Abstract
【解決手段】 高沸点成分から脂肪族C3 −C10アルコールを製造する方法であって、高沸点成分を、アルカリ金属化合物によって2mgKOH/gまでの中和価まで調節し、そして165〜185℃の温度及び80〜150hPaの圧力下に蒸留塔中で処理し、その後、塔頂成分を水素化することを特徴とする、上記方法。

Description
2−エチルヘキサノール製造から生ずる高沸点成分を一緒にしたものを、水酸化カリウム水溶液(20%濃度)を加えて3mgKOH/gの中和価に調節し、そして残留物塔(30棚段)中で175℃の温度及び90hPaの圧力下に処理した。残留物塔の塔底から1時間あたりで750kgの高沸点成分が排出され、他方、塔頂成分は水素化段階に戻した。

残留物塔を上記Aに記載のように操業したが、水酸化カリウムは添加しなかった。1時間あたり、残留物塔の塔底に930kgの高沸点成分が生じ、これを排出した。
Claims (8)
- 高沸点成分から脂肪族C3 −C10アルコールを製造する方法であって、高沸点成分を、アルカリ金属化合物によって2mgKOH/gまでの中和価まで調節し、そして165〜185℃の温度及び80〜150hPaの圧力下に蒸留塔中で処理し、その後、塔頂成分を水素化することを特徴とする、上記方法。
- 中和価を、アルカリ金属の添加によって2〜5mgKOH/gの範囲に調節することを特徴とする、請求項1の方法。
- 温度が170〜180℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2の方法。
- アルカリ金属化合物の水溶液を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一つの方法。
- アルカリ金属化合物がアルカリ金属水酸化物であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つの方法。
- アルカリ金属水酸化物が水酸化ナトリウムまたは水酸化カリウムであることを特徴とする、請求項5の方法。
- 脂肪族C3 −C10アルコールが2−エチルヘキサノールであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つの方法。
- アルカリ金属化合物を、蒸留塔への供給物に加えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つの方法。
