。 11.請求項9記載のベクターで安定に形質転換された宿主細胞。 12.宿主細胞を培養し、培養培地から結合分子を単離することからなる、ヒト CD40抗原および少なくともヒトCD86抗原に結合することのできる組換え 分子を作る方法。 13.請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の治療効果量の結合分子および薬学的 に許容されるキャリヤーを含有する、T細胞寛容誘導のための医薬組成物。 14.請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の治療効果量の医薬組成物を治療が必 要な患者に投与することからなる、T細胞仲介免疫応答を治療する方法。 15.請求項13記載の治療効果量の医薬組成物を治療が必要な患者に投与す ることからなる、同種移植片拒絶を妨げる方法。 16.請求項13記載の治療効果量の医薬組成物を治療が必要な患者に投与する ことからなる、異種移植片拒絶を妨げる方法。 17.請求項13記載の治療効果量の医薬組成物を治療が必要な患者に投与する ことからなる、T細胞寛容を誘導するための方法。 18.請求項13記載の治療効果量の医薬組成物を治療が必要な患者に投与する ことからなる、同種移植片または異種移植片寛容を誘導するための方法。 19.請求項13記載の治療効果量の医薬組成物を治療が必要な患者に投与する ことからなる、リュウマチ性関節炎、多硬化症および乾せん等の自己免疫疾患を 予防または治療するための方法。 20.請求項13記載の治療効果量の医薬組成物を治療が必要な患者に投与する ことからなる、遺伝子治療ベクターまたはビヒクルに対するT細胞仲介免疫応答 を治療する方法。 21.請求項13記載の治療効果量の医薬組成物を治療が必要な患者に投与する ことからなる、治療用分子に対するT細胞仲介免疫応答を治療する方法。
