Abstract
【解決手段】アクリル酸(AA)含量が20重量%以下のエチレン−アクリル酸共重合体(EAA)をデカリン、テトラリンまたはこれらの混合物中に加熱溶解させて得られる導電性粒子含有PTCインク組成物に、極性ゴムを極性溶媒で溶解したゴム溶液を添加してなることを特徴とするPTCインク組成物である。
Description
請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のPTCインク組成物を用い、厚さ100μm以下に形成してなることを特徴とするPTC材料。
請求項4記載のPTC材料からなることを特徴とする面状発熱体。
エチレン−アクリル酸共重合体(EAA) 100重量部
(エクソンモービル化学社製「エスコール5000;アクリル酸含量6重量%」)
デカリン(関東化学社製) 600重量部
カーボンブラック(CB) 60重量部
(SRF:新日化カーボン社製「HTC♯S」)
エチレン−アクリル酸共重合体(EAA) 100重量部
(エクソンモービル化学社製「エスコール5000;アクリル酸含量6重量%」)
デカリン(関東化学社製) 600重量部
カーボンブラック(CB) 60重量部
(SRF:新日化カーボン社製「HTC♯S」)
エチレン−アクリル酸共重合体(EAA) 100重量部
(エクソンモービル化学社製「エスコール5000;アクリル酸含量6重量%」)
デカリン(関東化学社製) 600重量部

評価1
実施例1、2及び比較例1のPTCインク組成物を用いて、メタルマスク印刷での所定の印刷速度に対するインクと溶剤の分離、印刷対象物への転写および連続被膜の形成を以下の評価基準に従い判定した。
インクと溶剤の分離
○:印刷周辺ににじみがない
△:にじみはあるが端部が明確である
×:にじんで端部が崩れている
印刷対象物への転写
○:転写した
△:一部転写しない
×:滑って転写しない
連続被膜の形成
○:連続被膜を形成できた
△:一部だけ連続被膜を形成できた
×:連続被膜を形成できない
次に、印刷回数とにじみ、端部の脱落、スジの発生について、以下の評価基準に従って判定した。
にじみの発生
○:にじみが発生せず良好
△:にじみが少し発生
×:にじみがかなり発生し不良
端部の脱落の発生
○:脱落が発生せず良好
△:脱落が少し発生
×:脱落がかなり発生し不良
スジの発生
○:スジが発生せず良好
△:スジが少し発生
×:スジがかなり発生し不良
Claims (5)
- アクリル酸(AA)含量が20重量%以下のエチレン−アクリル酸共重合体(EAA)をデカリン、テトラリンまたはこれらの混合物中に加熱溶解させて得られる導電性粒子含有PTCインク組成物に、極性ゴムを極性溶媒で溶解したゴム溶液を添加してなることを特徴とするPTCインク組成物。
- 極性ゴムが、アクリル系ゴム又はニトリルゴムであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のPTCインク組成物。
- 極性溶媒が、誘電率の比較的高いアルコール類、エステル類、エーテル類またはケトン類あるいはこれらの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のPTCインク組成物。
- 請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のPTCインク組成物を用い、厚さ100μm以下に形成してなることを特徴とするPTC材料。
- 請求項4記載のPTC材料からなることを特徴とする面状発熱体。
