Abstract
【解決手段】
被検眼の視野内に呈示する刺激視標の位置を変化させる視標呈示手段を備え、被検者の視認による応答を得て被検眼の視野を計測する視野計において、被検者の後頭部の大脳皮質視覚野付近に近赤外光を照射する照射部と大脳皮質視覚野を透過・散乱してきた光を検出する検出部とを持ち、検出部の出力に基づいて視覚野の脳活動の有無を検出する脳活動検出手段と、検出結果に基づいて刺激視標の呈示に対する被検者の応答が刺激視標を視認できて応答したものか否かを判断する判断手段と、を備える。被検者の応答が刺激視標を視認できて応答されたもので無いと判断されたときには、その刺激視標に対する応答結果を不採用とし、再び同じ呈示条件で視標を呈示する。

(2) (1)の視野計において、前記判断手段により被検者の応答が刺激視標を視認できて応答されたもので無いと判断されたときには、その刺激視標に対する応答結果を不採用とし、再び同じ呈示条件で前記視標呈示手段を制御する制御手段を備えることを特徴とする。
(3) (1)の視野計において、前記照射部は脱酸素化ヘモグロビンより酸素化ヘモグロビンの方が吸光係数が高い波長の第1近赤外光と脱酸素化ヘモグロビンより酸素化ヘモグロビンの方が吸光係数が低い波長の第2近赤外光とを照射し、前記脳活動検出手段は前記検出部で検出される前記第1近赤外光と第2近赤外光の検出光量の変化により視覚野の脳活動の有無を検出することを特徴とする。

この式を解けば、酸素化ヘモグロビンの濃度C(Oxy-Hb)と、脱酸素化ヘモグロビンの濃度C(Deoxy-Hb)とを求めることができる。その和C(Oxy-Hb)+C(Deoxy-Hb)が血液量であり、比C(Oxy-Hb)/(C(Oxy-Hb) +C(Deoxy-Hb))が酸素飽和度である。つまり、光の吸収係数が得られれば、酸素飽和度と血液量が求められるわけである。

Claims (3)
- 被検眼の視野内に呈示する刺激視標の位置を変化させる視標呈示手段を備え、被検者の視認による応答を得て被検眼の視野を計測する視野計において、被検者の後頭部の大脳皮質視覚野付近に近赤外光を照射する照射部と大脳皮質視覚野を透過・散乱してきた光を検出する検出部とを持ち、該検出部の出力に基づいて視覚野の脳活動の有無を検出する脳活動検出手段と、該検出結果に基づいて刺激視標の呈示に対する被検者の応答が刺激視標を視認できて応答したものか否かを判断する判断手段と、を備えることを特徴とする視野計。
- 請求項1の視野計において、前記判断手段により被検者の応答が刺激視標を視認できて応答されたもので無いと判断されたときには、その刺激視標に対する応答結果を不採用とし、再び同じ呈示条件で前記視標呈示手段を制御する制御手段を備えることを特徴とする視野計。
- 請求項1の視野計において、前記照射部は脱酸素化ヘモグロビンより酸素化ヘモグロビンの方が吸光係数が高い波長の第1近赤外光と脱酸素化ヘモグロビンより酸素化ヘモグロビンの方が吸光係数が低い波長の第2近赤外光とを照射し、前記脳活動検出手段は前記検出部で検出される前記第1近赤外光と第2近赤外光の検出光量の変化により視覚野の脳活動の有無を検出することを特徴とする視野計。
