Description

The present invention relates to an equipment management apparatus and an equipment management program, and more particularly to an equipment management apparatus and an equipment management program for managing a plurality of devices constituting the equipment, for example.

Conventionally, for example, this type of technique is disclosed in Patent Document 1. According to this prior art, the facility sketch is displayed on the display screen of the display means. A plurality of indicators corresponding to the respective devices are displayed on the sketch. Therefore, the installation location of each device in the actual facility can be intuitively grasped from the position of each indicator on the sketch. This is effective for managing a large number of devices, such as steam traps installed in a steam plant.
JP 11-39030 A

However, in the above-described conventional technology, there is a problem that as the number of devices to be managed increases, the number of display elements displayed on the sketch increases, and the entire display screen becomes complicated and difficult to see. In particular, for example, when a plurality of devices are densely installed, a plurality of indicators corresponding to the devices are displayed so as to overlap each other, making it difficult to distinguish each indicator (each device). Inconvenience occurs.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide an equipment management apparatus and equipment management program that are more effective than the prior art for managing a large number of devices.

In order to achieve such an object, a first invention is a facility management apparatus that manages a plurality of devices constituting a facility, and includes a display unit having a display screen, and a first display for displaying a sketch of the facility on the display screen. It comprises control means and second display control means for displaying two or more devices having a predetermined relationship among the devices on a sketch drawing as a single indicator. .

That is, in the first invention, the first display control means displays a facility sketch on the display screen of the display means. Then, the second display control means displays two or more devices that are in a predetermined relationship among the devices on the floor plan by using one indicator. Note that the devices having a predetermined relationship referred to here refer to, for example, devices that are closely packed with each other or devices that are attached to a common device. That is, two or more devices having such a relationship are representatively displayed by one indicator.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided instruction means for indicating an arbitrary indicator, and device information representing the contents of two or more devices represented by the indicator indicated by the instruction means on the display screen. 3 display control means. In this way, it is possible to recognize the contents of two or more devices typified by an arbitrary indicator, such as the identification number, usage, and operating status of each device, from the device information.

It is desirable that the device information is displayed in the vicinity of the indicator indicated by the instruction means.

Moreover, it is desirable that each indicator is displayed in a different manner depending on whether or not all of two or more devices represented by itself satisfy a predetermined condition. In this way, it is possible to intuitively recognize whether or not two or more devices typified by the indicator satisfy the predetermined condition from the mode of each indicator, such as color, pattern, or shape. Can do. As the predetermined condition referred to here, for example, a condition that all of two or more devices represented by the indicator are normal can be set.

And as equipment in this 1st invention, there are traps, such as a steam trap and an air trap, for example.

A second invention is a facility management program for managing a plurality of devices constituting a facility by a computer, the first display control procedure for displaying a sketch of the facility on the display screen of the display means, The computer executes a second display control procedure in which two or more devices having a predetermined relationship with each other are represented on a sketch by a single indicator.

That is, an equipment management apparatus similar to that of the first invention can be realized by causing a computer to execute the equipment management program of the second invention.

According to the present invention, since two or more devices having a predetermined relationship are representatively displayed by one indicator, the above-described conventional technique in which one indicator is displayed for one device. In comparison, the entire display screen becomes simple and easy to see. This is extremely effective for managing a large number of devices, and the effectiveness becomes more significant as the number of devices to be managed increases. That is, it is possible to provide a facility management apparatus and a facility management program that are more effective than conventional devices for managing a large number of devices.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described by taking, for example, a trap management device for managing a steam trap.

As shown in FIG. 1, the trap management apparatus 10 according to this embodiment includes a control unit 12 including a CPU (Central Processing Unit). The control unit 12 includes an operation unit 14 as an operation unit, a display unit 16 as a display unit, a storage unit 18 as a storage unit, and an input / output interface unit (hereinafter, referred to as a plurality of input / output terminals not shown). , I / O section.) 20 is connected. Such a trap management apparatus 10 is, for example, a tablet PC (Personal
Specifically, it is realized by installing a trap management program in the tablet PC.

なお、トラップ管理プログラムは、例えば図示しないCD−ROM(Compact Disk Read Only Memory)によって供給される。
The trap management program is supplied by, for example, a CD-ROM (Compact Disk Read Only Memory) (not shown). For this reason, the I / O unit 20 uses a USB (Universal) to which the CD-ROM drive device is connected as the input / output terminal described above.
Serial Bus) terminal. The trap management program read by the CD-ROM drive device is stored in a bird disk device (not shown) constituting the storage unit 18 under the control of the control unit 12, that is, installed. After this installation is completed, the CD-ROM drive device is removed from the USB terminal.

そして、このRS−232C端子には、外部装置として、後述するID(RFID;Radio Frequency Identification)読み込み装置およびトラップ検査装置が接続される。 Further, the I / O unit 20 includes, for example, an RS-232C terminal in addition to the USB terminal described above. The RS-232C terminal is connected to an ID (RFID; Radio Frequency Identification) reading device and a trap inspection device, which will be described later, as external devices. However, it is sufficient that the ID reading device and the trap inspection device are connected at least when the trap management device 10 is brought into a so-called site (place where the trap is installed).

Further, the display unit 16 has a liquid crystal touch screen configuration that also functions as the operation unit 14. Therefore, the operation unit 14 is provided with an input pen (stylus pen) (not shown) as an instruction means for operating (touching) the touch screen.

Further, the hard disk device (storage unit 18) described above stores data relating to all traps installed in the steam plant, specifically attribute data representing attributes of individual traps. Specifically, a database 22 in which these attribute data are integrated is stored in the hard disk device. As shown in FIG. 2, the database 22 stores “ “Area (Installation Area)”, “Management Number”, “Type (Operating Principle)”, “Model”, “Manufacturing Company”, “Installation Date”, “Application”, “Steam Pressure”, “Inspection Result”, “Defective” Data representing “rate” and the like is stored.

Among these, “area” is represented by a three-digit numerical value, for example, and “management number” is represented by a five-digit numerical value, for example. In actual management, each trap is specified (identified) by a combination of a three-digit numerical value (area number) representing the “area” and a five-digit numerical value representing the “management number”. The “inspection result” indicates an inspection result by the trap inspection apparatus described above, and the “inspection result” includes the date and time when the inspection was performed. In this “inspection result”, the inspection results for a plurality of times are sequentially stored, that is, accumulated. Further, the “failure rate” refers to the degree of failure of the trap (ie, the failure occurrence rate), and this “failure rate” is determined based on the “inspection result”. The method for determining the “defective rate” will be described in detail later. Although not shown in the figure, auxiliary members such as a bypass valve are usually attached to the trap. The attributes of various auxiliary members including the bypass valve, such as “control number”, “model”, “manufacturer name”, “installation date”, “use”, “steam pressure”, “inspection result”, etc. Data is also stored in the database 22 as attribute data of each trap.

When the above-described trap management program is activated, a main screen (window) (not shown) is displayed on the display screen of the display unit 16. On this main screen, a list of map files corresponding to each area is displayed. When one of the map files is selected (touched with the pen tip), a map screen (dialog box) 24 as shown in FIG. 3 is displayed on the display screen of the display unit 16, for example.

On the map screen 24, a horizontally long title bar 30 is displayed at the top thereof. In the title bar 30, for example, a character string 32 “Map-001”, which is the heading of the map screen 24, is displayed left-justified. The character string 32 “Map-001” indicates that the area “001” is selected on the main screen. Then, a rectangular map area 34 occupying a majority of the client area 33 is displayed in the client area 33 below the title bar 30, and the list area 36 and various buttons 38 to 80 are enclosed so as to surround the map area 34. , And field 82 are displayed.

Among these, in the map area 34, a sketch of the area, for example, a plan view 84 is displayed. In this map area 34, icons 86, 86,... (In other words, single indicators) indicating where and what traps are arranged in the area are also displayed. Further, in the vicinity of these icons 86, 86,..., Character strings 88, 88,... Representing the identification numbers of the corresponding traps, that is, numbers obtained by combining area numbers and management numbers with hyphens (-), Is displayed. Furthermore, a group icon 90 (in other words, a group indicator) as a display different from these icons 86, 86,... And a caution icon 92 are also displayed. A comment box 96 in which an arbitrary character string (comment) 94 is written is also displayed.

(Stainless
Each icon 86 has a circular shape, and an alphabetic character is attached to the inside. This character indicates the usage of the corresponding trap. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 4, when the character is “L”, the corresponding trap is for “Drip Line”. Represents that. When the letter is “P”, it indicates that the corresponding trap is for “Process group”, and when the letter is “TC”, the copper pipe trace line ( Copper
“TF” means “Steel Tracer” and “TS” means “Stainless Trace Line” (Stainless).
steel tracer) ”and“ O ”represents“ Other group. ”These uses (characters) are classified based on the“ uses ”in the database 22 described above. The “use” section in the database 22 includes “main pipe”, “equipment”, “copper pipe trace line”, “steel pipe trace line”, “stainless pipe trace line” and “for each trap”. Data representing one of “others” is stored, and the characters attached to the icons 86, 86,... Are determined based on the data of the “use” item.

That is, according to this embodiment, it is possible to intuitively and simultaneously grasp the usage of the trap corresponding to each icon 86, 86,... This application is closely related to the importance of individual traps, and thus the importance of individual pipes as described above, and the fact that such applications can be grasped intuitively and simultaneously means that the entire steam plant including traps is managed. This is extremely effective.

Each icon 86, 86,... (Inside the circle) is colored. This color represents the operating status of the corresponding trap. For example, the icon 86 corresponding to the trap that is “normal” is displayed in green. A trap in a so-called “leakage” state that has a relatively small leak (not requiring urgent countermeasures) is represented by a yellow icon 86, and a larger “ Traps that are “leaked” are represented by a red icon 86. Further, traps that are “clogged” are represented by a blue icon 86, and traps that are in a “resting” state are represented by a gray icon 86. Further, traps that are in an “uninspected” state, specifically, traps that have not yet undergone a scheduled inspection are displayed in white. These operating conditions (colors) are classified based on the latest “inspection result” in the database 22. That is, the “inspection result” item in the database 22 represents “normal”, “leakage”, “leakage”, “clogged”, “not in operation”, or “not inspected” for each trap. Data is stored together with data representing the inspection date and time. The colors of the icons 86, 86,... Are determined based on the data of the “inspection result” item whose inspection date is the latest.

Therefore, according to this embodiment, it is possible to intuitively and simultaneously grasp the operation status of the trap corresponding to each icon 86, 86,... In addition, as the operation status, not only “normal” and “abnormal” but also “busy” and “unchecked” status can be known. Furthermore, regarding “abnormality”, specific types of “abnormality” such as “small leakage”, “leakage”, and “clogging” can be recognized. This is also very effective in managing the steam plant.

Further, the periphery of each icon 86, 86,... Is surrounded by a thick line. The above-described defect rate is expressed by the type (for example, color) of the thick line (in other words, the surrounding line). Specifically, when the color of the surrounding line is black (solid line in the figure), it indicates that the defect rate of the corresponding trap is relatively low, that is, “low defect rate”. On the other hand, when the color of the surrounding line is red (dotted line in the figure), it indicates that the defect rate of the corresponding trap is relatively high, that is, “high defect rate”. Such a failure rate (type of encircling line) is classified based on the “failure rate” in the database 22. That is, in the “defect rate” item in the database 22, data representing either “low defect rate” or “high defect rate” is stored for each trap. Then, based on the data of this “defective rate” item, the type of surrounding line of each icon 86, 86,.

That is, from the types (colors) of the surrounding lines of the icons 86, 86,..., It is possible to intuitively and simultaneously grasp the trap defect rate corresponding to each. Therefore, for example, it is possible to take appropriate measures such as adopting a more durable trap at a location where the defect rate tends to be high (prone to failure), and more effective plant management can be performed. it can.

On the other hand, the group icon 90 represents an aggregate of a plurality of traps. For example, the group icon 90 is used when a plurality of traps are densely arranged in a relatively narrow place and it is difficult to display these traps with individual icons 86, 86,.

Here, it is assumed that an arbitrary group icon 90 is touched with the pen tip. Then, as indicated by reference numeral 98 in FIG. 5, a balloon mark is displayed in the vicinity of the touched group icon 90. In the balloon mark 98, icons 86, 86,... Similar to those described above are displayed as device information, for example, in one vertical column. These icons 86, 86,... Correspond to each of the traps represented by the group icon 90, and the characters, colors, and types of surrounding lines attached to the icons 86, 86,. Indicates the usage, operation status, and defect rate of traps. Further, in the vicinity of these icons 86, 86,..., The same character strings 88, 88,.

Further, the group icon 90 itself is also colored. This color represents whether or not all traps represented by the group icon 90 (that is, corresponding to the icons 86, 86,... In the balloon mark 98) are “normal”. For example, when all the traps represented by the group icon 90 are “normal”, in other words, when all the icons 86, 86,... As shown in FIG. 6A, it is displayed in green. On the other hand, if the trap represented by the group icon 90 includes an abnormal one (in other words, an abnormal one), in other words, any of the icons 86, 86,. In this case, the group icon 90 is displayed in red as shown in FIG. 6B.

The group icon 90 is managed by a group list as shown in FIG. That is, this group list is incorporated in the trap management program, and for each group icon 90, “area”, “reference number”, “position”, “trap [n] (n = 1, 2,... Specifically, the “area” records the number of the area in which each group icon 90 is provided, and the “reference number” records the serial number individually assigned to the group icon 90. The The coordinates on the map area 34 of each group icon 90 are recorded in “position”, and the identification number of each trap represented by the group icon 90 is recorded in “trap [n]”. The That is, the attribute data of each group icon 90 is recorded in this group list. Although not shown in the figure, the above-described icons 88, 88,..., A caution icon 92 and a comment box 96 described later are also managed by a similar list.

As described above, according to this embodiment, when a plurality of traps are densely installed, these traps are representatively displayed by one group icon 90. Therefore, the map area 34 is prevented from being complicated by the large number of icons 86, 86,..., And the map area 34 becomes simple and easy to see. Further, it is possible to know what traps are represented (included) by the group icon 90 by simply touching the group icon 90. This is extremely effective in managing a steam plant in which a large number of traps are installed.

Furthermore, from the color of the group icon 90, it is possible to intuitively grasp whether or not all traps represented by the group icon 90 are “normal”. That is, the operation status of each trap can be preliminarily recognized. This is also very useful in managing a large number of traps.

Subsequently, the caution icon 92 has the following meaning. That is, as described above, an auxiliary member such as a bypass valve is attached to each trap, and attribute data of the auxiliary member is also stored in the database 22. Here, some “abnormality” has occurred in any of the auxiliary members. Specifically, the data “abnormality” is stored in the “inspection result” section corresponding to the auxiliary member in the database 22. , And. In this case, a trap to which an auxiliary member in the “abnormal” state is attached is displayed with a caution icon 92. That is, it is possible to intuitively grasp from the display of the caution icon 92 that “abnormality” has occurred in the auxiliary member of the trap corresponding thereto.

When the caution icon 92 is touched with the pen tip, a substantially rectangular sticky mark is displayed in the vicinity of the caution icon 92 as indicated by reference numeral 100 in FIG. In the tag 100, an outline of “abnormality”, for example, an identification number (a combination of an area number and a management number) of an auxiliary member causing the “abnormality”, and a character string representing the content of the “abnormality” 102 is displayed based on the attribute data described above. Therefore, from the display of the sticky mark 100, in other words, by simply touching the caution icon 92, the outline of “abnormality” occurring in the auxiliary member can be recognized. This is very useful, for example, in determining whether the “abnormality” of the auxiliary member is urgent.

Note that the caution icon 92 has a circular shape, for example, as shown in FIG. 9, and the inside thereof is filled with yellow. Then, a red “!” Mark is added to the yellow circle. The caution icon 92 is displayed instead of the icon 86 only when the corresponding trap is “normal” and the auxiliary member attached to the trap is “abnormal”. Therefore, if the trap itself is not “normal”, that is, in the state of “small leak”, “leak”, “clogged”, “resting” and “unchecked”, the auxiliary member is “ Even if it is “abnormal”, an icon 86 of a mode (color) according to the state of the trap itself is preferentially displayed.

Control)機械およびMC(Machining Center)機械が設置されていることを表す。
The comment box 96 is used to add an arbitrary comment on the map area 34. For example, in FIG. 3, a character string 94 “NC & MC machine” is added as the comment. This is the NC (Numerical) in the place indicated by this comment box 96.
Control) and MC (Machining Center) machine are installed. As will be described later, the contents (comments) of the character string 94 in the comment box 96 can be arbitrarily changed.

この平面図84は、例えばビットマップ(BitMap)形式やGIF(Graphics Interchange Format)形式,或いはJPEG(Joint
Photographic coding Experts Group)
These plan views 84, icons 86, 86,..., Character strings 88, 88,..., Group icon 90, attention icon 92, and comment box 96 are displayed on map area 34 as shown in FIG. It has two layers 106 and 108. Then, a plan view 84 is displayed on one of these two layers 106 and 108, for example, the first layer 106. This plan view 84 is, for example, a bitmap (BitMap) format, a GIF (Graphics Interchange Format) format, or JPEG (Joint
Displayed based on image data such as Photographic coding Experts Group) format. Such image data is obtained, for example, by reading a design drawing or the like drawn on a paper (not shown) with a scanner.

Then, elements other than the plan view 84, that is, icons 86, 86,..., Character strings 88, 88,..., Group icons 90, caution icons 92, and comment boxes 96 (character strings 94 are added to the other second layer 108. Is displayed). Further, the above-described balloon mark 98 (including icons 86, 86,... And character strings 88, 88,...) And a sticky note 100 (including character string 102) are also displayed on the second layer 108. Then, the map area 34 is configured by combining the first layer 106 and the second layer 108 with each other.

As will be described later, each element (icon 86, 86,..., Group icon 90, caution icon 92, and comment box 96) displayed on the second layer 108 can be arbitrarily and individually deleted. Yes. Also, arbitrary elements can be added, or the arrangement of arbitrary elements can be changed. When the icon 86 of each element is deleted, added, or rearranged, the character string 88 associated therewith is also deleted, added, and rearranged at the same time.

Returning to FIG. 3, a vertically long rectangular list area 36 smaller than the map area 34 is displayed on the left side of the map area 34. In the list area 36, a list of traps installed in the steam plant is displayed. Specifically, character strings 110, 110,... Representing the identification numbers and types of the traps are displayed in a vertical line. Therefore, it is possible to confirm from the character strings 110, 110,..., That is, the list, what kind of traps (of the identification number and type) are installed in the steam plant.

However, since a large number of traps are installed in the steam plant as described above, when information (identification numbers and types) of all these traps is displayed in the list area 36, for example, it takes time to search for the target trap. Inconvenience occurs such as For this reason, in this embodiment, traps displayed in the list area 36 can be limited.

That is, when the button 40 labeled “Select Traps” displayed above the list area 36 is touched, a selection condition setting screen (dialog box) (not shown) is displayed. On this selection condition setting screen, conditions for traps to be displayed in the list area 36, such as an area and an installation date, can be arbitrarily set. When this condition is set and the selection condition setting screen is closed, information on only traps that satisfy the set condition is displayed in the list area 36.

Here, for example, it is assumed that any of the character strings 110, 110,... In the list area 36 is touched, that is, any trap is instructed in the list area 36. Then, as shown in FIG. 11, the character string (the fifth character string from the top in the figure) 110 of the instructed trap is highlighted. If an icon 86 corresponding to the instructed trap exists in the map area 34, a character string (character string near the center of the map area 34 in FIG. 11) 88 associated with the icon 86 is also highlighted. Is done. Therefore, from the position of the character string 88 highlighted in the map area 34, strictly speaking, from the position of the icon 86 accompanied with the character string 88, the actual installation location of the trap indicated in the list area 36 Can be recognized.

On the contrary, it is assumed that an arbitrary trap is instructed in the map area 34, that is, an arbitrary icon 86 in the map area 34 is touched. In this case, the character string 88 associated with the touched icon 86 is highlighted. At the same time, if the character string 110 representing the instructed trap exists in the list area 36, the character string 110 is also highlighted.

If the trap indicated in the list area 36 is represented by an arbitrary group icon 90, a balloon mark 98 for the group icon 90 is displayed as shown in FIG. The corresponding character string (the character string at the bottom in FIG. 12) 88 in the balloon mark 98 is displayed in reverse video. On the other hand, when an arbitrary icon 86 in the balloon mark 98 is touched, the character string 88 associated with the touched icon 86 is highlighted. When the character string 110 corresponding to the touched icon 86 exists in the list area 36, the character string 110 is also highlighted.

Further, in a state where an arbitrary trap is instructed as described above, for example, in the state shown in FIG. 11, when the button 44 labeled “Detail Data” above the map area 34 is touched, the map screen 24 is displayed. Then, an attribute information display screen (dialog box) 26 as shown in FIG. 13 is displayed. On the attribute information display screen 26, a horizontally long title bar 200 is displayed at the top. In the title bar 200, for example, “Detail” which is the heading of the attribute information display screen 26 is displayed.
A character string 202 “Data” is displayed left-justified. Further, attribute information representing the attribute of the trap currently instructed is displayed in the client area 204 below the title bar 200.

Specifically, four tabs 206 to 212 labeled “Basic”, “Setting”, “Operation”, and “Others” are displayed at the bottom of the client area 204. When a tab 206 labeled “Basic”, for example, is touched, “Area”, “Management number (Trap) as shown in FIG.
Basic information such as “No.)”, “Trap Type”, “Model”, “Manufacturer Name”, etc. is displayed, and a tab labeled “Setting” When the user touches 208, although not shown in the drawing, information on installation conditions such as “installation date”, “use”, “steam pressure”, etc. is displayed, and a tab 210 labeled “Operation” is displayed. Is touched, information related to the operation status such as “inspection result”, “defective rate”, etc. is displayed, and when the tab 212 “Others” is touched, information related to the above-described auxiliary member is displayed. Therefore, by displaying the attribute information display screen 26, the specific attribute information of each trap can be recognized.

Needless to say, the attribute information displayed on the attribute information display screen 26 is displayed based on the attribute data stored in the database 22. The attribute information display screen 26 can also be displayed by a so-called double click operation. That is, when an arbitrary icon 86 is double-clicked (continuously touched twice) in the map area 34, the attribute information display screen 26 is displayed. The same applies to traps represented by the group icon 90. In other words, when the “Detail Data” button 44 is touched while any of the traps represented by the group icon 90 is indicated, or the icon 86 (in the balloon mark 98) corresponding to the trap is touched. In this case, the attribute information display screen 26 regarding the trap is displayed. When the “close (×)” button 214 at the right end of the title bar 200 of the attribute information display screen 26 is touched, the attribute information display screen 26 is closed.

For example, in the state shown in FIG. 11, when the upward arrow button 78 below the list area 36 is touched, the instruction target (inverted display position) in the list area 36 moves upward one by one. To do. In other words, instead of the currently instructed trap, the trap displayed one above becomes a new instruction target. If the character string 88 (including the one in the balloon mark 98) corresponding to the newly designated trap exists in the map area 34 in accordance with the change of the instruction target, the character is included. Column 88 is highlighted. On the other hand, when the downward arrow button 80 is touched, the instruction target in the list area 36 moves downward one by one, and if there is a corresponding character string 88 in the map area 34, that character is displayed. Column 88 is highlighted.

Further, when a “New Trap” button 38 located above the list area 36 and on the left side of the “Select Traps” button 40 described above (upper left corner of the client area 33) is touched, a trap new registration screen (not shown) is displayed. (Dialog box) is displayed. This new trap registration screen is a screen for registering a new trap manually (keyboard operation or the like). That is, when the trap attribute data is manually input on the new trap registration screen, the input attribute data is stored in the database 22, that is, registered. When the registered trap attributes satisfy the conditions set on the selection condition setting screen, the trap information (identification number and model) is added to the trap area 36.

Further, as shown in FIG. 14, the “Insert Trap” button 42 on the right side of the “Select Traps” button 40 is touched in the state where an arbitrary trap (character string 110) is designated in the list area 36. Further, it is assumed that an arbitrary position in the map area 34 (a position on the lower left side in FIG. 14) is touched as indicated by reference numeral 112 in FIG. Then, as shown in FIG. 15, an icon 86 corresponding to the currently instructed trap is added at the touched position 112 in the map area 34. Of course, the mode (character, color, and outline) of the added icon 86 is in accordance with the corresponding trap attributes (“use”, “operation status”, and “failure rate”). A character string 88 (identification number) similar to that described above is displayed in the vicinity (right side) of the added icon 86, and is strictly displayed in reverse video.

As will be described in detail later, when the group icon 90 is touched as the touch position 112 described above, a trap is added to the group icon 90. That is, the icon 86 and the character string 88 corresponding to the trap are added to the balloon mark 98 described above.

The addition of the icon 86 can also be realized by a so-called drag and drop operation. That is, when an arbitrary trap (character string 110) in the list area 36 is dragged and dropped to an arbitrary position in the map area 34, the icon 86 and the character corresponding to the position (dropped position) are displayed. A column 88 is added. Further, when dragging and dropping onto the group icon 90, the corresponding icon 86 and character string 88 are added to the group icon 90 (balloon mark 98).

When the button 50 labeled “All Clear” in the upper right corner of the client area 33 is touched, all the elements on the second layer 108 (see FIG. 10), that is, the icons 86, 86,. , Character strings 88, 88,..., Group icon 90, caution icon 92, and comment box 96 are collectively erased. Although not shown in the figure, the “All”
After the “Clear” button 50 is touched, a confirmation screen for confirming with the operator whether or not the actual erasure may be performed is displayed. Then, a predetermined operation is performed on this confirmation screen. For example, the erasure is executed on condition that the “OK” button is touched.

Furthermore, when the “Remove Trap” button 52 below the “All Clear” button 50 is touched, only the icon 86 and the character string 88 associated therewith are erased from the map area 34. The The group icon 90, the caution icon 92, and the comment box 96 can be arbitrarily deleted in the same manner as this. Further, the individual icons 86 and the character strings 88 in the group icon 90 (balloon mark 95) can be deleted in the same manner. And this “Remove
Even when erasing with the “Trap” button 52, the same confirmation screen as when erasing with the “All Clear” button 50 is displayed.

Furthermore, a “Group Box” button 54 below the “Remove Trap” button 52 is for creating a new group icon 90. That is, this “Group
Assume that after the “Box” button 54 is touched, an arbitrary position (left side and slightly lower position in FIG. 16) in the map area 34 is touched, for example, as indicated by reference numeral 113 in FIG. 17, a new group icon 90 is created at the touched position 113 in the map area 34. The new group icon 90 is green as a default state (see FIG. 6), That is, it is displayed in a mode that does not include an abnormal trap.

After the new group icon 90 is created, a trap (icon 86 and character string 88) is added to the group icon 90 in the manner described above. That is, when an arbitrary trap (character string 110) is instructed in the list area 36 and the "Insert Trap" button 42 is touched, this new group icon 90 is touched, as shown in FIG. As described above, a trap is added to the group icon 90. That is, the balloon mark 98 is displayed in the vicinity of the group icon 90, and the corresponding icon 86 and character string 88 are added to the balloon mark 98. The same applies to a case where a drag and drop operation is performed from the list area 36 toward the group icon 90 as described above. The size of the balloon mark 98 is automatically adjusted according to the number of icons 88 and character strings 88 (traps) displayed on the balloon mark 98.

Subsequently, the “Label Option” button 56 below the “Group Box” button 54 is for changing the display mode of the character string 88 attached to the icon 86. That is, in the state where any icon 86 is indicated, this “Label”
When the “Option” button 56 is touched, a label option screen (not shown) is displayed. In this label option screen, the position of the character string 88 with respect to the icon 86 can be arbitrarily set. It is possible to select whether the character string 88 is arranged in the upper, lower, right lateral, or left lateral direction, and arbitrarily select the arrangement direction of the character strings 88, that is, either vertical writing or horizontal writing. Further, the character string 88 can be hidden.

Further, a “Comment Box” button 58 below the “Label Option” button 56 is used to newly create the comment box 94 described above. That is, this “Comment
When an arbitrary position in the map area 34 is touched after the “Box” button 58 is touched, a comment box 94 in a default state (the character string 104 is not input) is displayed at that position. An arbitrary character string (comment) 104 is manually input in the comment box 94. The size of the comment box 94 is automatically set according to the length (number of characters) of the input character string 104. Even after the character string 104 is input, the contents of the character string 104 can be changed by, for example, double-clicking the comment box 94.

When an arbitrary icon 86 in the map area 34 is dragged and dropped to another position in the map area 34, the arbitrary icon 36 is moved to that position. And the character string 88 accompanying this icon 36 is also moved together. The group icon 90, the caution icon 92, and the comment box 96 can be moved in the same manner. When the destination of the icon 86 is on the group icon 90, the icon 86 is added to the group icon 90 (balloon mark 98) together with the character string 88.

Further, when the “Symbol Define” button 60 below the “Comment Box” button 58 is touched, a defect rate determination criterion definition screen (dialog box) 28 as shown in FIG. 19 is displayed on the map screen 24. Is done. The defect rate determination criterion definition screen 28 is a screen for defining a determination criterion for determining the above-described “defective rate”.

failure(全ての異常)”,“Leak(漏れ小を除く漏れ)”,“Blocked(詰まり)”および“Fail Pipe or Valve(その他の異常)”という4つの文字列312,312,…
That is, on the defect rate determination criterion definition screen 28, a horizontally long title bar 300 is displayed at the top thereof, and in the title bar 300, for example, “Symbol Definition” which is a heading of the defect rate determination criterion definition screen 28 The character string 302 “is displayed left justified. Three fields 306, 308, and 310 are displayed in the client area 304 below the title bar 300. Of these, the field 306 contains an abnormality type X, specifically “All”.
Four character strings 312, 312,... of “failure (all abnormalities)”, “Leak (leakage except small leaks)”, “Blocked” and “Fail Pipe or Valve (other abnormalities)” In the lower part of this field 306, two upper and lower arrow buttons 314 and 316 for selecting one of these four character strings 312, 312, ... are displayed. The character string 312 selected by the operations of 314 and 316 is displayed in reverse video, and an arbitrary numerical value (an integer of 1 or more) representing the number of occurrences of abnormality Y is input to the field 308. This numerical value is The field 308 can be changed by two arrow buttons 318 and 320 above and below the field 308. Further, the field 310 has the abnormality occurrence. An arbitrary numerical value (an integer equal to or greater than 1) representing the count target period (years) Z of the number Y is input, which can also be arbitrarily changed by the two arrow buttons 322 and 324 above and below the field 310. It is said that.

これらのフィールド306,308および310内のX,YおよびZは、“X occurs less than Y times in Z years.”
X, Y, and Z in these fields 306, 308, and 310 constitute a character string 326 representing a series of sentences “X occurs less than Y times in Z years.”. Above the character string 326, the title of the character string 326 is “Low”.
A character string 328 of “rate Failure” is displayed, that is, by these character strings 326 and 328, it is determined that a trap having “the number of occurrences of abnormality X in the past Z years less than Y has a low failure rate”. 19 is defined as “a trap with less than 3 occurrences of all abnormalities in the past 5 years has a low failure rate”. To do. In addition, a symbol mark 330 (simulating the icon 86) 330 of “low defect rate” is displayed on the left side of the character string 328.

occurs Y times or more in Z years.”
Below the character string 326 (arrow buttons 314 and 316), a symbol mark 332 of “high failure rate” and a character string 334 of “High rate Failure” are displayed side by side. Further, below the symbol mark 332 and the character string 334, three rectangular frames 336, 338, and 340 are displayed. In the rectangular frames 336, 338, and 340, the above-described fields 306, 308, and 310 are included. The same information X, Y and Z is displayed. The information X, Y, and Z displayed in the rectangular frames 336, 338, and 340 is “X
The character string 342 representing a series of sentences “occurs Y times or more in Z years.” is formed, that is, the character strings 334 and 342 indicate that a trap in which the number of occurrences of the abnormal X in the past Z years is Y or more is high. It is determined that the defective rate. The criterion for “high defect rate” is defined.

Furthermore, below the character string 342, an “OK” button 344 and a “Cancel” button 346 are displayed side by side. When the “OK” button 344 is touched, the “OK” button 344 is defined at that time. Is determined, and then the defect rate determination criterion definition screen 28 is closed. Based on the determined criterion, it is re-determined whether each trap belongs to “low defect rate” or “high defect rate”, and “defect” in the database 22 is determined based on the determination result. The “Rate” term is updated. Further, the icons 86, 86,... (Enclosed lines) are displayed again based on the updated “defective rate” term.

On the other hand, when the “Cancel” button 346 on the defect rate determination criterion definition screen 28 is touched, the determination criterion is deferred. Then, the defect rate determination criterion definition screen 28 is closed and before the defect rate determination criterion definition screen 28 is displayed (“Symbol
When the “Close” button 348 at the right end of the title bar 300 is touched, this is the same as when the “Cancel” button 346 is touched.

Returning to FIG. 3 again, when either the “zoom-in” button 70 or the “zoom-out” button 68 below the map area 34 is touched, the display magnification in the map area 34 is changed. Specifically, the display magnification is changed within a range of 0.5 times, 1.0 times, 1.5 times, 2.0 times, 3.0 times, and 5.0 times. Then, the current magnification is displayed in the field 82 above the map area 34. When the display magnification changes, the relative positional relationship (interval) between the icons 86, 86,..., The group icon 90, the caution icon 92, and the comment box 96 naturally changes. The sizes of the icon 90, the caution icon 92, and the comment box 96 themselves do not change. Further, the sizes of the character strings 88, 88,..., The balloon mark 98 and the tag mark 100 themselves are not changed.

The up, down, left, and right arrow buttons 64, 66, 72, and 74 arranged side by side with the "zoom in" button 70 and the "zoom out" button 68 have a display magnification of 1.0 as described above. Is larger, in other words, when the entire area is not displayed in the map area 34, the location of the area displayed in the map area 34 is moved (slid). That is, when the entire area is not displayed in the map area 34, the desired location of the area can be displayed in the map area 34 by operating these arrow buttons 64, 66, 72 and 74.

Further, when the “Centering” button 76 in the lower left corner of the client area 33 (map screen 24) is touched when the display magnification is larger than 1.0 times as described above, the center of the area becomes the map area 34. Adapted to the center of the. This so-called centering process is convenient when, for example, it becomes impossible to determine which part of the area is displayed in the map area 34.

When a button 46 labeled “Read Tag ID” above the map area 34 is touched, an ID reading screen (dialog box) (not shown) is displayed. This ID reading screen is used when fetching attribute data of an arbitrary trap from the above-described ID reading device.

That is, an individual ID tag (not shown) is attached to each trap, and attribute data of the trap to which the ID tag is attached is recorded in advance. The attribute data recorded in the ID tag is read by an ID reading device connected to the trap management device 10, and the read attribute data is transferred from the ID reading device to the trap management device 10. The attribute data transferred to the trap management device 10 is collated with the attribute data of each trap stored in the database 22.

If the attribute data read from the ID tag is for an unregistered trap, the attribute data is newly stored in the database 22. That is, new trap registration is automatically performed. The newly registered trap is set as an inspection target. On the other hand, when the attribute data read from the ID tag is registered trap data, the trap is immediately set as an inspection target. When the character string 110 representing the trap to be inspected as described above exists in the list area 36, the character string 110 is highlighted. If an icon 86 (including the group icon 90 (balloon mark 98)) corresponding to the trap to be inspected exists in the map area 34, a character string 88 associated with the icon 86 is included. Is also highlighted.

After the trap to be inspected is set in this way, the above-described ID reading screen is automatically closed. Subsequently, when the button 48 labeled “Go Testing” above the map area 34 is touched, the trap management device 10 enters a state (mode) waiting for inspection. In this waiting state for inspection, it is assumed that the above-described trap inspection device is connected to the trap management device 10.

That is, when an arbitrary trap, specifically, a trap that is currently inspected, is inspected by the trap inspection apparatus, data representing the inspection result is transferred from the trap inspection apparatus to the trap management apparatus 10. The data transferred to the trap management apparatus 10 is stored in the database 20 as “inspection result” data of the trap currently being inspected. Further, based on this new “inspection result”, the above-mentioned “defective rate” is re-determined, so that the content of the database 22 is updated. When the icon 86 corresponding to the inspection target trap exists in the map area 34, the icon 86 is displayed again. If the icon 86 is included in the group icon 90 (balloon mark 98), the group icon 90 is displayed again together with the icon 86.

Further, when the “Close” button 114 at the lower right of the client area 33 is touched, the display of the map screen 24 is terminated and the main screen is returned to. The same applies when the “Close” button 116 at the right end of the title bar 30 is touched.

To create a new map file, follow the procedure below. That is, first, arbitrary image data is prepared, and the image data is read by a predetermined procedure by the trap management program, thereby creating a new map file of only the plan view 84. Then, the icons 86, 86,..., The group icon 90, and the comment box 96 may be appropriately added to the plan view 84 as described above with reference to an actual design drawing.

By the way, when a new group icon 90 is created (see FIGS. 16 and 17), that is, when the “Group Box” button 54 described above is touched, the control unit 12 (CPU) is shown in the flowchart of FIG. Run the new group creation task.

That is, the control unit 12 first proceeds to step S1 and determines whether or not a touch operation has been performed again after the touch operation of the “Group Box” button 54 described above. If it is determined that the touch operation is performed again, the process proceeds to step S3, and it is determined whether or not the touch operation is performed in the map area 34. If it is determined that the touch has been made in the map area 34, the control unit 12 proceeds to step S5, updates the above-described group list (see FIG. 7), and specifically creates a new group in the group list. In step S7, a group icon 90 in the default state (green) is added to the touched position (for example, position 113 in FIGS. 16 and 17), and the series of new group creation tasks shown in FIG. 20 is completed. To do.

On the other hand, when a position other than the map area 34 is touched in step S3, the control unit 12 proceeds to step S9. In step S9, it is determined whether or not the touched object is another operation target, that is, whether or not any of the list area 36 and each of the buttons 38 to 90, 114, and 116 is touched. Here, when any of the operation objects (list area 36, each of the buttons 38 to 90, 114, and 116) is touched, the control unit 12 performs this process in accordance with the touched operation object. End the new group creation task. In other positions, that is, when the remaining part (so-called gap part) of the client area 33 or the title bar 30 is touched, the control unit 12 returns from step S9 to step S1.

Subsequently, when an arbitrary trap is added to the arbitrary group icon 90 (see FIG. 18), that is, in the state where an arbitrary trap (character string 110) is instructed, the “Insert Trap” button 42 is touched, Further, when an arbitrary group icon 90 is touched or when an arbitrary trap (character string 110 or icon 86) is dragged and dropped on the arbitrary group icon 90, the control unit 12 performs the flowchart of FIG. Execute the in-group trap addition task indicated by.

That is, first, in step S11, the control unit 12 updates the group list, and more specifically, the identification number of the trap to be added is added to the “trap [n]” item for the group icon 90 to which the trap is added. to add. In step S13, a balloon mark 98 is displayed in the vicinity of the group icon 90 to which the trap is added, and the icon 86 corresponding to the trap added this time and the identification number thereof are displayed in the balloon mark 98. A character string 88 is added. At this time, the icon 86 is displayed in a mode (characters, colors, and encircling lines) according to the added trap attributes (use, operating status, and defect rate), and the character string 88 is displayed in reverse video.

Then, the control unit 12 proceeds to step S15, and determines whether or not all the traps represented by the group icon 90 to which the current trap is added are “normal”. Here, when all the traps are “normal”, the control unit 12 proceeds to step S17. In step S17, after setting the color of the group icon 90 to green (see FIG. 6), the series of in-group trap addition tasks shown in FIG. 21 is terminated. On the other hand, when a trap that is not “normal” is included, the control unit 12 proceeds from step S15 to step S19. In step S19, the color of the group icon 90 is set to red, and the in-group icon addition task is terminated.

Further, when an arbitrary group icon 90 is touched (see FIG. 5), the control unit 12 executes an intra-group trap display task shown in the flowchart of FIG.

That is, in step S21, the control unit 12 refers to the group list, specifically, whether or not one or more traps are included in the group corresponding to the touched group icon 90, and more specifically, for the group icon 90. It is confirmed whether or not one or more trap identification numbers are recorded in the “trap [n]” item. If it is determined in step S23 that the group includes one or more traps, the process proceeds to step S25, where a balloon mark 98 is displayed near the touched group icon 90, and the balloon mark 98 is displayed in the balloon mark 98. An icon 86 corresponding to all traps represented by the group icon 90 and a character string 88 representing its identification number are displayed. After executing step S25, the controller 12 ends the series of intra-group trap display tasks shown in FIG. On the other hand, if it is determined in step S23 that no trap is included, the intra-group trap display task is terminated as it is.

When an arbitrary trap (character string 110) is designated in the list area 36 described above (see FIG. 12), the control unit 12 executes a corresponding group search task shown in FIG.

That is, first, in step S31, the control unit 12 refers to the group list, and confirms in detail whether the instructed trap is included in any group. If it is determined in step S33 that the instructed trap is included in any group, the process proceeds to step S35, and whether or not the group icon 90 corresponding to the group is currently displayed in the map area 34. Determine whether. This determination is made based on “position” data (coordinates) in the group list.

If it is determined in step S35 that the target group icon 90 is displayed in the map area 34, the control unit 12 proceeds to step S37 to display a balloon mark 98 near the group icon 90 and In the balloon mark 98, icons 86, 86,... Corresponding to all traps represented by the group icon 90 and character strings 88, 88,. Then, among the character strings 88, 88,..., Those corresponding to the currently designated trap are highlighted. After executing step S37, the control unit 12 finishes the series of corresponding group search tasks shown in FIG.

If it is determined in step S33 that none of the groups includes the specified trap, the control unit 12 ends the corresponding group search task as it is. If it is determined in step S35 that the group icon 90 including the instructed trap is not displayed in the map area 34, the corresponding group search task is similarly terminated.

As described above, according to this embodiment, when a plurality of traps are densely installed, these traps are representatively displayed by one group icon 90. Therefore, the map area 34 is prevented from being complicated by the large number of icons 86, 86,..., And the map area 34 becomes simple and easy to see.

When the group icon 90 is touched, a balloon mark 98 is displayed, and trap icons 86, 86,... Represented by the group icon 90 and a character string 98, which represents an identification number, are displayed in the balloon mark 98. 98,... Are displayed. That is, it is possible to know what kind of trap is represented by the group icon 90 by simply touching the group icon 90.

Furthermore, it is possible to intuitively grasp from the color of the group icon 90 whether or not all the traps represented by the group icon 90 are “normal”. That is, it is possible to recognize the rough operating status of each trap.

In this embodiment, a plurality of traps that are closely arranged with each other are represented by a single group icon 90, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the group icon 90 represents a plurality of traps that are attached to a common pipe, that have the same usage, or that have a common maintenance person, and that have a predetermined relationship with each other. Also good.

Further, when the group icon 90 is touched, a balloon mark 98 is displayed, and trap icons 86, 86,..., Represented by the group icon 90, and character strings 98, 98,. Although displayed, it is not limited to this. For example, a column for displaying the icons 86, 86,... And the character strings 98, 98,... At a predetermined place in the map area 34 or a certain place other than the map area 34 may be provided.

Further, although the color of the group icon 90 represents whether or not all traps represented by the group icon 90 are “normal”, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the same content may be expressed by a form other than color, such as the shape or pattern of the group icon 90.

In addition, whether or not all traps represented by the group icon 90 are “normal”, whether or not traps that require urgent countermeasures such as “leakage” and “clogging” are included, or are important. Depending on whether or not a high trap is included, the color (mode) of the group icon 90 may be changed. Of course, the color of the group icon 90 may be changed according to whether other conditions are satisfied.

In this embodiment, the trap management apparatus 10 for managing the steam trap has been described as an example, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the present invention may be applied to an apparatus for managing a trap other than a steam trap such as an air trap or a gas trap. Needless to say, the present invention can also be applied to devices that manage equipment other than traps, such as rotating machines and pressure vessels.

例えば、FD(Flexible Disc)やDVD(Digital Versatile Disc)等の他の記憶媒体によって供給されてもよいし、インターネット等の電気通信回線を通じて供給されてもよい。   Moreover, although the above-described trap management program is supplied by a CD-ROM, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, it may be supplied by other storage media such as FD (Flexible Disc) and DVD (Digital Versatile Disc), or may be supplied through an electric communication line such as the Internet.

例えば、CAD(Computer Aided Design)やCAM(Computer Aided Manufacturing)等のデータに基づいて表示されてもよいし、画面上で任意に描画されるものであってもよい。 Further, the plan view 84 is displayed based on image data in a bitmap format, GIF format, JPEG format or the like, but is not limited thereto. For example, it may be displayed based on data such as CAD (Computer Aided Design) or CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing), or may be arbitrarily drawn on the screen. Further, not only the plan view 84 but also a piping diagram, a bird's eye view, etc. may be displayed as a sketch.

Furthermore, although the tablet PC is adopted as a hardware configuration for realizing the trap management apparatus 10, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, a notebook PC or a palmtop computer may be employed. Although a desktop PC may be adopted, it goes without saying that a tablet PC is advantageous in consideration of portability. Further, instead of these general-purpose computers, a device dedicated to the trap management device 10 in which a trap management program is incorporated may be configured.

The contents described in this embodiment, for example, the database 22 shown in FIG. 2, the screen configuration shown in FIG. 3 or the like, or the flowchart shown in FIG. 20 and the like are examples for realizing the present invention.
