Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.長く伸びた対象物を電気化学的に処理するための方法にして、 a)少なくとも1つの対象物(10)を端部で把持体(3)を用いて掴まえるこ と; b)把持体によって保持された対象物を、浸漬浴内に配置された電極(30)に おける縦軸を備え軸に平行な内壁を有した空所へできる限り同心に軸線方向で移 すこと; c)そして上記対象物は、軸線方向に変位可能で孔の明いた少なくとも1つの遮 蔽マスク(23;26)を、対象物の電気化学的に処理されるべき範囲が上記内 壁と向き合い電気化学的に処理されるべきでない範囲が上記電極から遮蔽される ように貫いて導かれること; d)上記対象物を電源の一方の極に電気的に接続し上記電極を電源の他方の極に 電気的に接続することによって、陽極性乃至陰極性の浴電流を上記対象物に供給 すること の方法ステップを含んでいる方法。 2.空所を備えた電極(10)が浸漬浴(14)においてだいたい垂直に配置さ れることを特徴とする請求項1に係る方法。 3.上記対象物(10)上の電気化学的に処理されるべき範囲が、対象物と遮蔽 マスク(23;26)の互いの相対的な軸線方向の動きによって調節されること を特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に係る方法。 4.上記対象物(10)上の電気化学的に処理されるべき範囲が、対象物の浸漬 浴(14)への漬け深さによって調節されることを特徴とする前記請求項のいず れか一項に係る方法。 5.浸漬浴(14)中に、電極(30)における穿孔を介して対象物(10)に 送られる処理液体が含まれていることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に 係る方法。 6.長く伸びた対象物を電気化学的に処理するための装置にして、 a)処理液体の収容のための容器(14)と、 a1)対象物(10)の電気化学的な処理のために当該容器内に含まれた少なく とも1つの電極(30)と、 a2)当該電極に備えられ、縦軸と軸に平行な内壁を備えた上記対象物が導入さ れるようになった空所と、 b)当該空所の内部で軸線方向に変位可能に配置され、上記対象物の導入のため の開口(40)を備え、対象物の電気化学的な処理を所定の範囲で阻止すること が可能なように形成された少なくとも1つの遮蔽マスク(23;26)と、 c)少なくとも1つの電源と、当該電源の一方の接続極から上記電極への及び他 方の接続極から電極に導入された対象物への電気接続部と を有する装置。 7.上記遮蔽マスク(23;26)が、上記対象物(10)を軸線方向に部分的 に取り囲むカバーとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に係る装置。 8.電気化学的に処理されるべき範囲の境界の確立のための、空所の内壁に隣接 する遮蔽マスク(23;26)でのシール手段(24;27)を特徴とする請求 項6と7のいずれか一項に係る装置。 9.筒状の空所を特徴とする請求項6から8のいずれか一項に係る装置。 10.上記シール手段(24;27)が対象物(10)の導入のための開口(4 0)を有することを特徴とする請求項8と9のいずれか一項に係る装置。 11.第1のシール手段(24;27)上に別のシール手段があり、両方のシー ル手段(24;27)が対象物の導入のためのそれぞれ1つの開口(40)と当 該開口の方へ延びる放射状切り込み(42)とを有し、両方のシール手段(24 ;27)の切り込み(42)は互いにずれて配置されていることを特徴とする請 求項8から10のいずれか一項に係る装置。 12.様々な径の開口(40)を有し重なっている多数のシール手段(24;2 7)を特徴とする請求項6から9のいずれか一項に係る装置。 13.開口に向かって減少する厚みを有するシール手段(24;27)を特徴と する請求項10から12のいずれか一項に係る装置。 14.上記対象物(10)と電気的に接続し軸線方向でシール手段(24;27 )の向こう側で電気化学的に処理されるべきでな い範囲に配置された少なくとも1つの補助金属体(44)を特徴とする請求項6 から13のいずれか一項に係る装置。 15.上記対象物(10)を取り囲むカバー(23;26)の電気化学的に処理 されるべき範囲(34)への延長部(35;36)を特徴とする請求項7から1 4のいずれか一項に係る装置。 16.遮蔽マスク(23;26)のための止め具(13;17)と遮蔽マスクの 軸線方向高さ調整のための装置(20;28)とを特徴とする請求項6から15 のいずれか一項に係る装置。 17.固定脚(4)と可動脚(5)とから形成された把持体(3)並びにこれら 脚に固定された挟持爪(8;9)を特徴とする請求項6から15のいずれか一項 に係る装置。 18.上記挟持爪(8;9)に閉鎖力を作用する手段(5)を特徴とする請求項 17に係る装置。 19.孔の明いた電極(30)を特徴とする請求項6から18のいずれか一項に 係る装置。
