たフック受と対向位置し、このフック受と互いに係合し合うフックを設けた回転軸と、

前記回転軸に取り付けられ、一側に段部を形成すると共に、前記回転軸と同じ向きの
回転力を前記解除バネにより常に付与された作動板と、
