Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の硫化カルシウムの製造方法は、石膏ボード廃材から採取された石膏付着紙を原料とし、600℃以上の還元雰囲気下で加熱処理する。このような製造方法で製造した硫化カルシウムは、重金属の固定化機能に優れ、重金属を含む処理対象土の処理や、セメント系固化材を用いた地盤改良材の製造に適している。

(1)火山灰質粘性土(自然含水比 104.6%、非汚染土)
(2)摸擬汚染土
強熱減量(ig.loss):19.6%、SiO2:36.7%、Al2O3:22.7、Fe2O3:13.6%、CaO:1.8%、MgO:3.4%、Na2O:0.45%、K2O:0.26%
[重金属の溶出量]:火山灰質粘性土(非汚染土)は、固化材中のセメントに由来するクロムの溶出量を、摸擬汚染土は添加した各種重金属の溶出量を環境庁告示46号法により測定した。
[圧縮強さ]:JIS A 1216「土の一軸圧縮試験方法」により材令28日の一軸圧縮強さを測定した。
Claims (7)
- 石膏ボード廃材から採取された石膏付着紙を含む原料を、600℃以上の還元雰囲気下で加熱処理することを特徴とする硫化カルシウムの製造方法。
- 空気の流入が遮断もしくは制限された炉内で前記還元雰囲気を形成し、前記石膏付着紙を加熱処理することを特徴とする請求項1記載の硫化カルシウムの製造方法。
- 前記石膏付着紙は、石膏を10質量%以上含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の硫化カルシウムの製造方法。
- 前記原料は、炭素および/または有機化合物を含有する物質を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記原料において、石膏に対する炭素のモル比が0.8以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の硫化カルシウムの製造方法。
- 処理対象土と、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の硫化カルシウムの製造方法によって製造された硫化カルシウムと、セメント系固化材とを混合することを特徴とする地盤改良材の製造方法。
- 重金属を含む処理対象物と、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の硫化カルシウムの製造方法によって製造された硫化カルシウムとを混合することを特徴とする処理対象物の処理方法。
