Abstract

【課題】当落を表す可変情報データが印字されている可変情報を施した籤類において、可変情報データが改ざんされたり、意図的に、あるいは不慮の事故として可変情報データが破壊されたとしても、元の可変情報データが即座に容易に証明され、その真贋や当落の判定を容易にし、さらに基材に制約されず、コストが嵩まない可変情報を施した籤類の提供にある。
【解決手段】基材１０上に当落を表す可変情報データ１２が印字され、その上にスクラッチ隠蔽層１４が施されている可変情報を施した籤１において、前記可変情報データ１２が当落に応じて区別されたフォント（当たりではイタリック体、外れではゴシック）で形成されている可変情報を施した籤類１とするものである。

【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、「当たり」「外れ」等を表す可変情報を施した籤類に関するものであり、さらに詳しくは、抽選券等籤類における当選番号やそれに類する記号、絵柄等可変情報データの改ざんや「当たり」等の虚偽届け等を防止する可変情報を施した籤類に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、例えば当選番号や記号あるいは「当たり」、「外れ」、それに相当する絵柄などの可変情報データが印字されている抽選券やゲーム券など籤類が知られ、また、これら可変情報データを隠蔽性とスクラッチオフ性（引っ掻き落とし易さ）のインキで隠蔽したスクラッチ式の籤類として、例えばインスタント抽選券や抽選付ゲームカードあるいは抽選付の印刷物などに広く採用されているものがある。

しかし、上記可変情報データが印字されているインスタント抽選券やゲーム券等籤類では、これら番号、記号等を削り取り書換え、改ざんされて当たり券として偽造されるという問題があり、また、上記スクラッチ式の籤の一種で、当選番号や記号、それらに相当するパターン等となる可変情報データが印字されているものがある。

上記抽選券等の問題点などを詳しく説明すると、例えば図７の上面図に示すように、基材（１０）上に抽選番号である可変情報データ（１２）が施され、その上に易剥離性を有する保護層（図示せず）を介してスクラッチ隠蔽層（１４）が施されているスクラッチ式の抽選付印刷物（３）があり、例えば最上段の列が「１」、「１」、「３」で外れ券（当たり券はいずれかの段もしくは斜めで同じ数字が３つ揃ったもので、ここでは「１」、「１」、「１」となる）であるこのスクラッチ式の抽選付印刷物（３）を購入した顧客が、スクラッチ隠蔽層（１４）をコイン等でスクラッチオフすると、このスクラッチオフの道具の種類や力加減などによって、例えば図７の上面図に示す３列、３段でなる可変情報データ（１２）のうちの上段の列「１」、「１」の次の数字「３」が、例えば図８（ａ）の上面図およびそのＢ−Ｂ面断面図として図８（ｂ）に示すように、保護層（１６）とともに破壊される場合がある。この破壊を意図的に行い、「１」、「１」の次の数字が「１」だったので、当たり券であったとして換金を要求されたり、また図示しないが、「１」、「１」の次に「１」の数字を印字あるいは他の外れ券から持ってきて貼り合わせたり、さらには例えば「８」の一部を削り取り「３」にし、その上を保護層（１６）で補修して改ざんされたり、あるいはスクラッチ等で削り過ぎたり等の不慮の事故として「１」、「１」の次の数字「３」が保護層（１６）とともに破壊された場合、当たり券ではなかったかという疑問が持ちかけられる場合があり、それら虚偽届けや偽造等の不正行為あるいは疑問等に大して、補助的に他に印字されている個別番号等を基に、これら可変情報データ（１２）を印字ソフトなどから抽出して照合する証明方法もあるが、多大な時間と労力を要するもので、即座に容易に当落や真贋等の証明ができないという問題点があった。

そこで上記抽選券やスクラッチ式の抽選付印刷物（３）での問題点の解決策として、例えば図９の側断面図に示すように、金属箔（５０）を中間層として、その両側に紙（５１）を貼り合わせ、そのうちの少なくとも一方の紙として無蛍光紙（５１ａ）を用い、該無蛍光紙（５１ａ）面上に有色顔料と蛍光染料を含むインキで印刷層（５２）を形成し、該蛍光染料（５３）が該インキによる印刷層（５２）の底部から上記無蛍光紙（５１ａ）の厚み方向に上記金属箔（５０）に達する範囲内で拡散している偽造防止策を施した券類（４）がある（例えば、特許文献１、特許文献２参照。）。

しかし、上記偽造防止策を施した券類（４）では、故意に印刷層（５２）を削って当選番号である他の数字等と置き換えられたり、あるいはスクラッチ籤のような場合で故意にまたは不慮の事故として印刷層（５２）が破壊されたとしても、無蛍光紙（５１ａ）に拡散している蛍光染料（５３）が残るので改ざんや虚偽届け等の不正行為を防止することは可能であるが、インキが可変情報データの印字に最適で、高速で強制乾燥を伴うインクジェット用インキの場合では、上記無蛍光紙（５１ａ）への拡散が殆ど得られないという問題があり、さらにその基材に金属箔（５０）を中間層として施し、この金属箔（５０）に貼り合わせられる紙として無蛍光紙（５１ａ）とする必要があり、コスト面も含め基材の構成や種類等に制約があるという問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、かかる従来技術の問題点を解決するものであり、その課題とするところは、当落を表す可変情報データが印字されている可変情報を施した籤類において、故意に破壊した部分に当たり券の可変情報データを入替えて改ざんされたり、意図的に、あるいは不慮の事故として可変情報データが破壊されたとしても、元の可変情報データが即座に容易に証明され、その真贋判定や当落の判定を容易にし、さらに基材の種類や構成等に制約されず、かつそのコストが嵩まない可変情報を施した籤類を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に於いて上記課題を達成するために、まず請求項１の発明では、基材上に当落を表す可変情報データが印字され、その上にスクラッチ隠蔽層が施されている可変情報を施した籤において、前記可変情報データが当落に応じて区別されたフォントで形成されていることを特徴とする可変情報を施した籤類としたものである。

上記請求項１の発明によれば、上記可変情報データが当落に応じて区別されたフォントで形成されているので、基材の種類や構成等に制約されず、かつそのコストが嵩むことがなく、「外れ」の籤類を利用した贋造が防止でき、また意図的にまたは削り過ぎ等による不慮の事故として可変情報データの一部が破壊されていた場合でも、当落の判断（証明）が即座に容易にできる可変情報を施した籤類を提供することができる。

また、請求項２の発明では、基材上に当落を表す可変情報データが印字され、その上にスクラッチ隠蔽層が施されている可変情報を施した籤類において、前記基材上の可変情報データが印字されるべき位置に、当たりを表すマークが施され、該マークを前記可変情報データが当落に応じて露出もしくは隠蔽していることをことを特徴とする可変情報を施した籤類としたものである。

上記請求項２の発明によれば、上記基材上の可変情報データが印字されるべき位置に、当たりを表すマークが施されていて、その当たりを表すマークを前記可変情報データが当落に応じて露出もしくは隠蔽している構成のものとしたので、基材の種類や構成等に制約されず、かつその基材等にコストが嵩むことがなく、「外れ」の籤類を利用した贋造が防止でき、また意図的にあるいは削り過ぎ等による不慮の事故として可変情報データの一部が破壊されていた場合でも、当落の判断（証明）が即座に容易にできる可変情報を施した籤類を提供することができる。

さらにまた、請求項３の発明では、上記基材上に当たりを示すマークに加え、細紋、地紋、マイクロ文字が施されていることを特徴とする請求項２記載の可変情報を施した籤類としたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の実施の形態を図面を用いて詳しく説明する。

図１は、本発明の可変情報を施した籤類の一事例を示す側断面図であり、図２は、本発明の可変情報を施した籤類の一事例を示すもので、その当たり籤と外れ籤の上面図である。図３は、上記外れ籤の不正行為の一事例を示す上面図およびその側断面図であり、図４は、外れ籤の贋造による不正行為の一事例を示す上面図である。
さらに図５は、本発明の可変情報を施した籤類の他の一事例を示すもので、その当たり籤と外れ籤の上面図であり、図６は、上記は外れ籤の不正行為の一事例を示す上面図である。

上記本発明は、図１の側断面図に示すように、例えば基材（１０）上に可変情報データ（１２）が施され、その上に保護層（１６）を介してスクラッチ隠蔽層（１４）が施されている可変情報を施した籤類（１）に関するもので、この可変情報データ（１２）が当落を左右する番号、記号あるいはこれらに類する柄等で構成されているものであり、さらに詳しくは、抽選券等籤類における当選番号やそれに類する記号、絵柄等可変情報データの改ざんや「当たり」券であったという虚偽の届け等不正行為を防止する可変情報を施した籤類（１）に関するものである。

そこで上記請求項１に係る発明では、例えば、図１に示すように、基材（１０）上に、「当たり」「外れ」を表す可変情報データ（１２）が印字されていて、その上に透明で易剥離性を有する保護層（１６）が施され、その上にこの可変情報データ（１２）を隠蔽し、かつこの可変情報データ（１２）の「当たり」「外れ」の確認に際してのスクラッチオフ性（引っ掻き落とし易さ）を有するスクラッチ隠蔽層（１４）が施されている可変情報を施した籤類（１）であって、図２（ａ）および図２（ｂ）に示すように、「当たり」が斜めに同じ数字が並んだ場合の籤類で、図２（ｂ）に示すように「当たり」籤では、斜めにイタリック体の「１」、「１」、「１」が並んでいて、その他の数字はゴシック体でなり、図２（ａ）に示すように「外れ」籤では、全体がゴジック体でなっているように、「当たり」、「外れ」に応じてフォント（書体）で区別している可変情報を施した籤類（１）としたものである。

上記のような可変情報を施した籤類（１）を購入した顧客が、図１に示すようなスクラッチ隠蔽層（１４）をコインでスクラッチオフすると、例えば図２（ｂ）に示すように、他の可変情報データ（１２）がゴシック体で、斜めに並んだ可変情報データ（１２）がイタリック体で「１」、「１」、「１」と３つ揃ったものが「当たり」籤であるので、発行側では即座に「当たり」籤と見なすことができる。これに対し、もし図２（ａ）に示すような、斜めに「１」、「１」、「５」と同じ数字が３つ揃っていない「外れ」籤の最後の「５」が、例えば図３（ａ）およびそのＢ−Ｂ断面を表す図３（ｂ）に示すように、意図的にあるいは削り過ぎで保護層（１６）とともに破壊されたものとして持ち込まれた場合、「１」、「１」が他の可変情報データ（１２）の数字と同じゴシック体であることから、破壊された箇所は「１」ではなく、「外れ」籤であったということが、即座に容易に証明できるものである。

また、例えば図２（ａ）に示す斜めにゴシック体でなる「１」、「１」、「５」と同じ数字が３つ揃っていない「外れ」籤の最後の「５」を意図的に破壊し、そして図４（ａ）およびそのＢ−Ｂ面断面を表す図４（ｂ）に示すように、その後に同じゴシック体でなる「１」を印字して贋造したとしても、他の可変情報データ（１２）と同じゴシック体で成っていて、フォントが異なっているものでないので、贋造であることが、即座に容易に証明される可変情報を施した籤類（１）とすることができる。

即ち「当たり」籤を手にした人は、「当たり」「外れ」のフォントの区別が判るが、それ以外の人は、そのからくりについては認識できないので、この可変情報を施した籤類（１）のゲーム性が失なわれることはないものとすることができる。

また、上記請求項２に係る発明では、例えば図５（ａ）の上面図に示すように、基材（１０）上面に可変情報データが施されるべき位置に、「当たり」を表すマーク（１７）として「当」を印刷で施し、この「当」の上に印字する可変情報データが、「当たり」籤では、例えば図５（ｃ）に示すように、斜めの数字「１」、「１」、「１」が白抜きでなっていて「当」のマーク（１７）が露出して見えるようになっているもので、これに対し「外れ」籤では、例えば図５（ｂ）に示すように、各可変情報データ（１２）で「当」のマーク（図示せず）が隠蔽されていて見えないようになっている可変情報を施した籤類（１）としたものである。

このように、「当たり」籤では、購入した顧客がスクラッチ隠蔽層をスクラッチオフすると、図５（ｃ）に示すように、斜めの数字「１」、「１」、「１」が白抜きでなっていて「当」のマーク（１７）が露出して見えるので、発行者側でも即座に容易に「当たり」籤であることが証明できる可変情報を施した籤類（１）である。

これに対し、例えば図５（ｂ）に示すような全ての可変情報データ（１２）が「当」のマークを隠蔽している「外れ」籤の、斜めに同じ数字が３つ揃っていない最後の「５」が、例えば、図６（ａ）およびそのＢ−Ｂ面断面を表す図６（ｂ）の断面図に示すように、意図的にあるいは削り過ぎで保護層（１６）とともに破壊され、「当」が露出した状態のものを持ち込まれた場合、「１」、「１」が他の可変情報データ（１２）の数字と同じく「当」のマークを隠蔽していることから、破壊された箇所は「１」ではなく、他の番号で「外れ」籤であったということが、即座に容易に証明できるようにしたものである。

上記のように、「当たり」籤では、白抜きとして、あるいは比較的明るい色、や斜線でなる可変情報データ（１２）とし、「当」等で表すマーク（１７）を意図的に（露出させて）見えるようにし、隠蔽されているものと区別して、「当たり」「外れ」を一見して区別できるようにしたものである。

上記請求項２に係る発明においても、「当たり」籤を手にした人は、「当たり」「外れ」の区別（露出か隠蔽の）が判るが、それ以外の人は、そのからくりを認識できないので、この可変情報を施した籤類（１）のゲーム性を失うことはないものとすることができる。

また、上記請求項３に係る発明では、図５（ａ）に示すように、基材（１０）上に当たりを示す「当」のマーク（１７）に加え、図示しないが、その周囲に、あるいはそのマーク（１７）に被せるように全体に細紋や地紋あるいはマイクロ文字を施したものとするもので、この細紋や地紋あるいはマイクロ文字を施すことによって、可変情報データの貼り替えなどによる贋造を、よりし難くしたものである。

上記細紋や地紋あるいはマイクロ文字の色は、この当たりを示すマーク（１７）を視認しやすくするために、このマーク（１７）と色違いとすることが望ましい。

以下に本発明の可変情報を施した籤類（１）を構成する材料や形成方法について具体的に説明する。

まず基材（１）としては、例えばアート紙、コート紙あるいは上質紙などの洋紙やコートボール、コートマニラ、両面カードなどの板紙、あるいは特殊証券用紙などが挙げられ、また有価証券としてのスクラッチカードやゲームカードなどでは、白色ＰＥＴ（ポリエチレンテレフタレート）、白色塩ビ（ポリ塩化ビニル）シートなどが挙げられ、特に基材（１）に制約がなく、適宜用途等に応じて選定することができる。

また、上記基材（１０）上に施す可変情報データ（１２）としては、例えばサーマルヘッドによる感熱リボン転写方式、インキジェット方式、レーザー等による電子写真式のトナー転写方式、ドットインパクト方式あるいはレーザー光で出力する電子写真方式のオンデマンド印刷方式等で形成される。

また、本発明の可変情報を施した籤類（１）を構成する易剥離性を有する保護層（１６）としては、例えばポリウレタンアクリル樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ニトロセルロース樹脂に添加剤としてシリコンやワックス（ポリエチレンワックス等）を５重量％以下添加したインキをスクリーン印刷法、グラビア印刷法あるいはアニロックスローラを介して印刷するフレキソ印刷法等で印刷されて得られる。さらに例えば、紫外線硬化型オフセットインキのビヒクル（印刷インキの着色顔料を除いた成分）にシリコンやワックスなどを僅かに添加したＵＶ剥離ニスを用いたオフセット印刷で得ることもできる。

さらにまた、本発明の可変情報を施した籤類（１）を構成するスクラッチ隠蔽層（１４）としては、下記のスクラッチインキを用いて、例えばスクリーン印刷法やグラビア印刷法あるいはアニロックスロールを介して印刷するフレキソ印刷法で上記易剥離性を有する保護層（１６）上に厚さ５〜１０μｍ程度に形成される。

上記のスクラッチインキの組成は、例えば隠蔽性を付与するためのアルミニウム粉１５〜２５重量部、アルミナ白等体質顔料を含めた着色顔料１５〜２５重量部、凝集破壊（団塊）性のあるＳＢＲ、ＮＢＲ等合成ゴム系樹脂１５〜２５重量部、さらにこれらにトルエンやキシレン、メチルイソブチルケトン等芳香族炭化水素系溶剤３５〜４５重量部と消泡剤等助剤５〜１５重量部を加えてスクリーン印刷用インキやグラビア印刷用インキあるいはフレキソ印刷用インキとするものである。

【発明の効果】
本発明は以上の構成であるから、下記に示す如き効果がある。
即ち、上記請求項１に係る発明において、基材上に当落を表す可変情報データが印字され、その上にスクラッチ隠蔽層が施されている可変情報を施した籤において、前記可変情報データが当落に応じて区別されたフォントで形成されているので、基材の種類や構成等に制約されず、かつそのコストが嵩むことがなく、「外れ」の籤類を利用した贋造等が防止でき、また意図的にまたは削り過ぎ等による不慮の事故として可変情報データの一部が破壊されていた場合でも、当落の判断（証明）が即座に容易にできる可変情報を施した籤類を提供することができる効果がある。

また、上記請求項２に係る発明において、基材上に当落を表す可変情報データが印字され、その上にスクラッチ隠蔽層が施されている可変情報を施した籤において、上記基材上の可変情報データが印字されるべき位置に、当たりを表すマークが施され、該マークを前記可変情報データが当落に応じて露出もしくは隠蔽しているので、基材の種類や構成等に制約されず、かつそのコストが嵩むことがなく、「外れ」の籤類を利用した贋造が防止でき、また意図的にまたは削り過ぎ等による不慮の事故として可変情報データの一部が破壊されていた場合でも、当落の判断（証明）が即座に容易にできる可変情報を施した籤類を提供することができる交換がある。

さににまた、上記請求項３に係る発明において、上記基材上に当落を示すマークに加え、細紋、地紋、マイクロ文字を施こすことによって、より贋造をしにくくする可変情報を施した籤類とすることができる。

従って本発明は、当落を表す可変情報を施した籤類で、特に抽選券等籤類における当選番号やそれに類する記号、絵柄等可変情報データの改ざんや虚偽届け等を防止する可変情報を施した籤類として、優れた実用上の効果を発揮する。
