Abstract
【解決手段】
本発明は、28から32重量%のクロムと、6から8重量%のタングステンと、0.1から2重量%の珪素と、1.2から1.7重量%の炭素と、3から6重量%のニッケルと、1から3重量%のモリブデンと、100重量%に至るための補充分としてのコバルトとを含む、液体による浸食を受ける機器を被覆するためのコバルト系合金に関する。更に、本発明は、液体との衝突の後の金属浸食速度を低下させるために、液体による浸食を受ける機器、特に蒸気タービンブレードに合金を塗布する方法にも関する。

6から8重量%のタングステンと、
0.1から2重量%の珪素と、
1.2から1.7重量%の炭素と、
3から6重量%のニッケルと、
1から3重量%のモリブデンと、
100重量%に至るまでの補充分としてのコバルトとを含む合金組成を認定した。
Claims (19)
- 浸食防止被覆膜の層を形成するために機器の表面にコバルト系合金を塗布することから成り、液体による浸食を受ける前記機器を処理する方法において、前記コバルト系合金は、
28から32重量%のクロムと、
6から8重量%のタングステンと、
0.1から2重量%の珪素と、
1.2から1.7重量%の炭素と、
3から6重量%のニッケルと、
1から3重量%のモリブデンと、
100重量%に至るまでの補充分としてのコバルトとを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記組成は0.01から1重量%の鉄及び/又は0.01から1重量%のマンガンを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記機器は蒸気タービンの部品から成ることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記部品は蒸気タービンブレードであることを特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。
- 塗布はレーザーめっきによって実行されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザーはCO2レーザー又はYAGレーザーであることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- 塗布される被覆膜の層は0.1から5mmの範囲の厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 処理すべき部品の予備加熱段階を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記合金の一連の塗布工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 液体による浸食を受ける機器の被覆のためのコバルト系合金において、前記コバルト系合金は、
28から32重量%のクロムと、
6から8重量%のタングステンと、
0.1から2重量%の珪素と、
1.2から1.7重量%の炭素と、
3から6重量%のニッケルと、
1から3重量%のモリブデンと、
100%に至るための補充分としてのコバルトとを含むことを特徴とするコバルト系合金。 - 前記合金は0.01から1重量%の鉄及び/又は0.01から1重量%のマンガンを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項10記載の合金。
- 液体による浸食を受ける機器又は最終製品において、請求項10から15のいずれか1項に記載の合金被覆膜から成る、液体からの浸食を防止するための表面被覆膜を具備することを特徴とする機器又は最終製品。
- 前記機器又は最終製品は蒸気タービンの部品であることを特徴とする請求項16記載の機器又は最終製品。
- 前記部品はガスタービンブレードである請求項17記載の機器又は最終製品。
- 前記浸食防止表面ライニングは0.1から5mmの範囲の厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項16から18のいずれか1項に記載の機器又は最終製品。
