Abstract
【解決手段】可視光放出性発光体を含む第一の発光体(20)と、平均一次晶子径が約100nm未満の第二の発光体(30)とを含む発光体組成物(10/15)の前記第二の発光体(30)は、可視光放出性発光体、紫外(VUV)光放出性発光体及び量子分割性発光体から成る群から選択される少なくとも1種の発光体を含んでいる。発光体組成物を製造する方法(50)は、前記第一の発光体を提供するステップ(60)と、前記第二の発光体を提供するステップ(70)と、前記第一の発光体の上に前記第二の発光体を配置するステップ(80)とを含んでいる。

Claims (6)
- 発光体組成物を製造する方法(50)であって、
i)可視光放出性発光体を含んでなる第一の発光体を提供するステップ(60)と、
ii)平均一次晶子径が約100nm未満の第二の発光体(30)であって、可視光放出性発光体、紫外(VUV)光放出性発光体及び量子分割性発光体から成る群から選択される少なくとも1種の発光体を含んでなる第二の発光体を提供するステップ(70)と、
iii)前記第一の発光体の上に前記第二の発光体を配置するステップ(80)と、
を備えた方法。 - 前記第一の発光体を提供するステップ(60)は、前記第一の発光体に保護皮膜を設けるステップをさらに含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第二の発光体を提供するステップ(70)は、前記第二の発光体に保護皮膜を設けるステップをさらに含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第二の発光体を提供するステップは、溶液、ゲル、懸濁液、コロイド及び分散液の少なくとも一つを形成するために、媒体内に配置された前記第二の発光体の前駆体を提供するステップを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第一の発光体の上に前記第二の発光体を配置するステップ(80)は、第二の発光体の中間組成物を沈殿させるために媒体のpHを塩基性成分で高めるステップを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第一の発光体の上に前記第二の発光体を配置するステップ(80)は、平均一次晶子径が約100nm未満の前記第二の発光体の複数のナノ粒子を前記第一の発光体の上に沈殿させるステップを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
