Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.鉛直方向の回転軸線を有する遠心分離機であって、該遠心分離機の遠心ド ラムが導出室を有しており、該導出室が少なくとも1つの導出通路を介して前記 遠心ドラムの分離スペースに接続され、かつ、前記導出室内に配置された導出装 置を備えており、該導出装置が、前記遠心ドラム内で清澄されるかまたは分離さ れた液相を連続的に導出するために使用され、ならびに、導出室の上方に前記導 出装置と不動に結合された遮断円板を有しており、該遮断円板が、遠心ドラムと 一緒に回転する前記遮断室内に突入しており、前記導出装置が、遮断液を遮断室 へ供給するための通路を備えており、前記遮断室がカバーによって上方および外 方を制限されていて、該カバーの、回転軸線側に向けられた自由縁部がオーバー フローせき止め壁を形成している形式のものにおいて、 遮断円板(9)と第1のカバー(17)との間に第2の遮断室カバー(18) が配置されており、該第2の遮断室カバー(18)が、遮断室(7)の外方底部 (19)に比べて内方へ向かってずらされており、かつ、遮断室の前記外方底部 (19)に沈殿した固形物をオーバーフローせき止め壁(16)を越えて搬出す るための流れ通路(20)を、前記第1のカバー(17)と一緒に形成している ことを特徴とする、導出室 とハイドロ密閉室とを有する遠心ドラムを備えた遠心分離機。 2.遮断室カバー(18)が、第1のカバー(17)の内側に隣接して設けら れており、両カバーによって制限された流れ通路(20)がスリット状に形成さ れている、請求項1記載の遠心分離機。 3.第2の遮断室カバー(18)の、回転軸線(3)に面した側が、第1のカ バー(17)を越えて突出している、請求項1または2記載の遠心分離機。 4.第2の遮断室カバー(18)が、導出室(5)と遮断室(7)との間にオ ーバーフロー部を形成する仕切り壁に結合されており、第2の遮断室カバー(1 8)と前記仕切り壁とから成る構成ユニットが、外方に向かって延びる環状フラ ンジ(21)を有しており、該環状フランジ(21)が、遠心ドラム(2)の上 方の端面(22)と第1のカバー(17)との間に位置固定されている、請求項 1から3までのいずれか1項記載の遠心分離機。 5.環状フランジ(21)に、第1のカバー(17)の溝内に固着されたシー ルリング(23)が支持される、請求項4記載の遠心分離機。
