- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 澱粉又はその誘導体と、エステル、エステルアミド、二量体脂肪酸、変性脂 肪酸、酸メチルエステル、エステルポリオール、グリセリントリオレエート及び /又はグリセリンジリノレートとを、場合により相応する触媒の存在下に、少な くとも部分的に反応させることによって、熱可塑的に加工可能な澱粉ポリマー混 合物又は澱粉誘導体混合物を製造する場合に、先ず、澱粉又はその誘導体を、場 合により、少なくとも1種の軟化剤又は可塑剤、例えば水、蟻酸、酢酸、カプロ ラクトン等を用いて溶融させ、分子状反応成分の不可避の拡散経路を減少させる ための反応混合物の充分な混合のために、可塑化装置、例えば押出機又は捏和機 中で反応させ、この際、澱粉の基本モル単位の置換度約0.8の達成の際に、遊 離の、結合しなかった軟化剤又は可塑剤、例えば水、蟻酸又は酢酸を、脱ガス装 置により、少なくとも部分的にこの反応混合物から除去し、この反応を少なくと も殆ど完全な変換率に達するまで続けることを特徴とする、熱可塑的に加工可能 な澱粉ポリマー混合物又は澱粉誘導体混合物の製法。 2. エステルとして、ラクトン及び/又はポリエステルを使用する、請求項1に 記載の方法。 3. 澱粉誘導体として、澱粉アセテートを使用する、 請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 4. 澱粉又は誘導体を、蟻酸及び少なくとも1種のラクトンと溶融物中で反応さ せる、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 5. 使用される澱粉又は澱粉誘導体は、水0.02〜0.5重量割合を含有する 、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 6. 溶融物は80〜200℃の温度を有するか、あるいは、反応をこの温度で行 なう、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 7. 先ず、水分含量約2〜10重量%を有する澱粉又は澱粉誘導体を、蟻酸と一 緒に溶融させ、引続き、そうして得られた溶融物を、カプロラクトンと反応させ 、最終的に熱可塑的に加工可能な澱粉ポリマー混合物の生成すべき特性に応じて 、場合により多量の水又は場合により多量の蟻酸を脱ガスにより除去する、請求 項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 8. 澱粉アセテートを、カプロラクトンと一緒に溶融させ、適当なエステル交換 −触媒の使用下で、少なくとも部分的に反応させる、請求項1から7までのいず れか1項に記載の方法。 9. 反応混合物に、0.05〜0.4kWh/kgの可塑化操作を行なう、請求 項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 10.反応成分を、先ず、均質の流動性の熱可塑的に加工可能な溶融物に変換させ 、この溶融物を混合装置中で、完全に反応するまで処理する、請求項1から9ま でのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 11.反応混合物の可塑化及び溶融、並びに溶融物の混合を、連続的に作動する流 過捏和機、2軸捏和押出機、ブス−共同捏和機及び後続の静的ズルツァーミキサ ーを有する歯車ポンプ中で行なう、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載 の方法。 12.可塑化−及び混合装置中の、反応混合物の滞留時間は、2〜30分間である 、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 13.澱粉又はその誘導体の反応生成物もしくはエステル交換−又はエステル化生 成物を、他のポリマー、例えば特に、次のリスト: −脂肪族ポリエステル、例えばポリカプロラクトン、ポリラクチド、ポリヒド ロキシ酪酸、バレリアン酸とのコポリマー及び/又は発酵的に製造されたポリエ ステル、 −芳香族及び脂肪族ブロックを有するコポリエステル、 −ポリエステルアミド、 −ポリエステルウレタン、 −ポリビニルアルコール、 −エチレンビニルアルコール及び/又はその混合物 、 から殊に選択される、疏水性の、生物学的に分解可能なポリマーと混合させる、 請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 14.澱粉又は澱粉誘導体の反応生成物もしくは澱粉又は澱粉誘導体からのエステ ル化−又はエステル交換生成物を、更に、少なくとも1種の次の物質: −ゼラチン、リグニン、セルロース、前記の物質の誘導体及び/又はその混合 物、 と混合させる、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。 15.澱粉又は澱粉誘導体と、エステル、例えばラクトン及び/又はポリエステル 、エステルアミド及び/又はポリエステルアミド、二量体脂肪酸、変性脂肪酸、 酸メチルエステル、エステルポリオール又はポリエステルポリオール、グリセリ ントリオレエート及び/又はグリセリンジリノレートとのエステル化−又はエス テル交換生成物少なくとも1種を含有し、この際、エステル交換生成物の分子は 、平均して、澱粉−基0.4〜0.6重量割合、低分子エステル−基0.6〜0 .4重量割合及び高分子エステル−基0.01〜0.05重量割合から構成され ている、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項に記載の方法により製造された、 熱可塑的に加工可能な澱粉ポリマー混合物又は澱粉誘導体混合物。 16.エステル化−又はエステル交換生成物と一緒に、更に、少なくとも1種の次 のポリマー: −脂肪族ポリエステル、 −脂肪族及び芳香族ブロックを有するコポリエステル、 −ポリエステルアミド、 −ポリエステルウレタン、 −ポリビニルアルコール、 −エチレンビニルアルコール及び/又は前記のポリマーの混合物 を含有する、請求項15に記載のポリマー混合物。 17.混合物は、更に、次の物質: −ゼラチン、リグニン、セルロース、前記の物質の誘導体及び/又はその混合 物 の1種を含有する、請求項15又は16に記載のポリマー混合物。 18.混合物は、更に、充填剤、例えば繊維及び/又は他の強化物質を含有する、 請求項15から17までのいずれか1項に記載のポリマー混合物。 19.ポリマー混合物は、添加剤、例えば特に軟化剤、顔料、場合により架橋添加 剤等を含有する、請求項15から18までのいずれか1項に記載のポリマー混合 物。 20.エステル交換生成物は、0.6重量割合までの澱粉から成っている、請求項 15から19までのいず れか1項に記載のポリマー混合物。 21.澱粉又は澱粉誘導体のエステル交換−又はエステル化生成物少なくとも1種 を含有する、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項に記載のポリマー混合物を特 徴とする、シート、管並びに他の押出物。 22.澱粉又は澱粉誘導体のエステル交換−又はエステル化生成物1種を含有する 、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項に記載のポリマー混合物を特徴とする、 成形体又は射出成形により製造された物質。
