Abstract
【解決手段】 燃料タンク内に取り付けられるケースと、該ケース内に形成される空間に上下動自在に設けられるフロートと、該フロートの上部に設けられ、前記ケースの上部開口に形成される弁座と当接自在な弁体とを備えてなる燃料流出防止弁において、前記フロートに上面から下面にいたる複数の連通路を設ける燃料流出防止弁。

Claims (8)
- 燃料タンク内に取り付けられるケースと、該ケース内に形成される空間に上下動自在に設けられるフロートと、該フロートの上部に設けられ、前記ケースの上部開口に形成される弁座と当接自在な弁体とを備えてなる燃料流出防止弁において、前記フロートに上面から下面にいたる複数の連通路を設けることを特徴とする燃料流出防止弁。
- 前記複数の連通口は、前記弁体の回りに略等間隔に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料流出防止弁。
- 前記複数の連通口の上部開口は、前記弁体回りのフロート上面にリング状に形成される谷部に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の燃料流出防止弁。
- 前記ケース内の前記フロートの下方には、前記弁体の開弁時に前記フロートを支える支持部材が設けられ、前記弁体の開弁時、前記連通路の下部開口は、前記支持部材により遮蔽されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3いずれか一記載の燃料流出防止弁。
- 前記ケース内壁面と前記支持部材側壁面とでリング状の通路を形成し、該リング状の通路の上方に前記フロートの底部の一部が位置することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4いずれか一記載の燃料流出防止弁。
- 前記フロートの底部外周面にリング状のスカート部を垂下することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5いずれか一記載の燃料流出防止弁。
- 前記フロートの側壁面にリング状の溝を設けることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6いずれか一記載の燃料流出防止弁。
- 前記燃料流出防止弁は、略クランク状のフランジ部で燃料タンクの上部に取り付けられるとともに、該フランジ部と対向する前記ケースの上部側面に通気孔を設けることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7いずれか一記載の燃料流出防止弁。
