Abstract
【解決手段】 操作レバーの操作量によって要求される流量と、エンジン回転数によって要求される流量とを設定するステップと、操作レバーが中立にある場合に油圧ポンプから最小流量が吐出されるよう油圧ポンプの押しのけ容積を制御するステップと、操作レバーが中立状態にないかつ操作レバー要求流量よりエンジン回転数補償流量が大きい場合、エンジン回転数補償要求流量が吐出されるよう油圧ポンプを制御するステップと、操作レバーが中立状態にないかつ操作レバー要求流量がエンジン回転数補償要求流量より大きい場合、操作レバーの操作量に対応する流量が吐出されるよう油圧ポンプを制御するステップとを含む。

Description
Q=RPM×q(q; 油圧ポンプ20の押しのけ容積を意味する)
作業モードごとに油圧ポンプの吐出流量を予め設定しておいて、エンジン回転数が相異した場合にも、操作レバーの操作量に応じてアクチュエータが同様に駆動できるようにして、操作性を向上させることができる。
また、操作レバーの中立時、油圧ポンプ吐出流量を最小化させ、省エネルギー化を図ることもできる。

Claims (3)
- エンジンに連結される油圧ポンプ、該油圧ポンプに連結され作業装置を駆動させるアクチュエータと、前記油圧ポンプと前記アクチュエータとの間の流路に設けられる制御弁、運転者により操作されかつ作業装置を駆動させる操作信号を発生させる操作レバー、前記操作レバーの操作量を検出する手段及び前記エンジン回転数を検出する手段、前記操作レバーの操作量による操作信号と前記エンジン回転数の検出信号とによって前記制御弁を制御する制御器を備える重装備操作レバーの中立状態における流量補償方法であって;
前記操作レバーの操作量によって要求される流量と、前記エンジン回転数によって要求される流量とを設定するステップ;
前記操作レバー要求流量と前記エンジン回転数補償要求流量との差により中立補償区間であるか否かを判断するステップ;
前記操作レバー要求流量より前記エンジン回転数補償要求流量が大きい場合、前記エンジン回転数補償要求量が吐出されるよう前記油圧ポンプを制御するステップ;及び
前記操作レバー要求流量が前記エンジン回転数補償要求流量より大きい場合、前記操作レバー操作量に対応される流量が吐出されるよう前記油圧ポンプを制御するステップを含むことを特徴とする重装備用操作レバーの中立状態における流量補償方法。 - エンジンに連結される油圧ポンプ、該油圧ポンプに連結されかつ作業装置を駆動させるアクチュエータ、前記油圧ポンプと前記アクチュエータとの間の流路に設けられる制御弁、運転者により操作されかつ作業装置を駆動させる操作信号を発生させる操作レバー、前記操作レバーの操作量を検出する手段及びエンジン回転数を検出する手段、前記操作レバーの操作量による操作信号と前記エンジン回転数の検出信号とによって前記制御弁を制御する制御器を備える重装備操作レバーの中立状態における流量補償方法であって:
前記操作レバーの操作量によって要求される流量と、前記エンジン回転数によって要求される流量を設定するステップ;
前記操作信号により操作レバーの中立状態を判断するが、前記操作レバーが中立状態にある場合に、前記油圧ポンプから最小流量が吐出されるよう前記油圧ポンプ20の押しのけ容積を制御するステップ;
前記操作レバーが中立状態におかれていない、かつ前記操作レバー要求流量より前記エンジン回転数補償要求流量が大きい場合、エンジン回転数補償要求流量が吐出されるよう前記油圧ポンプを制御するステップ;及び
前記操作レバーが中立状態におかれていない、かつ前記操作レバー要求流量が前記エンジン回転数補償要求流量より大きい場合、前記操作レバーの操作量に対応する流量が吐出されるよう前記油圧ポンプを制御するステップを含むことを特徴とする重装備用操作レバーの中立状態における流量補償方法。 - 前記操作レバーとしては、電気式又は油圧式操作レバーが用いられることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の重装備用操作レバーの中立状態における流量補償方法。
