Description
本発明者は、鋭意研究を重ねた結果、硫黄の低減により、燃焼排ガス中のSOxを低減し得ること、極性物質(窒素分、硫黄分)の低減により、泡立ちを抑制し得ること、及び窒素分、不飽和分の低減により、貯蔵安定性が良好になること、そして、特にベンゾチオフェン含有量、ジベンゾチオフェン含有量及び窒素分を特定量以下に調整した灯油がその目的に十分に適合しうることを見出し、この知見に基づいて本発明をなすに到った。すなわち、本発明の要旨は下記のとおりである。
1.下記の(a)〜(n)の要件を満足する低発泡性灯油。
(a)引火点が40℃以上である。
(b)95容量%留出温度(T95)が270℃以下である。
(c)煙点が23mm以上である。
(d)銅板腐食が1以下である。
(e)セイボルト色が+25以上である。
(f)密度が0.780〜0.801g/cm3である。
(g)硫黄分が10質量ppm以下である。
(h)ベンゾチオフェン含有量が10質量ppm以下で、ジベンゾチオフェン含有量が10質量ppm以下である。
(i)窒素分が1質量ppm以下で、複素環式化合物が1質量ppm以下である。
(j)飽和分が80容量%以上、不飽和分が0.1容量%以下及び全芳香族分が20容量%以下であり、かつ芳香族分のうちの2環以上の芳香族分が1容量%以下で、飽和分のうちのn−パラフィンが30容量%以下である。
(k)過酸化物価が2質量ppm以下である。
(l)30℃における動粘度が1.00〜2.00mm2/sである。
(m)ドクター試験が陰性である。
(n)セタン指数が40以上である。
2.ベンゾチオフェン含有量が5質量ppm以下で、ジベンゾチオフェン含有量が5質量ppm以下である上記1記載の低発泡性灯油。
As a result of extensive research, the inventor has been able to reduce SOx in combustion exhaust gas by reducing sulfur, to suppress foaming by reducing polar substances (nitrogen and sulfur), and nitrogen. The storage stability is improved by reducing the content and the unsaturated content, and in particular, kerosene with the benzothiophene content, dibenzothiophene content and nitrogen content adjusted to a specific amount or less can be adequately adapted to the purpose. Based on this finding, the present inventors have made the present invention. That is, the gist of the present invention is as follows.
1. A low-foaming kerosene that satisfies the following requirements (a) to (n):
(A) The flash point is 40 ° C. or higher.
(B) 95 volume% distillation temperature (T95) is 270 degrees C or less.
(C) The smoke point is 23 mm or more.
(D) Copper plate corrosion is 1 or less.
(E) Saybolt color is +25 or more.
(F) The density is 0.780 to 0.801 g / cm3.
(G) The sulfur content is 10 mass ppm or less.
(H) The benzothiophene content is 10 mass ppm or less and the dibenzothiophene content is 10 mass ppm or less.
(I) The nitrogen content is 1 mass ppm or less, and the heterocyclic compound is 1 mass ppm or less.
(J) The saturated content is 80% by volume or more, the unsaturated content is 0.1% by volume or less, the total aromatic content is 20% by volume or less, and the aromatic content of two or more rings in the aromatic content is 1 The volume is not more than volume%, and n-paraffin in the saturation is not more than 30 volume%.
(K) The peroxide value is 2 mass ppm or less.
(L) The kinematic viscosity at 30 ° C. is 1.00 to 2.00 mm 2 / s.
