Abstract
【解決手段】 磁気共鳴画像処理(MRI)装置による等の外部磁場に対して実際的に影響を受けない一定の遠隔制御型の胃帯システムが一定の胃帯の中の流体の容量を調節するために一定の二方向ポンプおよび流体貯蔵器を含む。さらに、一定の圧電式駆動装置(例えば、回転式アクチュエータ、線形式アクチュエータ)がチタン等の一定の生体適合性で非強磁性のケースの中に気密にシールされている金属ベローズを選択的に圧縮および拡張する。

(1)移植可能な装置において、第1の容量と第2の容量との間の選択的な移動のために操作可能に構成されている一定のアキュムレータ、前記アキュムレータに連結されて、当該アキュムレータをその第1の容量と第2の容量との間において選択的に作動するように操作可能に構成されている一定の圧電式駆動装置、および前記圧電式アクチュエータを制御するように操作可能に構成されている一定の制御装置を備えている移植可能な装置。
(2)前記移植可能な装置がさらに一定のケースを備えており、前記アキュムレータがそのケースに連結している一定の静止部分および一定の可動部分を含み、前記圧電式駆動装置が前記ケースと前記アキュムレータの可動部分との間に連結されている実施態様(1)に記載の移植可能な装置。
(3)さらに、前記ケースに対して一定のリード・スクリューによる係合部分を形成する一定の伝動装置を備えており、前記圧電式駆動装置が前記リード・スクリューによる係合部分の回りに前記伝動装置を回転して前記アキュムレータを作動するように操作可能に構成されている一定の調波モーターを含む実施態様(2)に記載の移植可能な装置。
(4)前記可動部分が前記ケースに対する一定のレバー型の連結要素を含み、前記圧電式駆動装置がそのレバーと前記ケースとの間に連結していてそのレバー型の連結要素に一定の動作を与えるように操作可能に構成されている一定の圧電式アクチュエータを含む実施態様(2)に記載の移植可能な装置。
(5)前記圧電式アクチュエータが一定の多層型圧電式スタック・アクチュエータ、圧電式バイモルフ・アクチュエータ、およびプレストレスド圧電式複合素子から成る群から選択される装置を含む実施態様(4)に記載の移植可能な装置。
(7)さらに、前記アキュムレータを囲っている一定のケース、および前記ケースにおいて外部に曝されていて前記アキュムレータに対して流体を介して連絡している一定の隔壁を備えている実施態様(1)に記載の移植可能な装置。
(8)さらに、前記圧電式駆動装置および制御装置に対して電気的に連絡している経皮エネルギー伝達(TET)回路を備えている実施態様(1)に記載の移植可能な装置。
(9)移植可能な括約筋装置において、一定の患者の体内腔を囲むように操作可能に構成されている一定の帯、前記帯の一定の内側の部分に沿って取り付けられている一定の流体の内袋、前記流体に対して連絡していて、第1の内袋の容量と第2の内袋の容量との間において作動可能な一定のアキュムレータ、および前記第1の容量および第2の容量の間において前記アキュムレータを選択的に作動するように操作可能に構成されている一定の圧電式駆動装置を備えている装置。
(10)さらに、前記アキュムレータを囲っている一定のケース、および前記ケースとアキュムレータとの間に配置されていて一定の回転動作を一定の縦方向の動作に変換して前記アキュムレータのケースに対する変位を変化するように操作可能に構成されている一定の伝動装置を備えており、前記圧電式駆動装置が一定の調波モーターを含む実施態様(9)に記載の移植可能な括約筋装置。
(12)さらに、前記アキュムレータを囲っている一定のケースを備えており、このケース、アキュムレータおよび圧電式駆動装置が非鉄材料を含む実施態様(9)に記載の移植可能な括約筋装置。
(13)前記帯が一定の調節可能な胃帯を含む実施態様(9)に記載の移植可能な括約筋装置。
(14)前記帯が一定の尿失禁治療帯、陰茎インポテンス治療帯、食道逆流治療帯、および便失禁治療帯から成る群から選択される帯を含む実施態様(9)に記載の移植可能な括約筋装置。

(17)前記圧電式駆動装置がさらに、前記ケースとアキュムレータとの間に配置されていて一定の回転動作を一定の縦方向の動作に変換して前記アキュムレータのケースに対する変位を変化するように操作可能に構成されている一定の伝動装置、および前記伝動装置を一定の時計方向の回転および一定の反時計方向の回転に選択的に回転するように操作可能に構成されている一定の調波モーターを含む実施態様(16)に記載の装置。
(18)さらに、前記圧電式駆動装置に電気的に連絡している一定の移植可能な二次出力コイルを含む一定の経皮エネルギー伝達(TET)システムを備えている実施態様(16)に記載の装置。
(19)前記アキュムレータが一定のベローズ・アキュムレータを含む実施態様(1)に記載の移植可能な装置。

Claims (11)
- 移植可能な装置において、
第1の容量と第2の容量との間の選択的な移動のために操作可能に構成されている一定のアキュムレータ、
前記アキュムレータに連結されて、当該アキュムレータをその第1の容量と第2の容量との間において選択的に作動するように操作可能に構成されている一定の圧電式駆動装置、および
前記圧電式アクチュエータを制御するように操作可能に構成されている一定の制御装置を備えている移植可能な装置。 - 前記移植可能な装置がさらに一定のケースを備えており、前記アキュムレータがそのケースに連結している一定の静止部分および一定の可動部分を含み、前記圧電式駆動装置が前記ケースと前記アキュムレータの可動部分との間に連結されている請求項1に記載の移植可能な装置。
- さらに、前記ケースに対して一定のリード・スクリューによる係合部分を形成する一定の伝動装置を備えており、前記圧電式駆動装置が前記リード・スクリューによる係合部分の回りに前記伝動装置を回転して前記アキュムレータを作動するように操作可能に構成されている一定の調波モーターを含む請求項2に記載の移植可能な装置。
- 前記可動部分が前記ケースに対する一定のレバー型の連結要素を含み、前記圧電式駆動装置がそのレバーと前記ケースとの間に連結していてそのレバー型の連結要素に一定の動作を与えるように操作可能に構成されている一定の圧電式アクチュエータを含む請求項2に記載の移植可能な装置。
- 前記圧電式アクチュエータが一定の多層型圧電式スタック・アクチュエータ、圧電式バイモルフ・アクチュエータ、およびプレストレスド圧電式複合素子から成る群から選択される装置を含む請求項4に記載の移植可能な装置。
- 前記レバー型の連結要素が前記アキュムレータの可動部分に連結している第1の端部および前記ケースに対する一定の支点の接続部分を含む第2の端部を有する一定の梁を含み、この場合に、前記圧電式アクチュエータが前記支点の接続部分および前記ケースの近くの前記梁の第2の端部に連結している請求項4に記載の移植可能な装置。

一定の患者の体内腔を囲むように操作可能に構成されている一定の帯、
前記帯の一定の内側の部分に沿って取り付けられている一定の流体の内袋、
前記流体に対して連絡していて、第1の内袋の容量と第2の内袋の容量との間において作動可能な一定のアキュムレータ、および
前記第1の容量および第2の容量の間において前記アキュムレータを選択的に作動するように操作可能に構成されている一定の圧電式駆動装置を備えている装置。 - 一定の装置において、
一定のケース、
前記ケースに囲まれていて第1の容量と第2の容量との間において選択的に移動するように操作可能に構成されている一定のアキュムレータ、および
前記アキュムレータおよびケースに連結していて前記アキュムレータをその第1の容量と第2の容量との間において選択的に二方向に作動するように操作可能に構成されている一定の圧電式駆動装置を備えている装置。 - 一定の移植可能な装置において、
第1の容量と第2の容量との間において選択的に動作するように操作可能に構成されている一定のアキュムレータ、
二方向の流体の調節のために前記アキュムレータをその第1の容量と第2の容量との間において選択的に作動するための一定の圧電式駆動手段、および
前記アキュムレータに流体を介して連絡している一定の液圧調節型の移植装置を備えている装置。
