In addition to verbal communication of dosage and other information, the dosage and other information are written on the surface of the medicine bag that contains the medicine, etc., so that patients can later determine how to take the medicine from the information on the medicine bag. Like that. As described above, a medicine bag has been conventionally used for handing a medicine, and the medicine bag itself employs a paper-made one-side-open bag body. [0003] In recent years, in order to streamline the drug delivery business, it has been attempted to record in a medicine bag using an information output device such as a patient name and a taking method based on medical records and prescribed drug information. The goal is to reduce the effort of writing information on medicine bags by hand and eliminate mistakes. The medicine bag is also used in hospital operations, and when delivering various medicines, the medicine is stored in the medicine bag, and the medicine is delivered so as not to come into direct contact with the medicine container or the like except during treatment. . In addition, the medicine bag is a paper bag as described above and cannot be seen through, and the correspondence between the information written on the surface and the contents is confirmed by opening the medicine bag, but the contents are not It has also been proposed to make the medicine bag from transparent packaging material so that it can be viewed from the outside. However, there is a problem when information is recorded on the medicine bag using a printer. That is, the front plate and the rear plate of the medicine bag are easily separated from each other, and when the medicine bag is set in a printer such as an electrophotographic system with air in between and the information is output with a slight swelling, the medicine bag is obtained. However, there is a problem that information is not properly written at a predetermined position or a paper jam occurs due to being caught by a paper feed mechanism inside the printer. On the other hand, a transparent synthetic resin film is used as a packaging material for a medicine bag whose contents are visible from the outside, but static electricity is easily generated when the front plate and the back plate of the medicine bag rub against each other. If the medicine bag in which the static electricity is stored is set in the above-described electrophotographic printer and information is output, toner transfer is not properly performed, and information is not clearly written. Therefore, in view of the above circumstances, the present invention is directed to a medicine bag made of a transparent packaging material on which information can be written by using any one of an electrophotographic system, an ink jet system, and a thermal recording system, at least when a printer outputs information. It is an object of the present invention to prevent the face plate and the back plate from being separated from each other, and to appropriately write information to a medicine bag using the printer device. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in consideration of the above problems, and has a receiving layer which can be recorded by at least one of an electrophotographic system, an inkjet system, and a thermal recording system. A bag made of a packaging material capable of recording electronic information in preparation for, and the contents can be viewed through the packaging material, and the opposing inner wall surfaces are temporarily attached in a releasable manner. And provide a medicine bag,
This is to solve the above problem. Next, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a medicine bag. The medicine bag 1 is provided in a form in which two packaging materials 2 are overlapped and three opposing sides are bonded together by heat sealing or the like, and the other side is opened. Of the front plate 3 and the rear plate 4, the front plate 3 has its surface configured as an information description section 5 for describing the name of the medicine to be housed, the amount of medicine to be housed, the method of taking the medicine, and the like. Medicine bag 1
Is set in a printer that is one of the electrophotographic system, the inkjet system, and the thermal recording system, and information A such as information on medicines to be contained in the medicine bag and dosage information is described based on the chart information and prescription information. I am trying to be. The described information A includes fixed information such as a hospital name in addition to the variable information such as the medicine information and the taking information, and such fixed information may be printed in advance. The packaging material 2 of the medicine bag 1 uses a transparent synthetic resin film as a base material 2a and is made of polyester, polyolefin, polyamide, polyester amide, polyether, polyimide, polyamide imide, polystyrene, polycarbonate, poly -P
-Phenylene sulfide, polyetherester, polyvinylchloride, poly (meth) acrylate are preferred. It is also possible to use these copolymers, blends and further crosslinked ones. When the above synthetic resin film has been subjected to a surface treatment, that is, a film subjected to a corona discharge treatment (in air, nitrogen, carbon dioxide gas or the like) or an easy adhesion treatment, the adhesion to the receiving layer 2b to be described later. It is more preferably used because its water resistance and solvent resistance are improved. Various methods can be used for the easy adhesion treatment.Acrylic-based, urethane-based, and polyester-based adhesives are applied in the film manufacturing process, or the film after uniaxial or biaxial stretching is applied as described above. Those coated with various kinds of adhesives can be suitably used. The packaging material may be a transparent film or a colored film. The thickness of the synthetic resin film is not particularly limited, but is usually 5 μm or more and 200 μm or less, preferably 10 μm or more and 100 μm or less, more preferably 20 μm or less.
It is desirable that it is not less than μm and not more than 50 μm. The receiving layer 2b is a layer for providing an electrophotographic toner image, an ink jet ink image, and a thermal transfer ink image employed in various printers, and is formed by lamination on the base material 2a. Things. As the resin used as the receiving layer 2b, polyester resin, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, ionomer resin, urethane resin, nylon resin, ethylene-
Acrylic acid copolymer resin, ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer resin, ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymer resin, ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer resin, ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer resin, polyvinyl alcohol resin, polyvinyl butyral resin, polystyrene resin , A polyalkylene oxide resin, a polyvinylpyrrolidone resin, gelatin and the like can be used, but are not limited thereto. At the time when the information is not described, the inner side walls 3a and 4a of the front plate 3 and the back plate 4 facing each other are temporarily attached to the medicine bag 1 made of the packaging material 2 as shown in FIG. The shape of the medicine bag 1 is formed in a flat sheet shape. Since the front plate 3 and the back plate 4 are temporarily attached in this manner, the front plate 3 and the back plate 4 do not rub against each other. Therefore, static electricity does not occur, and even if this medicine bag 1 is set in an electrophotographic printer and information is output, the toner is properly transferred and clear information can be written in the information writing section 5. . Further, the medicine bag 1 does not exist between the front plate 3 and the back plate 4 due to the temporary attachment, so that there is no air layer or the like.
Is a flat sheet, the receiving layer 2 of the information writing section 5
b, the toner, the ink, and the thermal transfer ink are properly received, and good information is written. In order to temporarily attach the inner wall surfaces of the front plate 3 and the back plate 4 to each other so as to be peelable, the inner wall surface of the front plate 3 and the back plate 4 may be attached to the front plate 3 and the back plate 4 during the bag making process. A press pressure of a required pressure may be applied when the two packaging materials are superimposed, but the method is not limited to this method. Since the packaging material 2 constituting the front plate 3 and the back plate 4 is temporarily attached to the medicine bag 1, taking into account the operability of opening the medicine inlet 6 after the above information is output. It is preferable to extend one of the front plate 3 and the back plate 4 upward as shown in the drawing. In the above embodiment, two packaging materials are overlapped and three opposing sides are heat-sealed. However, the present invention is not limited to this example. It may be a form in which the two sides are heat-sealed by folding, or a gusset type having a gusset on the side. Further, the receiving layer only needs to be provided on the portion where the characters, codes, patterns, ground pattern, etc. are provided by the printer or the like, including the above-mentioned information description portion. It is not necessary to provide the receiving layer in the packaging material constituting the face plate. As described above, according to the medicine bag of the present invention, a receiving layer recordable by at least one of an electrophotographic system, an ink jet system, and a thermal recording system is provided on the surface layer, and electronic information is provided. The bag is made from a packaging material capable of recording the contents, and the contents can be seen through the packaging material, wherein the opposing inner wall surfaces are temporarily attached in a releasable manner. . Since the opposing inner wall surfaces of the medicine bag are temporarily attached in a detachable manner, the opposing packaging materials are not rubbed with each other, thereby preventing generation of static electricity, and when outputting information using an electrophotographic printer. Can be properly transferred. And
Because the medicine bag takes on a flat sheet shape by temporary attachment, the acceptance of toner, ink, thermal transfer ink, etc. becomes appropriate, and this also allows information to be clearly described, etc.
This is an effect that is excellent in practicality.
