Abstract
【解決手段】 検体の測定に必要な乾式分析素子12を素子カートリッジ13に収容して素子搭載部24に搭載するについて、素子搭載部24は素子カートリッジ13の装着時にその装着動作に応じて、該素子カートリッジ13より突出している乾式分析素子12を素子カートリッジ13の所定位置に押し戻す規制突起32等の矯正手段を備える。

Claims (8)
- 検体の測定に必要な乾式分析素子を収容し、1枚の乾式分析素子が通過する素子取出口を備えた素子カートリッジを素子搭載部に搭載し、該素子カートリッジから前記乾式分析素子を取り出して次工程へ搬送する自動分析装置において、
前記素子搭載部は、前記素子カートリッジの装着時にその装着動作に応じて、該素子カートリッジより突出している前記乾式分析素子を前記カートリッジの所定位置に押し戻す矯正手段を備えたことを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 前記素子カートリッジは、前記素子取出口に連通して、カートリッジ装着方向に延びて開口する挿通路を備え、前記素子搭載部は、前記素子カートリッジの装着時にその装着動作に応じて、前記挿通路に進入して前記素子取出口内に突出している乾式分析素子に接触して該乾式分析素子を素子カートリッジ内の所定位置に押し戻す矯正手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動分析装置。
- 前記矯正手段は、徐々に突出量が増大する規制突起で構成したことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の自動分析装置。
- 前記矯正手段は、素子カートリッジを押し込み付勢するバネ材を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の自動分析装置。
- 前記素子カートリッジの挿通路はスリット状の溝で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の自動分析装置。
- 前記素子搭載部は搭載した素子カートリッジから取り出された乾式分析素子が挿通する素子通過口を備え、前記矯正手段は該素子通過口の上方に上下方向に延びて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の自動分析装置。
- 検体の測定に必要な乾式分析素子を収容した素子カートリッジを素子搭載部に搭載し、該素子カートリッジから前記乾式分析素子を取り出して次工程へ搬送する自動分析装置において、
前記素子搭載部は、前記素子カートリッジの装着時にその装着に応じて動作し、該素子カートリッジより飛び出ている乾式分析素子を素子カートリッジの所定位置に押し戻すプッシャーを備えたことを特徴とする自動分析装置。 - 前記プッシャーは、前記素子搭載部への素子カートリッジの装着を検知して動作することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の自動分析装置。
