Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 血液流を通す血管内に一部が配置可能な改良カテーテルであって、このカ テーテルが、該カテーテルの壁部以上に膨張可能な、第1の膨張性バルーンと第 2の膨張性バルーンとを有し、第1のバルーンおよび第2のバルーンが、これら 第1のバルーンおよび第2のバルーンが膨張されると第1のバルーンと第2のバ ルーンとの間に血管の閉塞部分を生じさせるように、カテーテルに沿って隔置さ れているカテーテルにおいて、 カテーテルの壁部に、血液流の方向に関して第1のバルーンから上流側に配置 された第1ポートと、 カテーテルの壁部に、血液流の方向に関して第2のバルーンから下流側に配置 された第2ポートと、 第1端部および第2端部を備えた、カテーテル内の管腔にして、第1端部が前 記第1ポートに接続され、第2端部が前記第2ポートに接続されて、前記血管の 閉塞部分を迂回するための血液流の血液用バイパスを形成する管腔とを含む改良 カテーテル。 2. 請求の範囲第1項によるカテーテルにおいて、前記第1のバルーンは、血 液流の方向に関して前記第2のバルーンの上流側に配置される改良カテーテル。 3. 請求の範囲第1項によるカテーテルであって、前記第1ポートと第2ポー トを閉じるポート閉鎖手段をさらに含む改良カテーテル。 4. 請求項1によるカテーテルにおいて、前記第2ポートがカテーテルの先端 を形成する改良カテーテル。 5. 請求の範囲第3項によるカテーテルにおいて、前記ポート閉鎖手段がカテ ーテルに沿って長手方向へ第1位置から第2位置まで摺動可能である改良カテー テル。 6. 請求の範囲第5項によるカテーテルにおいて、前記ポート閉鎖手段の第1 位置が前記第1ポートに近接している改良カテーテル。 7. 請求の範囲第3項によるカテーテルにおいて、前記ポート閉鎖手段がカテ ーテルに沿って長手方向へ延在する線を横切って第1位置から第2位置まで摺動 可能である改良カテーテル。 8. 請求の範囲第3項によるカテーテルにおいて、前記ポート閉鎖手段が前記 バイパス内に配置されて第2管腔に接続した第3のバルーンを含み、この第3の バルーンは第2管腔を通して膨らまされて前記第1ポートを閉じ且つ該第2管腔 を通してすぼまされて前記第1ポートを開くことができる改良カテーテル。 9. 身体の血管内に配置可能な改良カテーテルであって、互いに隔置された第 1のバルーンおよび第2のバルーンと、これら第1のバルーンおよび第2のバル ーンが膨らまされて第1のバルーンと第2のバルーンとの間の血管内に閉塞部分 をつくるように、第1のバルーンおよび第2のバルーンを血管の壁部まで膨張さ せる手段とを有するカテーテルにおいて、 第2のバルーンから独立して第1のバルーンを膨張・縮小させるために該第1 のバルーン内部に連結されて開口する、カテーテル内の第1管腔と、 第1のバルーンから独立して第2のバルーンを膨張・縮小させるために該第2 のバルーン内部に連結されて開口する、カテーテル内の第2管腔とを有する改良 カテーテル。 10. 請求項9に記載のカテーテルの改良において、さらに、 前記血管を通る血液の流れ方向に見て前記カテーテルの壁部の、前記第 1のバルーンの上流側にある第1のポートと、 前記血管を通る血液の流れ方向に見て前記カテーテルの壁部の、前記第 2のバルーンの下流側にある第2のポートと、 前記カテーテルの前記壁部内にあり、第1の端部と第2の端部とを有す る第3の内腔とを有し、 前記第1のポートが該第3の内腔の該第1の端部を形成するとともに、 前記第2のポートが該第3の内腔の該第2の端部を形成することを特徴とするカ テーテルの改良。 11. 請求項10に記載のカテーテルの改良において、ポート開口位置とポー ト閉鎖位置とを有し、該ポート開口位置からポート閉鎖位置へ調節可能な ポート閉鎖手段を有することを特徴とするカテーテルの改良。 12. 請求項10に記載のカテーテルの改良において、前記第2のポートが前 記カテーテルの前端部を形成していることを特徴とするカテーテルの改良 。 13.カテーテルの長手方向に互いに隔てられた第1のバルーン及び第2のバル ーンを有し、これら第1及び第2のバルーンがカテーテルの壁部を越えて 血管の壁部まで膨張可能であって、膨張したときに血管内の、該第1及び 第2のバルーンの間の位置に閉塞部分を生じるようになっている前記カテ ーテルの、血液が流れる身体の血管内に位置決めし得る部分の改良におい て、 前記第1のバルーンに隣接した位置にあり、血液の流れ方向に見て前記カ テーテルの壁部の、前記第1のバルーンの上流側にある第1のポートと、 前記第2のバルーンに隣接した位置にあり、血液の流れ方向に見て前記カ テーテルの壁部の、前記第2のバルーンの下流側にある第2のポートと、 前記カテーテル内にあり、第1の端部と第2の端部とを有する第3の内腔 とを有し、 前記血管内の閉塞部分をバイパスする前記カテーテル内の血流路を形成す るために、前記第1の端部が前記第1のポートに連結されかつ前記第2の端部が 前記第2のポートに連結されていることを特徴とするカテーテル部分の改良。 14.請求項13に記載のカテーテル部分の改良において、前記第1のポートを 開いて前記血流路を開く開口位置から該第1のポートを閉じて該血流路を 閉じる閉鎖位置へ調節可能なポート閉鎖手段を有することを特徴とするカ テーテル部分の改良。
