Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 処理対象たる媒体中に位置する少なくとも−の磁界面内を移動する磁界 を生じさせるための磁界発生装置であって、当該装置内において磁界強度とそれ 固有の変位速度とのベクトル積が前記処理対象たる媒体の分子に立体化学的変形 を生じさせるような磁界発生装置において、 少なくとも第1の磁界を発生させるための第1の磁界発生手段及び第2の磁界 を発生させるための第2の磁界発生手段が各磁界面内に設けられており、 前記第1及び第2の磁界は、それらの方向が所定角度Θをなすものであり、 前記第1及び第2の磁界の少なくとも一方は、時間の関数として変化し得る振 幅を有しており、 それにより、前記第1及び第2の磁界を合成してなる磁界は、前記磁界面内に おいて変化するものであり、時間に応じて変化する振幅と変化する角速度に応じ て動く方向とを有し、前記ベクトル積について可能な限り高いグラディエントを 得ることができることを特徴とする磁界発生装置。 2. 請求項1に記載の磁界発生装置において、 前記第1の磁界発生手段は、永久磁石又は一対の永久磁石(30,30')で あり、 前記第2の磁界発生手段は、コイル又は一対のコイル(32,32')であり 、 当該コイルには、時間に応じて変化する強度を有する電流が、流されており、 その結果、合成してなる磁界は、コイルを流れる電流強度の絶対値における二つ の最大値に応じた二つの位置の間で振動しながら、移動磁界である磁界発生装置 。 3. 請求項1に記載の磁界発生装置において、 前記第1の磁界発生手段は、コイル又は一対のコイル(10,10')であり 、 前記第2の磁界発生手段は、コイル又は一対のコイル(12,12')であり 、 各コイル又はコイル対に流される電流は、振幅及び周波数の可変なものであり 、互いに何らの関係もないものである磁界発生装置。 4. 請求項3に記載の磁界発生装置において、 前記第1の磁界発生手段としてのコイル(10,10')に流される電流と、 前記第2の磁界発生手段としてのコイル(12,12')に流される電流とは、 同じ周波数を有する正弦波電流である一方で、異なる振幅を有し、位相の90度 異なるものである磁界発生装置。 5. 請求項3に記載の磁界発生装置において、 前記第1の磁界発生手段としてのコイル(10,10')に流される電流と、 前記第2の磁界発生手段としてのコイルに流される電流とは、同じ振幅を有する 正弦波電流である一方、異なる周波数を有するものである磁界発生装置。 6. 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の磁界発生装置において、 前記処理対象たる媒体は、パイプ(20)内部を流れる流体であり、 前記第1及び第2の磁界発生手段は、前記パイプの外側に配置されている(図 1及び図6A)磁界発生装置。 7. 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の磁界発生装置において、 前記処理対象たる媒体は、パイプ(20)内部を流れる流体であり、 前記第1及び第2の磁界発生手段は、前記パイプの内側に配置されている(図 8)磁界発生装置。 8. 請求項6又は7に記載の磁界発生装置において、 前記磁界面は、処理対象たる流体の流れる方向と、45乃至90度の角度をな すものである磁界発生装置。 9. 請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の磁界発生装置において、 平行ないくつかの前記磁界面を有する(図9及び10)磁界発生装置。 10. 請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の磁界発生装置において、 振幅を可変とする磁界を発生させるための前記磁界発生手段は、一対のコイル (10,10')を備えており、 これらコイルは、当該コイルにより発生された磁界に関し、閉磁路を形成する ために、強磁性物質からなるコアを有しており、 当該コアは、発生された磁界が二つの平行な面内において生じるものである場 合、U字形形状を有するものであり(図2)、発生された磁界が三つの平行な面内 において生じるものである場合、E字形形状を有するものである(図3)磁界 発生装置。 11. 請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の磁界発生装置において、 前記処理対象たる媒体は、水酸化カルシウム水溶液であり、 発生された磁界は、パイプ、ボイラーなどの内壁上に炭酸カルシウムが堆積す ることを避けるために利用される磁界発生装置。 12. 請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の磁界発生装置において、 前記処理対象たる媒体は、熱エンジン用の燃料であり、 発生された磁界は、前記燃料の燃焼効率を高め且つ改良するために利用される 磁界発生装置。
