Abstract
【解決手段】 セメント100部とセッコウ1〜25部を主成分とするセメントモルタルと、アルカリを水に溶解させた水溶液、硫酸塩、アルカリ塩を水に溶解させた水溶液、及びシリカコロイド水溶液からなる群のうちの1種以上からなる液体急結剤とを含有してなることを特徴とする吹付材料。液体急結剤としてはアルカリアルミン酸塩を水に溶解させた水溶液、硫酸アルミニウムが好ましい。さらに、凝結遅延剤、減水剤、増粘剤、超微粉、及び繊維状物質から選ばれる一種又は二種以上の混和材を含有させてもよい。

Description
セッコウの使用量は、セメント100重量部に対して、1〜25重量部が好ましく、5〜20重量部がより好ましい。1重量部未満では長期強度発現性を促進させることが難しく、25重量部を越えると初期凝結が遅れ、地山に対する付着性が小さくなるおそれがある。
セメントa:市販の普通ポルトランドセメント、比重3.16
セメントb:市販の早強ポルトランドセメント、比重3.14
細骨材:新潟県青海町産石灰砂、表面水率6.5%、比重2.62
粗骨材:新潟県青海町産石灰砂利、表乾状態、比重2.66
セッコウI:無水セッコウ粉砕品、ブレーン値3800cm2 /g
液体急結剤A:K2 O/Al2 O3 =1.5(モル比)で調整したアルミン酸カリウム50重量%溶液
液体急結剤B:硫酸アルミニウム40重量%溶液
液体急結剤C:水酸化ナトリウム45重量%溶液
液体急結剤D:炭酸カリウム45重量%溶液
液体急結剤E:水ガラス3号、SiO2 30重量%、Na2 O10重量%溶液
液体急結剤F:液体急結剤AとDの重量比でA:D=4:1の溶液
液体急結剤G:液体急結剤AとCの重量比でA:C=1:1の溶液
液体急結剤H:液体急結剤CとDの重量比でC:D=4:1の溶液
液体急結剤I:コロイダルシリカ、平均粒径15nm、SiO2 30重量%、Na2 O0.2重量%溶液
圧縮強度:調整した急結性吹付コンクリートを吹付けした。材齢1時間は幅25cm×長さ25cmのプルアウト型枠供試体を使用し、プルアウト型枠表面からピンを急結性吹付コンクリートで被覆し、型枠の裏側よりピンを引き抜き、その時の引き抜き強度を求め、(圧縮強度)=(引き抜き強度)×4/(供試体接触面積)の式から圧縮強度を算出した。材齢1日以降は幅50cm×長さ50cm×厚さ20cmの型枠から採取した直径5cm×長さ10cmの供試体を20トン耐圧機で測定し、圧縮強度を求めた。
セメントb100重量部に対してセッコウ10重量部を混合して吹付コンクリートとし、セメント100重量部に対してカルシウムアルミネートからなる粉体急結剤を5重量部混合して急結性吹付コンクリートとしたこと以外は実施例1と同様に行って粉塵量を測定し、実験No.1−6と比較した。その結果、実験No.1−6の粉塵量は0.9mg/m3 であるのに対し、比較例1の粉塵量は20.5mg/m3 であった。
カルシウムアルミネート:C12A7 、非晶質、ブレーン値6200cm2 /g
粉塵量:急結性吹付コンクリートを4m3/hの吹付速度で30分間、鉄板でアーチ状に製作した高さ3.5m、幅2.5mの模擬トンネルに吹付けた。10分毎に吹付場所より3mの定位置で測定し、得られた測定値の平均値を示した。
セメントa100重量部に対してセッコウ10重量部を混合して吹付コンクリートとし、セメント100重量部に対してアルミン酸カリウムからなる粉体急結剤を5重量部混合して急結性吹付コンクリートとしたこと以外は実施例1と同様に行って粉塵量を測定し、実験No.1−6と比較した。その結果、実験No.1−6の粉塵量は0.9mg/m3 であるのに対し、比較例2の粉塵量は21.7mg/m3 であった。
Claims (6)
- 早強ポルトランドセメント及び/又は超早強セメント100部とセッコウ1〜25部を主成分とするセメントモルタルと、アルカリを水に溶解させた水溶液、硫酸塩、アルカリ塩を水に溶解させた水溶液、及びシリカコロイド水溶液からなる群のうちの1種以上からなる液体急結剤とを含有してなることを特徴とする吹付材料。
- セッコウが10〜25部であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の吹付材料。
- 液体急結剤がアルカリアルミン酸塩を水に溶解させた水溶液であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の吹付材料。
- 液体急結剤が硫酸アルミニウムを水に溶解させた水溶液であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の吹付材料。
- さらに、凝結遅延剤、減水剤、増粘剤、超微粉、及び繊維状物質から選ばれる一種又は二種以上の混和材を含有してなることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のうちの1項記載の吹付材料。
- 早強ポルトランドセメント及び/又は超早強セメント100部とセッコウ1〜25部を主成分とするセメントモルタルと、アルカリを水に溶解させた水溶液、硫酸塩、アルカリ塩を水に溶解させた水溶液、及びシリカコロイド水溶液からなる群のうちの1種以上からなる液体急結剤を別々に圧送し、次いで混合して吹付けることを特徴とする吹付工法。
