Claims (3)
- 音波エネルギーで水中の膜または固体表面に微細な穴を開ける音波微細穴開け装置において、音波発振駆動信号の波形のプラスマイナス電圧差が非対称で鋭角なピーク波形であることを特徴とする音波微細穴開け装置。
- 音波発振部の表面に厚さ10ミクロン以上の厚さの電気絶縁性、音波透過性のある被膜又は保護剤を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の音波微細穴開け装置。
- 音波発振部に温度センサーおよび電気インピーダンスセンサーを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の音波微細穴開け装置。
