その処理パイプの前記先端に着脱自在に嵌められ、動物腸管始管部を前記処理パイプの外壁面に被せるために案内し、洗浄のための水噴出口を兼ねる案内ガイドと、
前記処理パイプの先端に対向する終端側の処理パイプ上に垂直方向に第1のバルブを設けて接続された洗浄水供給パイプと、
前記処理パイプの周囲の複数箇所に設けられ、その処理パイプの外周に被せられた腸管をその外周面との間に挟んで前記軸方向に搬送させる正転・逆転可能な搬送体と、
前記処理パイプの先端に対向する終端に第2のバルブを設けて接続して配設され、前記処理パイプの内周面に表裏反転して挿入された動物腸管を前記処理パイプの終端から吸引することにより腸管の前記始管部まで腸管全体を反転させて回収する真空タンクとから構成されることを特徴とする動物腸管表裏反転処理装置。
