部を加熱再封止する他側再シール手段とを備え、この他
側の再シール手段の下流側には両側再封止後の筒状フィ
ルムをその幅方向に間欠的に全幅にわたって加熱シール
する幅シール手段と、この幅シール手段による幅シール
部を上流側と下流側に切離する切離手段を具備すること
