Abstract
【解決手段】少なくとも1本の導電性ピン1と、環状凹所を残すことによりピン1を囲む金属リング2.1を含むピン保持体2と、環状凹所内の絶縁充填物2.2と、金属リング2.1とピン1との間の導電性ブリッジ2.3または半導体ブリッジと、ピン保持体2の一方の面側に連結され、推進薬を収容する密封キャップ3と、密封キャップ3から離れた端部で金属リング2.1とプラス方式またはマイナス方式で連結でき、操作中にピン1と導電連結するプラグ5と、被覆物がプラグ5と金属リング2.1との間で低い電気抵抗を有する相互の連結の間の区域で被覆物が設けられる金属リング2.1またはプラグ5の2つの要素の内の少なくとも一方の要素。

Claims (5)
- 少なくとも1本の導電性ピン(1)と、
環状凹所を残すことによりピン(1)を囲む金属リング(2.1)を含むピン保持体(2)と、
環状凹所内の絶縁充填物(2.2)と、
金属リング(2.1)とピン(1)との間の導電性ブリッジ(2.3)または半導体ブリッジと、
ピン保持体(2)の一方の面側に連結され、推進薬を収容する密封キャップ(3)と、
密封キャップ(3)から離れた端部で金属リング(2.1)とプラス方式またはマイナス方式で連結でき、操作中にピン(1)と導電連結するプラグ(5)と、
被覆物がプラグ(5)と金属リング(2.1)との間で低い電気抵抗を有する相互の連結の間の区域で被覆物が設けられる金属リング(2.1)またはプラグ(5)の2つの要素の内の少なくとも一方の要素と、
5Ωより小さいプラグ(5)と金属リング(2.1)との間の電気接触抵抗と、
少なくとも、スリーブ(5.2)として配置され金属リング(2.1)に接近するプラグ(5)の端部と、
スリーブに接近するプラグ(5)の端部を把持するスリーブ(5.2)と、
互いにスナップ差込み結合を形成するスリーブ(5.2)およびプラグ(5)と、
を備えた推進薬を点火する電気点火ユニット。 - ピン(1)と金属リング(2.1)との間の充填物は、ガラスまたはセラミック材料またはプラスチックまたは他の絶縁材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気点火ユニット。
- 密封キャップ(3)は、プラグ(5)から離れる金属リング(2.1)の端部に押され、前記端部と隙間のないシートを形成することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2のいずれか1項に記載の電気点火ユニット。
- ピン保持体(2)、プラグ(5)および密封キャップ(3)は、実質的に円筒形状であり、それらの長手軸線は相互に整列することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の電気点火ユニット。
- 密封キャップ(3)と金属リング(2.1)は相互に溶接されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の電気点火ユニット。
