Abstract
【解決手段】本継手は、外側継手部10と、ボールケージ30と、トルク伝達ボールとを備える。外側継手部10には、4つの周方向に均等に配列された第1の外側軌道11と、第二の外側軌道12とが交互に配設され、内側継手部には、4つの周方向に均等に配列された第1の内側軌道21と、第2の内側軌道22とが交互に配設されている。第1の外側及び内側軌道は、第1の方向に広がる第1の軌道組を形成する。第2の外側軌道12及び内側軌道22は、逆方向に広がる第2の軌道組を形成する。第2の外側ボール軌道12は、外側継手部10の開口に、第2のボール32を第2のケージ窓内へ径方向外側から挿入するための幅広の組立部13を有するとともに、第2のケージ窓を外側継手部10から軸方向に突出させた状態で、第1のボール全てが既に第1のケージ窓内に挿入されている。

Description
ここで、外側継手部には、4つの第1の外側軌道と4つの第2の外側軌道とが交互に且つ周方向に均等に配設されている。
内側継手部には、4つの第1の内側軌道と4つの第2の内側軌道とが交互に且つ周方向に均等に配設されている。
第1の外側軌道及び第1の内側軌道は共に、継手を位置合わせした状態の際に第1の方向に広がる第1の軌道組を形成する。
第2の外側軌道及び第2の内側軌道は共に、継手を位置合わせした状態の際に逆方向に広がる第2の軌道組を形成する。
ボールは、各組の軌道に保持される。
環状ケージは、8つの周方向に配置されたケージ窓を備え、各ケージ窓が複数のボールの1つを収納し、ケージ窓全体でその中央により平面内に複数のボールを保持する。

Claims (1)
- 外側継手部(10)と、内側継手部(20)と、ボールケージ(30)と、トルク伝達ボール(31,32)とを備える対向軌道型継手であって、
前記外側継手部(10)には、4つの第1の外側軌道(11)と4つの第2の外側軌道(12)とが交互に且つ周方向に均等に配設されており、
前記内側継手部(20)には、4つの第1の内側軌道(21)と4つの第2の内側軌道(22)とが交互に且つ周方向に均等に配設されており、
前記第1の外側軌道(11)及び前記第1の内側軌道(21)は共に、前記継手を位置合わせした状態の際に第1の方向R1に広がる第1の軌道組(B−B)を形成し、
前記第2の外側軌道(12)及び前記第2の内側軌道(22)は共に、前記継手を位置合わせした状態の際に逆方向R2に広がる第2の軌道組(A−A)を形成し、
前記ボール(31,32)は、前記各組の軌道に保持され、
前記環状ケージ(30)は、8つの周方向に配置されたケージ窓(27,28)を備え、各ケージ窓がボール(31,32)の1つを収納し、ケージ窓全体でその中央により平面内に前記ボールを保持し、
前記外側継手部(10)の前記第2の外側ボール軌道(12)は、前記外側継手部(10)の開口(17)に、第2のボール(32)を第2のケージ窓(28)内へ径方向外側から挿入するための幅広の組立領域(13)を有するとともに、
前記継手を過度に連結させた結果、前記第2のケージ窓(28)を前記外側継手部(10)から軸方向に突出させた状態で、前記第1のケージ窓(27)は、既に第1のボール(31)で完全に充填されていることを特徴とする対向軌道型継手。
