Abstract
【解決手段】電極群2を電解液溶液と共に内部に収納した電槽缶1が素蓋3によって封止され、該蓋3に、正極と負極のうちの一方の端子を兼ねるキャップ6が載設され、かつ、電池内部圧力の変化に応じて拡縮動作する弾発部材9を備えたスイッチ機構Sによって充電電流の継切を行うようにした密閉型蓄電池において、弾発部材9が、キャップ6内に配設される金属製のバネであり、かつ、スイッチ機構Sは、弾発部材9の拡縮動作に応じて一方の端子S1が、他方の端子S2に対して上下方向にスライド動作することにより継切動作する。

Claims (5)
- 電極群(2)を電解液溶液と共に内部に収納した電槽缶(1)が蓋(3)、ガスケット(5)および該ガスケット(5)の保持部(5c)に保持された接続端子(7)よって封止され、前記蓋(3)に、正極と負極のうち一方の極の端子を兼ねるキャップ(6)が載設され、かつ、電池内部圧力の変化に応じて拡縮動作する弾発部材(9)を備えたスイッチ機構(S)によって充電電流の継切を行うようにした密閉型蓄電池において、
前記スイッチ機構(S)は、前記弾発部材(9)の拡縮動作に応じてスイッチ機構(S)の一方の端子(S1)が、他方の端子(S2)に対して上下方向にスライド動作することにより継切動作することを特徴とする密閉型蓄電池。 - 前記スイッチ機構(S)の一方の端子(S1)が、前記ガスケット(5)に一体的に形成された接続端子(7)であり、他方の端子(S2)が、前記接続端子(7)の側面に摺接する蓋(3)の一部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の密閉型蓄電池。
- 前記スイッチ機構(S)の一方の端子(S1)を形成する接続端子(7)が、インサート成形により前記ガスケット(5)に一体化されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の密閉型蓄電池。
- 前記スイッチ機構(S)の他方の端子(S2)は、前記蓋(3)に形成された開口の内周面(3a)であることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3に記載の密閉型蓄電池。
- 前記弾発部材(9)が、金属材からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4に記載の密閉型蓄電池。
