【請求項5】 前記エジェクタとして、スロート部における液流速20m/s以下が可能な大径スロート部をもつ低速型エジェクタを使用する請求項3に記載の汚泥処理方法。
【請求項6】 オゾン処理する流動性被処理物へのオゾンガスの注入に使用されるエジェクタであって、スロート部の内径が、前記被処理物の流量をA(L/分)として、10(0.01A)1/2 〜10(0.015A)1/2 mmであるエジェクタ。
【請求項7】 前記流動性被処理物が汚泥である請求項6に記載のエジェクタ。
【請求項8】 前記オゾンガスのオゾン濃度が120〜250g/m3 Nである請求項6に記載のエジェクタ。
