Description
DE19819882A1には、網触媒の後でかつ熱交換の前に接続され、固定床として配置されているN2O分解のための触媒が記載されている。これは特にCuO Al2O3とスズ又は鉛との組合せである。
ガンマ−Al2O3ウォッシュコートを公知の方法でラシヒリング又はカンタル網上に施与し、乾燥させ、アルファ−Al2O3へと完全に変換されるまで950℃で熱処理する。Rh又はRh2O3もしくはPdRhでの被覆を、同様に公知の方法により行う。
長さ4mm〜6mm、直径約3.5mmの酸化ジルコン押出物及びアルファ−Al2O3ビーズ(直径約5mm)を、公知の方法で、Rh又はRh2O3もしくはPdRh及びPdで被覆した。
酸化チタン及び直径3〜5mmのガンマ−Al2O3ビーズをRh又はPdRhで公知の方法で被覆した。
Claims (10)
- オストワルド法の条件下でN2Oを分解するための触媒において、以下
A 担持材料
B 前記担持材料上に施与された、ロジウム又は酸化ロジウム又はPd−Rh混合触媒から成る被覆
を含有することを特徴とする触媒。 - Pd−Rh−合金が>0〜95%のPdを含有する、請求項1記載の触媒。
- Pd−Rh−合金が30〜70%のPdを含有する、請求項2記載の触媒。
- 固定床触媒である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の触媒。
- ペレット、ラシヒリング、フォーム又はハネカム構造の形で存在する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の触媒。
- 担持材料Aが、Al2O3、ZrO2、CeO2又はその混合物から成る、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の触媒。
- Aがアルファ−Al2O3又はZrO2である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の触媒。
- オストワルド法の条件下でN2Oを分解するための、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の触媒の使用。
- 分解を750〜1000℃でかつ0.9〜15バールで行う、請求項8記載の使用。
- オストワルド法の条件下でN2Oを分解するための装置/配置物において、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の少なくとも1種の触媒が、流路においてNH3酸化のための触媒網に後接続されて配置されていることを特徴とする装置/配置物。
