Abstract
【解決手段】骨用ねじ、とくに多様な軸方向に位置決めできる骨用ねじを、骨接合プレート1または類似のインプラントに、基本的に動かないように、しかしながら容易かつ取り外し可能に固定できるようにするため、受け入れ穴ならびに固定穴4、5が提案され、受け入れ穴が骨用ねじを直接または間接的に保持し、固定穴が骨接合プレートに対しほぼ垂直または受け入れ穴に対してほぼ平行に走っており、穴の領域であって好ましくは穴間に切り欠きが設けられ、この切り欠きが受け入れ穴に対し、固定穴の拡大が受け入れ穴の収縮をもたらすように配置されている。

Claims (15)
- ねじ受け穴および固定穴を備え、これらの穴の領域の好ましくはこれらの穴の間に切り欠きを備えている骨接合プレート、または類似の整形外科用インプラントであって、
ねじ受け穴が、骨用ねじを直接または間接的に保持するように指向され、固定穴が、骨接合プレートに対して直角またはねじ受け穴と平行に走っており、
切り欠きが、ねじ受け穴および固定穴に対し、固定穴の拡大がねじ受け穴の収縮を引き起こすように構成されている
骨接合プレート。 - 固定穴およびねじ受け穴の外径間の距離が、最も狭い地点において、最大で固定穴の直径、好ましくは最大で固定穴の直径の2分の1であり、さらに好ましくは最大で固定穴の直径の4分の1であり、好ましくは最大2mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の骨接合プレート。
- 切り欠きが、骨接合プレートを貫く細長い溝であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の骨接合プレート。
- 切り欠きが、固定穴に直接連絡していることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の骨接合プレート。
- 切り欠きが、本質的に接線として固定穴に連絡していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の骨接合プレート。
- 切り欠きが、ねじ受け穴に直接連絡していることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の骨接合プレート。
- 切り欠きが、本質的に接線としてねじ受け穴に連絡していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の骨接合プレート。
- 切り欠きが、固定穴およびねじ受け穴を接続していることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の骨接合プレート。
- 穴の領域、好ましくは穴の間に、追加の切り欠きが設けられていることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の骨接合プレート。
- 追加の切り欠きが、プレート薄肉部の付け根において穴間に位置していることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の骨接合プレート。
- 穴間に締付体を備え、締付体が、両方の穴の壁面の一部であることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の骨接合プレート。
- 締付体が、切り欠き内を案内されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の骨接合プレート。
- 固定穴を拡大するため、固定穴が、先細りのねじ栓がねじ込まれる先細りのねじを有していることを特徴とする前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の骨接合プレート。
- 固定穴を拡大するため、固定穴が、戻り止め機能を備え固定穴内を案内されるカムを有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の骨接合プレート。
- 骨接合プレートまたは類似の整形外科用インプラントの球面ねじ受け穴に、骨用ねじを収容するための溝つき球状先細りソケットであって、
球状ソケットのねじ受け穴に対する首振りの最大角度を制限するため、突き出している円環状の鍔を備えていることを特徴とする溝つき先細りソケット。
