Abstract
【解決手段】 光を照射する光源と、入射した光量に応じて信号電荷を蓄積する複数の光電変換素子と、複数の光電変換素子に蓄積された信号電荷を転送する転送部と、複数の光電変換素子の各々の上方に形成された複数のカラーフィルタとを含む固体撮像素子と、光源及び固体撮像素子を内部に備える伝送管とを有し、複数のカラーフィルタは、赤、緑、及び青のそれぞれの色のカラーフィルタを含み、赤のカラーフィルタを透過した光が入射する赤用光電変換素子の数が、緑のカラーフィルタを透過した光が入射する緑用光電変換素子の数、及び青のカラーフィルタを透過した光が入射する青用光電変換素子の数よりも多い内視鏡を提供する。

Description
なお、ビデオカメラ、デジタルスティルカメラ、携帯電話搭載用カメラ等、通常の撮影に使用するカメラ用撮像素子においては、赤(R):緑(G):青(B)の画素数比率を1:2:1としていることがほとんどであるが、これは一般画像を見る場合に、緑成分が人間の目の解像力に寄与することが多いためである。

Claims (6)
- 光を照射する光源と、
入射した光量に応じて信号電荷を蓄積する複数の光電変換素子と、前記複数の光電変換素子に蓄積された信号電荷を転送する転送部と、前記複数の光電変換素子の各々の上方に形成された複数のカラーフィルタとを含む固体撮像素子と、
前記光源及び前記固体撮像素子を内部に備える伝送管と
を有し、
前記複数のカラーフィルタは、赤、緑、及び青のそれぞれの色のカラーフィルタを含み、前記赤のカラーフィルタを透過した光が入射する赤用光電変換素子の数が、前記緑のカラーフィルタを透過した光が入射する緑用光電変換素子の数、及び前記青のカラーフィルタを透過した光が入射する青用光電変換素子の数よりも多い内視鏡。 - 前記固体撮像素子の複数の光電変換素子が正方行列状に配列され、
前記赤用光電変換素子が市松状に配置され、
前記赤用光電変換素子と前記緑用光電変換素子が交互に繰り返される行と、前記赤用光電変換素子と、前記青用光電変換素子が交互に繰り返される行とが、列方向に互い違いに現れる請求項1に記載の内視鏡。 - 前記固体撮像素子の複数の光電変換素子が行方向及び列方向に1/2ピッチずつ位置をずらして配列され、
前記緑用光電変換素子と前記青用光電変換素子とが市松模様を形成するように第1の正方行列的に配置され、前記第1の正方行列的な配置の格子間位置に第2の正方行列的に前記赤用光電変換素子が配置されている請求項1に記載の内視鏡。 - 前記光源が、赤外線領域の光をカットされた白色光を出射する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡。
- 更に、前記伝送管の内部に備えられ、気体または液体を噴き出す噴き出し装置を含む請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡。
- 更に、前記伝送管の内部に備えられ、対象物を挟むことのできる操作装置を含む請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡。
