Abstract
【解決手段】アルミニウム系等からなる基材と、基材の摺動面側に形成されたポリアミドイミドからなる樹脂中間層と、樹脂中間層上に形成された二硫化モリブデン,グラファイト及びフッ素化合物から選択された少なくとも1種類を含む固体潤滑剤とポリアミドイミドとを混合した混合剤からなる固体潤滑剤表面層とを有する。

Description
図1に、斜板式圧縮機の構成を示す。図1に示すように、駆動軸1は、シリンダブロック2とフロントハウジング3により形成される斜板室4に収容されており、ラジアル軸受により回転自在に支持されている。そして、シリンダブロック2内には、駆動軸1を囲む位置に複数個のボア5が配設されている。各ボア5には、片頭形のピストン6がそれぞれ往復動可能に嵌挿されている。斜板室4内においては、駆動軸1にはロータ7が結合され、そのロータ7の後方に斜板8が嵌合されている。特に、可変容量型の片頭型斜板式圧縮機では、斜板8は支点回りに傾動可能となっており、斜板室4の圧力変化に基づくピストン6の両端面に作用するガス圧の釣り合いによって、斜板8の傾角変位を制御するようになっている。また、斜板8には、両端面外周側に平滑な摺接面8aが形成され、この摺接面8aにはシュー9が当接されている。これらのシュー9は、ピストン6の半球面座6aと係合されている。このシューを介してピストン6が斜板8と連係することにより、斜板8の回転運動がピストン6の直線運動に変換されて媒体の圧縮が行われる。
次に、本発明の摺動部材の効果を確認するために、斜板8の無潤滑焼付き試験を行った。具体的には、図2に示すように、固定されたシュー9の上面を斜板8を鉛直軸回りに回転させることにより行った。なお、シュー9は、軸受鋼からなる。
Claims (16)
- 基材と、
前記基材の摺動面側に形成された中間層用耐熱性樹脂からなる樹脂中間層と、
前記樹脂中間層上に形成された固体潤滑剤と表面層用耐熱性樹脂とを混合した混合剤からなる固体潤滑剤表面層と、
を有することを特徴とする摺動部材。 - 前記中間層用耐熱性樹脂は、前記表面層用耐熱性樹脂と同種である請求項1記載の摺動部材。
- 前記中間層用耐熱性樹脂は、ポリアミドイミド樹脂,ポリイミド樹脂,エポキシ樹脂,フェノール樹脂の何れかである請求項1記載の摺動部材。
- 前記樹脂中間層は、膜厚が0.1〜20μmである請求項1記載の摺動部材。
- 前記固体潤滑剤は、二硫化モリブデン,グラファイト及びフッ素化合物から選択された少なくとも1種類を含む請求項1記載の摺動部材。
- 前記固体潤滑剤表面層は、さらに、硬質粒子,極圧剤,界面活性剤,シランカップリング剤,加工安定剤,酸化防止剤のうち何れか又は全ての表面層用添加剤を含有する請求項1記載の摺動部材。
- 前記樹脂中間層は、硬質粒子,極圧材,界面活性剤,シランカップリング剤,加工安定剤,酸化防止剤,固体潤滑剤のうち何れか又は全ての中間層用添加剤を含有し、
前記樹脂中間層における前記中間層用添加剤の含有割合は、前記固体潤滑剤表面層における前記固体潤滑剤及び前記表面層用添加剤の含有割合を超えない範囲である請求項6記載の摺動部材。 - 前記樹脂中間層は、硬質粒子,極圧材,界面活性剤,シランカップリング剤,加工安定剤,酸化防止剤,固体潤滑剤の何れも含有しない請求項6記載の摺動部材。
- 前記基材は、アルミニウム系,鉄系,又はマグネシウム系材料からなる請求項1記載の摺動部材。
- 前記基材の摺動面側は、メッキ処理,溶射処理,陽極酸化処理,化成処理,又は粗面形成処理がされている請求項1記載の摺動部材。
- 前記摺動部材は、圧縮機の摺動部材である請求項1記載の摺動部材。
- 前記摺動部材は、斜板式圧縮機の斜板である請求項11記載の摺動部材。
- 前記摺動部材は、圧縮機のシューである請求項11記載の摺動部材。
- 前記摺動部材は、圧縮機の駆動軸を支持するすべり軸受である請求項11に記載の摺動部材。
- 前記摺動部材は、ピストン式圧縮機の駆動軸に一体的に軸支されると共に前記駆動軸を前記ピストン圧縮機のハウジングに回転可能に枢支され、前記駆動軸と同期回転することで圧縮室と吸入圧力領域との間のガス通路を開閉可能とするロータリバルブである請求項11記載の摺動部材。
- 前記摺動部材は、ピストン式圧縮機のピストンである請求項11記載の摺動部材。
